Randy strives for excellence and believes that making people happy is the true reward. He loves problem solving and stepping up to new challenges with a smile on his face. Randy is an avid surfer and loves going to the beach with his family. He has a beautiful wife and 7 children with who he loves to play sports with in his free time. He also has two dogs (Snoopy and Peanut), and an aquatic turtle names Pee Wee. Randy doesn't let plumbing problems get in his way, as he's also big into martial arts (of which he started at the age of 5)!
