Wouldn't you know it, A/C goes out just as the temperature begins soaring into the 90s! Called Jennings to set up an appt. and Sean Palko showed up right on time. He took every precaution that the Covid-19 pandemic requires as he checked the A/C unit. We discussed my options and Sean explained everything thoroughly. Opted for a new unit which will take a few days but in the meantime, Sean got the old unit working again for my sweltering puppies so we can breathe easy again. He worked tirelessly and assured us that he would give us an honest evaluation of the work that needed to be done. He also was a family man and very proud of his 15 grandchildren and 5 children. I was very impressed that Jennings got out the same day as I had no AC. The freon might be a short term or longer term solution. Sean was very thorough and explained everything in detail. I did get a quote on a new Amana unit, which I thought was high. But I am doing my homework on a new unit and shopping around. I was very happy with their service. And I was very happy to see them take COVID19 serious and did everything to keep me safe. I did buy a service contract so my AC was was serviced and in the fall they will do the furnace maintenance. I couldn't ask for better service than that which i received from Jennings heating. I contacted them when my heat pump failed. They dispatched Sean the same day. Ultimately, it was determined that parts were needed. As soon as they received the parts, Sean and Greg returned to install them.In rather miserable conditions (mid 30's and rain), they spent all day to get my heat pump up and running. Greg and Sean were polite, knowledgeable and friendly. They kept me informed as to what they were doing as the work progressed, and they went out of their way to keep from tracking mud and rain into my home. (See More)

Jennings came out a bit later than I had expected for the "first call of the day"...11:30 am or so, but their service was impeccable and I really appreciated my guy who arrived from Jennings to do the work.
Sean P. was polite, knowledgeable, explained to me what was wrong with my AC system, and took care of the problem in the least-costly way possible. He could have told me that the problem was the worst of the 3 scenarios he posited was the problem, and how would I have been the wiser to know that he was not telling the truth? Instead the scenario turned out to be the least expensive of the problems he had outlined and I was grateful for his honesty.
Sean also told me of a decent deal they have for two tune-ups a year and I did buy that service, which dropped my service call by 50% for the visit! After some pretty bad to downright atrocious service I've had with 2 other local HVAC providers, Jennings came out smelling like a rose and I'd definitely recommend them for others who need quality work done and are tired of flakey and non-professional HVAC companies. The customer service I received over the phone with Jennings far surpassed the other companies I called.
