All rating above 1 star appear to exist between mid Debary and mid March 2020. After that only a 1 Star rating appears!!! Love to know where or who is rating this group 5 stars? Be sure to check out various rating sights. Als0, don't be shy about Reporting any predictor type action by them to your State Attorney General's office.

II did have a conversation within the first 30 days regarding not wishing to proceed with your serveries once I discovered that there was a annual agreement requirement which I specifically did not want. To date, no changes are apparent on the site as specifically requested NOR receipt of any type of confirmation, i.e. postcard, etc. received. Therefore no Outward document proof of services activated other than insider notes:
"Performance Guarantee: If publisher does not activate service within the first thirty (30) days of this agreement, client may opt out of this agreement without penalty and receive a 100% refund of start up fees. I agree to the terms of service set forth at publisher’s"

Erica was a great listener and came up with helpful solutions and was super sweet. I really appreciated that having come close to canceling my account. She understood my perspective and the struggles I am having. She was enthusiastic, agreeable and took several actions with new ideas for my studio and photography to be more visually effective online.
I hope to continue this business relationship and make the changes that justify the cost and see a return soon. We have a call scheduled for next week Monday to keep the momentum going. I need HELP!
