They are timely on coming out to give an estimate but they do not follow through. Called to stop running water in bathtub faucet. It needed a new faucet cartridge. The technician said he did not have the part on their truck. Said they would get back to me. I called another plumber, sent him photos of the faucet and he came out and fixed it the next morning. I did not hear back from E.R. for two days. When I did receive the estimates from E.R. to replace the cartridge it was higher than I paid the other plumber to fix it. I do not know what the quality of their work is as I have not had any plumbing work done by this company. Their follow through after coming out to give estimates is lacking and all their estimates I received for plumbing projects are very high. ER Plumbing Team. 04/29/21 |

We had the pleasure of meeting Nick H. in December when he arrived to our home . Our primary issues were to increase the water pressure for our showers and clean the pipes connected to our washing machine . We have lived in our home for 11 years and are now just needing plumbing services . ER plumbing sent Nick to us . I have to compliment him for being an outstanding professional . He is courteous , knowledgeable and a good reflection of this company . We are very happy with the work he did and will surely be contacting ER plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs . If you are looking for a plumber, stop your search because you found the right one! I can't thank them enough. Jeff and Nick came to replace my toilet and water heater. E.R. could not have sent better gentlemen. Highly professional and they truly cared about our safety. They found a leak in a flue duct unrelated to plumbing that is leaking carbon monoxide that would have gone undetected if not for them so I am very grateful. Jeff is meticulous about making sure the job was done right, even when it meant extra things that popped up along the way. He explained everything from a-z. I trusted them immediately. Leonard was excellent.
He listened carefully, pointed out some of the tricky aspects of the situation, then started. He answered all of my questions, and the job was completed in a tidy, workmanlike manner.
After finishing, he relit the hot water tank and verified that the previously malfunctioning burners on the stove were working properly. He then checked that the gas dryer was also heating.
As I stated above, Leonard's work was excellent.

Never having an issue as this at our residence, I remembered seeing ER Plumbing trucks as I was driving from time to time. I called, and they scheduled me a service call for same evening, (Thanksgiving Eve), and Josh G****** showed up quicker than I expected. He immediately found the problem, which was a pump within the septic tank. Josh informed me that ER Plumbing did not service septic systems. He made a call to a company he knew of, and they committed to be at my house the next morning (Thanksgiving Day!) I could not ask for better service than I received from ER Plumbing, and will definitely call them should I ever need plumbing help in the future. We had an issue with a kitchen faucet. Called ER PLUMBING (our plumbing specialist for many years), they dispatched someone within 30 minutes. In comes Jeff M with "foot booties" in hand ready to rescue our leaking faucet. With a smile & friendly face, Jeff repaired, gave us some handy tips on what to look for in a new faucet if needed, and went on his merry way. Will did an excellent job. He installed an very specialized shower fixture in our master bathroom. It required drilling through the ceramic tile and mounting a very heavy shower head and hand spray.

E.R Plumbing literally saved the day as we were in the middle of a small home reno project we needed a last minute plumber and called a big name company and had awful service and were quoted an insane price to fix something simple. We called E. R plumbing and they had someone out within the hour, so friendly from the office staff to the actual plumber - they resolved the issue in minutes and gave us a great price. Terry S. diagnosed the plumbing problem within minutes and began working to resolve the issue. He did inform me of the price to repair before he began the work. There were other issues he ran into that he did not anticipate due to old hardware that had rusted out. He was prepared and had replacements which I was pleased to know. Our water heater sprang a leak behind a wall in our garage. Leonard was very nice and polite. He localized the problem and fixed it efficiently. He had to work in a crawl space so he took pictures of the before and after so that I could see the work. He's also rectified someone else's bad installation job. I am very pleased with Leonard's work.
On the other hand, I had explained in details my clogging issue to the receptionist (shower P-trap clogged by grout and needing a new P-trap) so that my assigned plumber would come prepared. She's only passed the message as "clogged bathtub pipe". Leonard had to pause a moment to make sure he had the right parts to fix the problem. This unnecessarily adds to the stress.
