John is very honest an friendly, neat.. He explained the service he would perform on the furnace. I have a Lenox that is 21 years old. It performs very smoothly. I requested John because he did service on the air conditioner this past summer. Thus he was familiar with the furnace .He called the next day to see how the furnace was operating. He has a lot of experience working in the Heating and Air Conditioning field. I will request him in the future to service my equipment. (See More)

John F was very knowledgeable and answered all of out questions. He was very thorough in completing our air conditioning check. He gave us tips on how to keep leaves and other debris out of our air conditioner in the winter by putting a piece a plywood and a brick on top. Very professional and highly skilled. The technician kept me posted on his eta, and reviewed the results of the inspection with me afterwards. He was also able to provide a hard-to-find replacement filter for our furnace that wasn't stocked in local hardware stores.

They installed my new furnace a year ago. Did a perfect job. Never really thought about having it checked it was only a year old. Holly called me about once a month to have an inspection done and she is so pleasant!! I finally set an appointment. John came out and found a piece of insulation had come loose and was being sucked into the blower motor. Could have cost me a lot of money!! Inspection was free, adjusted the gas flow and repaired the fiberglass that had come loose. Great company and I will continue to do business with them . Very honest cares about their customers!!
