I recently had a new HVAC system installed by Jennings and could not have been more impressed with the service and quality of work. Holly was a joy to work with. The techs were knowledgable and professional and customer service was friendly and helpful. Matt knew all about my 40-year-old system from it's design to the history of the company to why it stopped working. He laid out all of the options with pros and cons for each choice. Andy A, Robert, and Ryan did the installation and they were fast and friendly. The quality of the work was excellent. They came out to my house today to install a new A/C and Furnace. Andy was the lead technician and I never got his helpers name. I was told the job would take 2 days. It only took 1. these guys worked from 8 am upon 3 PM when they were completely finished. Andy then went over everything I needed to know about the thermostat, furnace and A/C. He also made sure that I knew how to turn the Humidifier on and office. You don't want this system running in the summer. I kind of had a little sticker shock when I was given the quote but, between the quote and install I did add the Humidifier. I was very happy with the installers and office staff who I talked too. If somebody asked me I would highly recommend Jennings and if a need arose I would hire them again. Give them 5 stars. (See More)

From the time Matt initially answered our call for service until the time Andy A. and his crew showed up to install our new furnace, we received nothing but friendly, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Would highly recommend dealing with Jennings. I know we will in the future. (See More)

I feel they grossly overcharged us for service work on our AC unit in an attempt to lock us in to buying a new unit (both air and heat). The service work charge can be applied toward the purchase of a new unit if we act within 10 days. I feel this is an over aggressive attempt to get us to buy a new unit. This is not what I was looking for and feel as if I was taken advantage of. I will not be using this company in the future. The service person was polite and professional, I am just bothered by their business practice of forcing people into buying new units. (See More)

Jenning’s recently installed a new furnace and AC for us and they did an outstanding job. From the initial sales call with Bob to our wonderful installer Andy, we were blown away with the professionalism accross the board. After working with Andy- he definitely set the bar to a new high for any other home improvement company! Andy was on-time every day, walked me through the work each morning, and finished exactly when he told me. The clean up was perfect- you almost cant even tell they were here! Surperb job! We would definitely recommend Andy and the Jenning’s team anyday of the week. The two techs Jennings sent to my home to repair my air handler, which is in a very tight crawl space, got right to work on the project without hesitation and accomplished the task at hand. Andy A. and Ricky M. were very conscience of my home and protecting the carpet with plastic. When they were finished, they cleaned up all debris and took it with them so that I did not have to deal with that also. (See More)

Our air conditioner went out on a Saturday, the hottest day of the year as my husband lay in bed with cancer and a 102.5 fever and I have an immune problem with IV's at home. Jennings had patched it up several times before and never pressured us to buy a new one. This time was different, the compressor was totally burned out and Todd the service person told us there was a 3 week wait. Sick and hot we agreed to buy a new air conditioner AND a much needed furnace (ours were very old & inefficient). 2 days later Todd called and said due to our health emergencies they would be able to come out in 2 days!!!! Not only did they come out, they took the time to explain every step and any instructions needed. Wow, what a difference this new air conditioner is and thank goodness for a company like Jennings who are not only efficient and clean, but also compassionate. I recommend this company 100% with no exceptions or caveats, thank you Dave, Todd & the rest of your crew. (See More)
