Crawford is awesome. We have been doing business with them for 15 years. Great service. Honest and reputable service people. Today Armando D. did the yearly maintenance on our furnace. He was efficient and helpful, as our unit is quite old.
We appreciate having a trustworthy company to call for our heating and a.c. work.

Armando arrived promptly, on time and completed the repairs to my AC system professionally and within the promised time frame. So far, so good, just ahead of the really hot summer days. Thanks to Richard and Mikal for finding the problem and scheduling the repair, thus preventing a breakdown at the most inopportune time after the really hot summer arrives. He arrived on time and as we were involved in heavy rains he checked in with me and stated that he would be waiting for the rain to let up and then would start the work. Armando D., the technician, was very courteous and thorough in his work. He uncovered a problem we didn't even realize we had (a loose wire that was affecting the efficiency of heating and cooling) and fixed it at no charge. The problem was not discovered by the previous technician. From now on we will ask that Armando be the technician assigned to our house. (See More)
