I have had bad experiences in the past with other marketing companies but this time was different. I like eGumball because they are different. Overall good experience. I like that when I have questions or need something it is relatively easy.Erica helped me with some questions I had about our website placement on google as well as other questions. I like that y'all are helpful whenever I call with a question. Right now, we are paying the price for switching phone services. It just so happens that whenever we switch services, the number goes disconnected for a period of time, and Google seems to hunt us down right then, and we fall in the rankings. We switched a few years ago and it was over 90 days to get out of a deep hole.I called today because I wanted to do some damage control, our rankings just fell after our phone switch of last week. I checked us out prior and we are now dropped since the switch. I asked Erica to help out and see if we can be salvaged before we fall completely off. She had a ton of suggestions, and has a wonderful personality. She gave me a great load of help and I renewed at a 12-month commitment. I'll give Erica10 out of 5 stars !!!!!
