Everyone from the company is well trained and helpful. Vincent was able to diagnose our problems correctly and handle details to get our problem solved. We’ve had other companies try to analyze and did so incorrectly. We will never use any other plumbing service. (See More)

Called to have my water heater replaced. The technician did a great job installing, however, left a mess for me to clean up in the garage. The total cost was $2,000 which I explained was very high. He stated that the products have gone up in price. The invoice I received has no breakdown for costs which got me thinking about what they charge for labor and parts. I googled the water heater model # and saw the same product at a plumbing supply store for $699. So even with the parts like new metal lines and fittings should have been around $800. So they charge $1200 in labor for 2 hours worth of work.......Rediculous. I will use another service next time.
The business does not allow a new post so I am adding to this one. Called to have a gas line added to install an outdoor kitchen. Was Quoted $8000 to have 140 foot gas line added that would cost less than $1000 in material and maybe one day of labor. Once again, this company over charges. Will NEVER use them again. Unfortunately I have a service contract on A/C unit that they over charged me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you like to overpay. (See More)

They responded promptly when my kitchen faucet started leaking on Saturday afternoon. Vincent Prado was was very polite and and efficient. Since I wanted to purchase the new faucet, we scheduled an appointment for the following Monday morning. Vincent installed the new faucet and left the area around the sink clean and dry. When I had trouble figuring out how to get hot water out of the new faucet, they sent Garrett out to make a service call. He showed me how to operate the new faucet. Just as with Vincent, he was polite and efficient. I will definitely considering Cummings when I am ready to replace my heater/air conditioner. (See More)

Had my entire irrigation system replaced. I have 3/4 of an acre between my front yard and back. Both my front and back yard has to be dug up .My yard has both potted and ground plants that required irrigation. The work was done in two days,when they left you’d never know they were there. The materials they used were top notch, I wont have to worry about my irrigation for at least 20 years. They raked the gravel back in its place, swept up and took all the old tubing away. The technician was friendly, but not clear on the charges or services I was to receive. Extremely over priced for the services I received. $977 for a jet drain clear. Drywall was removed from my home and not replaced. Rooter service didn't take and the expectation for the new quote was for reasons why the rooter didn't take including video of the obstruction and needs for future repair. Would not recommend. However pricing seemed both high and vague (could not get an itemized quote, just a single quote for the simple job). To replace a $15 exterior faucet took less than an hour and cost more than $300. Tech Vincent informed me why the water heater could not be fixed (15 years old, a no longer made Whirlpool using no longer made parts) so we purchased a Bradford White new heater. He installed it the same day. Work was done neatly and quickly and I am pleased with the outcome. The cost was $1000 less than the cheapest quote from a previous company I had contacted. (See More)

Although, I think we could have avoided a much higher expense if the two guys would have at least took the cover off the shower faucets to at least look before assuming it was probably just the packing or whatever, I am satisfied that the job was done well.
