During the installation of our Tankless Water Heater, Casey Bagley was very professional, always kept us informed of his progress, answered any questions we had, kept the area neat and clean, and kept disruption of power and water to a minimum. We were impressed with the quality of customer service provided. The electrician, Jimmy, was also very professional and was able to perform clean up work on our electrical panel to make it user friendly when adding additional power needed for the tankless water heater. Sue was so wonderful when we called in our emergency and we had shut off our water to our home. Taylor came and stopped the immediate leak so we could have water that same day. Not very happy with clean up after finishing. And yesterday my son was in back yard and found 2 pieces of skirting laying on the ground. Too easy for critters to get under the house. When I called Cummings Plumbing the came out immediately. Their crews were knowledgeable and all of them were extremely polite and personable. They cleaned up everyday and did not leave our house in a huge mess. The office personnel were wonderful. Sue let us know everyday when the crew was on their way to our house. Price for repiping house was fair. All the workers were excellent. Very patient with the dogs, more than what they should be expected to be! The work done (piping, drywall repair and painting) was also very good.
The only thing I feel was not up to par was the clean up. First, the dry wall compound used etched both the driveway (white patches) and the grout on the saltillo tiles in the house. They missed patching a couple of small dings they put in the drywall and a small hole in the exterior stucco...just an oversight when they finished.
Overall, it was a very good job and I would use them again for any problems I might have. (See More)

Loved Chris Sandoval and his working partner Abel. They were very hard working, diligent, and reliable. They communicated very effectively. They cleaned up after themselves every day. I left them in my home while I took my husband to a medical procedure. Everything in the house was left in its place without any problems. It's weird to have strangers in your house cutting holes in the walls but Chris and Abel seemed like family members while they were here. Their manners and good nature were very enjoyable during a very stressful time for us. Chris offered a suggestion to contact Tucson Water due to a $446.72 bill. Had my house completely re piped (polybutilene), got three estimates and decided, for several reasons to go with Cummings, not the cheapest but seemed to be more confident. Lasted a bit longer than I expected but a huge job...There were so many different men at my home, don't remember all the names ( Kevin, Gary, Chris, Gilbert, Francisco, Mike and several more) and all were courteous and efficient...Almost complete, have to call today about a small caulking thing but the job is almost done ...The drywall company they contracted with (Royal Renovations, I think, even though they drove a Steamy Concepts truck ) did a great job of replacing and matching the drywall...They called (Allen) several times to make sure all was going as it should, very conscientious, good job... Our sewer line had a dip in the middle, until Cummings fellows cleaned out the roots and sediment that had clogged the pipe, then they lined the old piping with a new liner that even straightened out the sag, so..... our pipes run downhill!!! Not bad for a 50 year old house..... horray!!!! Won't clog when the entire pipe flows downhill. I won't have to make excuses to a new owner, whenever we sell!!! Not soon! the plumbers made huge holes in my panels under the house and the first group of guys did such a poor job all the dirt caved in.sent another guy to fix the the panels , he fixed one of them but as they left i went under house and its the same old panel,so now i have to hire a contractor to fix what cummings plumbing did.
