I would like to express my appreciation for every one who was involved in removing my old furnace and central air and installing new ones. Brian Easterling explained everything that would occur, an employee came out to measure and David N and a co-worker did the actual removal and installation. Every one of these persons was extremely professional and courteous. The job was completed in one day and cleanup was completed, even to mopping up my basement floor. Brian & John did excellent job. Saved us a lot of money by cleaning and fixing our condensation pump that I thought had given up the ghost. Plus, they explained what they were doing before they did it. They cleaned and checked the inside and outside fixtures involving the air conditioner & thoroughly cleaned all parts. Earlier today, Jennings replaced my 42 year old oil-fired furnace and I could not be more pleased with the job that they did. Approximately two weeks ago Brian E. was here to service my old furnace. He recommended that due to the age and condition of my old furnace that it should be replaced. Without any sales pressure , he gave me a proposal for a new Armstrong furnace- I thought that the price was reasonable, so I accepted their proposal. This morning, Dayne and Nick arrived to perform the installation- they were on time and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Every aspect of their work demonstrated that they are consummate professionals. My first call for all of my future a/c, heating and electrical needs will be to this fine organization. (See More)

Geo unit froze up on July 3 (naturally) so called on July 5 (late in the day) and got an appointment for the following Monday. Brian came out and looked over the unit. I was of course expecting the long face and "It really needs to be replaced" but happily he told me it was fine - just a blocked up filter (my bad). I'd already put in clean filters (close the barn door after the horses are out, that's me) but when I'd turned it on had water all over the floor. Brian cleaned out the drain and all was well.
