I am sending this email to complain. First of all your company seems to try to limit my reviews by isolating the technician who did the work. I was pleased by his work on my repair and do not wish to take anything away from him. My complaint is with you crawford. I called you on a sunday and was led to believe someone would be out on monday. I finally called around five pm to say no one had showed up costing me a days pay. When I called around five pm i was told that the answering service you used must have not told you. Well i do not care. If you contract work with these people you are responsible for their actions.
Secondly I got the bill for your services and was told I needed to pay a diagnostic bill of 160.00. Nothing was diagnosed. I told the repair man exactly what was wrong. Apparently there is a wire leading from the outside unit to the inside unit that was too short because i had cut the wire. The technician added 20 feet to the middle of this wire. He never even looked at the outside unit. He added the 20 feet in the middle of the wire. It only took a little more than half an hour. There was no diagnosis what so ever. The wire was already connected to the inside unit as well as the outside unit. PERHAPS YOU CALL THIS CHARGE A SERVICE fee.
I have no wish to deTRACT FROM the technician. He did his job. SORRY ABOUT THE ALL CAPS MY COMPUTER IS ACTING UP.

I have become skeptical and keep my guard up when working with service contractors. We have been burned in the past and a lot of companies out there will rip you off. This time we chose Crawford and we are so happy we did. They handled the process of installing our new system seamlessly. Crawford Services did an incredible job! From the initial quote from Eric Wilson to the installation by Marcelino, Crawford is as professional as you could ask for. The system they installed is a Lennox Heat and Air Conditioning, and is terrific. After Marcelino completed the installation, was deemed that the circuit breaker that controlled the air conditioner (60 amp) was too high, so Eric W had a new breaker for my obsolete Circuit box, ordered (50 amp) and Blake Crawford delivered it himself. Post install adjustments were done by Eric (damper, fan speeds, etc.) to assure that the unit was running most efficiently. From beginning to end, our experience with Crawford is A+. We have a one year parts and labor and another nine years on just parts on the new system. If and when service is required, I guarantee that Crawford Services will be who I call. Crawford Services were on time both for estimates and installation as well as value for installed products. We had three different companies provide us estimates for our 15 year old heat pump systems and chose Crawford Services.
Daniel from Crawford services came out and gave us an estimate to replace two older and troublesome heat pumps. He went over all the options we had available with the Lenox line (one speed, two speed, variable, etc.) and the different SEER ratings of each model. We discussed areas in the house that were warm/cold and what remedies could be done. Daniel did an excellent job of going over the options and prices and provided us a written estimate of all the costs and work to be performed.
The installation team was on time, friendly, courteous, and careful with our home. They cleaned up after the installation and had us review their work before leaving. Sean installed our new advanced thermostats and showed us how they worked and how to program them. [As an aside, the new thermostats are wonderful. You can control and monitor the home temperature from an IPAD/Home computer/Phone].
The new systems have been installed and are working great. They are quieter than our previous systems and are keeping the house temp well regulated. We are happy with our new heat pump systems. (See More)

After purchasing my next home, I wanted to install a separate HVAC unit to handle the master suite. During my investigation of doing so, I discovered issues with the 3 existing HVAC systems. My HVAC company had just gone out of business. The seller of the home had recommended Crawford, so I called them, as well as 2 other firms recommended by friends, to come inspect the home and suggest recommendations for repair and/or replacement. Of the 3 firms, Blake Langford at Crawford spent the most time at the home analyzing the issues and the solutions to ensure I would not experience any HVAC failure especially during the summer. While not the least expensive of the three, I had more confidence in Crawford, and they did not disappoint. They were excellent in all areas. I highly recommend them. (See More)

Had a unit installed - it kept shutting down and took three more service calls to get it working. The error message on the thermostat still shows the error code because the tech didn't know how to rest it. The final inspection and run-through on the thermostat has never happened. This is my second heat pump that I've bought from this dealer. The original system I just had replaced went out on a Wednesday around noon. By two o'clock a serviceman was in my home diagnosing the problem and by four o'clock a salesman was outlining my options.
The new system (a two-stage 21 SEER) and its financing was readily apparent and we agreed on terms quickly.
The installers were clean, courteous and efficient. They hauled the old system out of the attic and carried the new one in with no damage to my home.
They installed it beautifully, including labeling all the pieces and the correct air flow with easily-read decals.
