Hello! I just wanted to reach out to someone in the Jennings company to compliment the amazing service I’ve received over a number of visits now. We called upon your company a few years back when our heat when out and we were just home from the hospital with a newborn. Andy came out incredibly quick and was the nicest guy. He explained everything and got us back up and running with a smile on his face. The dry erase board he left is still hanging on our garage door. Then over the past two days George, Andrew and Dave (and another gentleman) came and installed a generator at my house. They were very friendly and explained what they were doing. My kids said hi to them about 100 times and they always said hi back with a smile on their faces. I appreciate them and wanted to make sure someone else knows that too! (See More)

Dave, Andrew and George were all simply outstanding! They were professional and answered all of our questions comprehensively. They replaced electrical components throughout the house including new lighting, switches and plugs. A new electrical panel was also installed replacing our old 100 amp service with 200 amp service. We could not be happier with their work and customer service. Jennings Heating is a great company who has consistently done exemplary work for us over the years! We will definitely use them again. Tim Scott and Dustin Burns recently installed a tankless water heater in our home. They also had to remove an old fifty gallon water heater before installing the tankless unit. Tim arrived at 8:00 a.m. and the job was completed around 8:00 p.m. Wendy and I could not be happier with their efforts. They had to vent the tankless unit to the outside and they did a great job of doing so. They did an excellent job of removing the old tank, installing the new unit and cleaning up. Tim really knows his stuff and both Tim and Dustin were dedicated to getting the job done efficiently and correctly. They were a great team and we sincerely appreciate their fine work! There are so many good things I could say about the team from Jennings Heating and Cooling. They were prompt, fair in their pricing and have a high quality product and extremely good warranty (my house was noticeably warmer throughout after the first few hours of installation)! But not only that, they truly went above and beyond by making my son feel special. He LOVES machines and "fixing things". The guys learned that about him during measuring, so when they came back for installation, they brought him his very own Jennings hat! What a great group of people. I'd recommend them to anyone! The guys are all very helpful and knowledgeable, taking time to ask any questions and even making small talk here and there.They are very conscientious and take great care in keeping their work areas clean and they comply with every request. Two areas of opportunity were in the area of tracking dirt into the house when taking rest room breaks and placing tools and parts on the washer next to the work area, causing minor scratching of the washer top. (Next time placing a towel before using it as a staging area would be advisable) (See More)

I am writing this email to express my great appreciation for the outstanding service we received from David Kraft and David Erzen. Both employees are extremely professional and hard working. Through performance of his job duties, David Kraft found a significantly long and wide crack in the heat exchange element of the furnace which he promptly brought to our attention. He probably saved our family member lives because of the high risk for carbon monoxide to be blown throughout the house over the winter months. We are extremely thankful for his attention to detail and work ethic. Also, it was very evident that both employees treated us like family members when it came to the quality of workmanship. They definitely went above and beyond the job requirements to ensure satisfaction by us. For instance, Mr. Kraft identified electrical wiring issues from the previous HVAC/Humidifier which he reconfigured for the new system he installed. (See More)

EVERYONE IN YOUR ORGANIZATION IS FANTASTIC, THE INSTALL GUYS WE GREAT. THEY DID THEIR JOB WITH EFFICIENCY AND I APPRECIATE ALL THE HARD WORK THAT EVERYONE DOES. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE, I HAVE BEEN WITH YOU FOR 18 YEARS AND HAVE NO INTEREST IN SWITCHING COMPANIES.
