I received exceptional service from Jennings Heating and Cooling. My wife is due in 4 weeks and they went out of their way to repair my air conditioning and make her a little more comfortable. They came out to diagnose the problem the same day I called and quickly made the repair. I found them to be honest and transparent.
The service technician, Andy, was extraordinary. He took time to explain the issue so that I understood the problem and the recommended solution. I am happy with the service and recommend Jennings to anyone. I am a customer for life. (See More)

Andy ***** with Jennings is exceptional! However, we went through a few techs before we found Andy who assured us he would get to the bottom of our issue. And he did! That was 8 years ago. He has reliably fixed and researched the various issues through the years until the right solution has been found for each and every one. I won't have any other tech here. Unfortunately, I think we got a lemon Amana system. Our warranty is up next month. I shudder to think what the future will bring as we have not had a single year where a major component was not replaced. (See More)

Andy called to say he would be about half hour. Arrived appropriately. introduced himself. placed booties on to keep my floors clean. looked at my thermostat, then furnace. told me exactly what he felt needed done. gave me info sheet that would save me money, worry and satisfaction. showed me what he was going to do. checked everything over when completed, including my wiring box in garage. explained my bill. checked for any odor. checked my thermostat. was very thorough. thank you Andy and Jennings (See More)

We called Jennings after 5pm hoping we could get someone in the next couple of days. It was late October and our furnace had loud clanking and stinky smell.
We were surprised when they said they were able to get someone out that night!
Andy made it to our house around 10:30pm. He called first to make sure it was ok to come that late. He was able to diagnose the problem and was very patient talking with our home warranty person.
Andy was very pleasant to be around and explained everything throughly. Our dog loved him and the kids felt comfortable to ask questions and dance for him. :)
He gave us tips on how to maintain our furnace. We had no idea our furnace had an electric filter, that malfunctioned and needed filters. I had searched through manuals I found online it said it didn’t need filters, one was built in.
Through his safety inspection we were able to obtain so much information to plan our maintenance for Rinai Water system, furnace and electrical box.
Andy stuck with this job through 3 visits to make sure everything was completed with his 100% satisfaction! We were very blessed he was chosen for our Emergency call. We will definitely be using Jennings again and asking for Andy! THANK YOU! (See More)

Our technician was Andy C. We had a noise coming from our condenser pump and called Jennings, because the company that had installed our new system about 3 years ago had went out of business (retired). They offered multiple time windows which worked perfectly. Andy was very courteous, polite, thorough, helpful, and informative. He explained to my husband that our condenser pump really just needed cleaned and offered to do it. My husband said he thought he could do it, but appreciated Andy's information. Andy also checked our water heater, furnace efficiency, for gas leaks, vents, carbon monoxide monitoring, and offered to check the fuse box - that would be the "junk room" where he would not have been able to get to it. Our Air Conditioner went out today,the day it was 90 degrees out and getting hotter every day this week. So i called J. H. And cooling,it was 10:30pm. Andy came right out. He was prompt,thorough,and the nicest tech guy ever! My 3 year old was following him around the house and talking to him the entire time. Andy was just as sweet to my son. He never acted BOTHERED by him or annoyed one bit. He also went through the house just to do a safety check and make sure everything else is o.k. We are lifelong customers for sure! Andy Cagle was the serviceman that came to work on my electric tankless hot water heater. He came late in the afternoon, which I thought he would have already been off work, but he wasn’t and he still came. Even though it was a long day for him, he was very pleasant, he worked on my water heater and didn’t rush through it or shortcut anything like other company’s have done in the past....and when he left I had hot water that stayed hot with no fluctuations! This is the second time Andy was to my home for the annual check up for my new boiler. He is always respectful and helpful. He took time to program my thermostat for me as I could not read it well. I got the new boiler 4 years ago and it was a good choice for me. My gas bill has been lowered $35.00 a month (I'm on a budget plan) and now my 100 year old home is heated more evenly than it had in the 37 years I have lived here. (See More)
