I had 2 showers built in 1985. When u change fixtures I found out there's more to it. Marc R and Thomas came out and had to repipe around shower valve, install fixtures, install regulator and install 2nd shower fixture. We had roots blocking the outside drains around our pool decking. Adam let us know his ETA which was very helpful. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of the problem and the various solutions. He was up front on cost. He spent quite a lot of time snaking the multiple drains around the pool, pulling out the roots and when was finally done, I could see how well water now flows. He was impeccable in his after job clean up. I would highly recommend Dutton Plumbing and would recommend asking for Adam who has been doing this for 31 yrs. We also choose to have them install a tankless water heater and a water filter. Jaylyn arrived and was very pleasant from the start and let me know every step of the way what he was doing. He did a quick diagnostic and let me know exactly how much it would be. Before he started working. After he was done he gave me some helpful hints on how to keep it from reoccurring and let me know the job is guaranteed for 90 days. We've been on the family service plan with Dutton Pluming of a few years now. The annual service inspection includes a water heater flush, general pluming inspection and Bio-Clean drain treatment. Our house is over 20 years old and has its share of plumbing issues. To prevent these issues, Dutton Plumbing installed a pressure control regulator 3 or 4 years ago, but warned the hard water in the area would take its toll. This year we had two more leaks. We requested Luis Zamarripa as our annual service technician. He is an excellent, dependable technician and he drives PINK DUTTON PLUMBING TRUCK. 10% of the profits from the PINK trucks go to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
Luis recommended a whole house water filter to which we agreed. He included the leak repair and did an excellent installation job. We got an 18 month same as cash deal so it was very affordable.

We had Luis Zamarripa back on 9/12/18 to install a pre-purchased RO unit under our kitchen sink. The installation concerned me because Luis Z. and Lon Ralston had to cut a new hole in the sink to mount the RO faucet. The installation was perfect. No cracks in the sink, which is over 20 years old, and NO LEAKS under the sink. I've been told that can be a common problem with RO installations.
Additionally, Luis and Lon, replaced our old dishwasher air gap. We requested this extra work and asked for the air gap to match our upgraded sink faucet. The match is a good one and the Luis and Lon's workmanship is excellent.

I got a quote over the phone for $199 from Michael. When the plumber got here he gave me a quote of $549. This was to find a leak in a pipe that was in the dirt in about a 5' x 10' area. They were asking $549 to dig a hole to find a leaking pipe! Unbelievable! The quote I was given over the phone was for the same thing. The plumber said he would call the office. I watched him and he did not talk to anyone else. He came back to me and said $249. I told him to leave my property. These guys are scam artists so BEWARE!!! Eric N. 09/25/18 |
