The first time we used their services everything was done over the phone. Josh was on time, sent photos of what needed to be done, then sent more when he was done. We’re very happy with what was done. We called a second time for a leak. Jake was on time, found the leak quickly and gave us options. We chose what we wanted and William did the install. Well at first i thought that what William had to say about the problem with the gas fireplace was the problem. It was not as we found out. William is very friendly but his knowledge about the gas fireplace could of cost my dad $1,200. money he does not have. William i feel just needs more experience. Our shower began to drip. I called Cummings and they came that afternoon. A quick repair was done and the drip stopped. I really wanted to replace the old fixtures with a new single handle shower control. So they agreed to do that the next day and not charge for the washer job. Company texted and emailed me a pic and brief background of technician that was on his way. The kid showed up I explained my water heater was leaking from the top. I had done some googling and watched some YouTube videos so I had an idea what was wrong but I was unable to remove the problem part (a $15 part). He looked said he didn’t know if he would be able to get the part off without damage, said let me see if we have the part on the truck and get you a quote. Came back with a quote of $350! I contacted Cummings Plumbing on Monday morning regarding a major water leak that required the water to be shut off until repairs were completed. They were able to schedule a technician to come out that afternoon. The technician found the problem and was able to shut off water to the affected area while restoring water to the house until the parts required to fix the leak could be ordered and the repair completed. The technician returned the next day to finish the repair. I was so impressed with the service and professionalism of the technician that I have already referred Cummings to my coworkers. Cummings Plumbing has been added to my contact list for plumbing problems not covered by my home warranty. (See More)

Our water usage has been increasing for the last 4-5 months so I called the Water Dept. The first thing suggested was o put dye in the toilet tanks and see if there is leakage. We did so and there was. Cummings had done very satisfactory work for us in the past and they quickly responded to replace the flush valves in two toilets. While here, and in further checking, they determined that the meter had a slow turn indicating a leak inner system somewhere. It is probably beneath our driveway as other homes our development have had the exact problem. An estimate was made and given us and we have immediately contacted our Home Insurer re the problem. It's now in their hands, but Cummings (and William) have done a commendable job in easing our minds about this issue. (See More)

JT did an outstanding job installing both water heaters timely and professionally. Once again my third water heat that was also installed in 2005 started leaking yesterday in the garage. I called Cummings Plumbing Heating and Cooling again yesterday since the last time they worked at my home, their service and knowledge was impeccable. I ask if they could send JT back to my residence since he did such a great job installing the last two water heaters. He was dispatched on the date and time I requested and he showed up ready to go to work. This young man is absolutely knowledgeable. He completed the work within the time frame given and gave me some additional information on what he had observed with my piping that needed repair.
