I cannot tell you how impressed I was with Ben servicing our AC unit. He was so informative and knew exactly what the unit needed, Due to the pandemic, we had neglected our unit. After an acid wash and thorough cleaning we are back to new!! I will not trust my heating and cooling needs to any other company!! Ben you are the best!! See you in the fall!! (See More)

The weather was terrible, but Ben showed up announced and practically to the minute. He immediately got to work, installed the replacement part, and spent a few hours working on the furnace, cleaning it, checking parts, and making sure that all was in good working order. I had my furnace and air conditioner inspected. The technician came out on a Saturday and did a fabulous job. It took him over 2 hours and he never complained. He found an issue that was under warranty and made the necessary arrangements to have the repair done as soon as possible (See More)

My service tech Ben Wilson was great. When another company I called kept telling me day after day after scheduling me that they weren't able to come to my house Jennings came out right away! Even though it was a little later in evening then anticipated (Blaming the hot season we have this year and everyone needing to get their a/c serviced) Ben was very professional and friendly and diagnosed my a/c unit right away. Cost was very reasonable for the issue I had and am very pleased with the work and customer service that was provided to me and my family. (See More)

We just recently bought our house and we were having some issues with our boiler. We hadn’t worked with a heating and cooling company in the area yet, so we were hoping we would be happy with our choice. And we most definitely were! He then gave us details of all of our repair/replacement options and costs without any sales pressure and then helped get the a/c working straight away which was a great relief on a very hot a humid summer day! I needed a 2nd opinion because another company had already assessed my AC unit and pushed for a new unit and $4K estimate. Very quick reply. Great service. I dealt with Holly, Ben, and Greg. Holly was very helpful and quick in getting the techs out to my home. Ben came and did an estimate. When we decided to go ahead with the repair, Greg was sent. He was very nice and fixed the air within the time told. No hidden fees, and the air has been ice cold since the day he repaired it. Our air conditioning was having issues and Jennings was able to have a repairman come out on Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend to get it working for us. The repairman, Ben, was very polite and upfront about what was wrong with our AC and had it working within a couple of hours. It was also nice that Ben was exactly on time for the appointment! Cold weather was just around the corner and we needed our commercial warehouse furnaces serviced. This is no small task because they are suspended at least 15 feet above the floor. I sent an email to the President of Jennings Heating and had a rapid, professional response. The service department was notified and called to say that a technician would be there the following day. At the precise time, Ben, the technician arrived. He was cordial and courteous, a skilled and experienced tech, who immediately diagnosed the problems. By early afternoon, the furnaces were working properly. I say it this way, "HVAC need, done right with speed? Jennings, indeed!" (See More)

My furnace was making grinding sounds, and shutting off in the middle of the night. I recently purchased my home, and a general inspector told me that my furnace was old, and that I would need a new one soon. Ben came out to my house, and was very professional from the start. I took his time, and did a very thorough inspection of my furnace. When he finished, he gave me all of my options. In my case, it seemed that the best option was to get a new furnace. He also explained that due to the age of my equipment that I should consider replacing them, especially since I was looking to sell my house. I did end up deciding to replace my ac, because for the past 5 years the other 3 companies I had come out just told me it need recharged my ac and NEVER explained that it was low because it had leak. Ben has been to our home (at least) twice and each time he was very thorough. First, he put covers on his shoes so there's no tracking in dirt. He provides information on what he's doing while he is doing it, and he explains the diagnosis, including the costs and the level of importance in deciding what to do. There is no hard sell. He sends the invoice with the description of what he has already told me, straight to our email. I appreciate having a confusing subject being made accessible to me, the homeowner. From my first meeting with Dan in sales, I felt assured this was a great company. The results in energy cost savings are as promised and excellent. The service is prompt and courteous. The one thing I truly appreciate over all is the fact that the service techs are not always trying to sell me something I really don't need or want. I worked in sales and understand the whole "Upsell" approach. In that Jennings does not "Upsell" I feel I can trust them when I may be told I actually do need something. (See More)

Ben W, Jennings Tech came out to check our AC as part of our annual plan with Jennings. He has been here before and always does a thorough job. He found a problem with the AC and also found a small leak in the water line to our water heater and recommended that it should be taken care. Our neighbor recently had a break in that water line and flooded the home substantially. So we were glad he found it. I was completely satisfied with my experience. It took me several hours to realize it was getting very cold in my house because I was using a space heater at my desk. Then I went downstairs and found my boiler ice cold. I called Jennings and they were able to send me someone that very afternoon.
