Crawford Services, Inc. has always provided me with great customer service for the heating and air conditioning in my home. When my air conditioning unit failed, a technician was sent right out to help me in the triple digit heat of July. I purchased a new heating and air conditioning system which it was installed professionally and in a timely manner. Crawford Services was EXCELLENT! They arrived to give an estimate on the same day that I called, within 2 hours. After reviewing and accepting their estimate, the installers came the very next day and completed replacing the entire system in one day. Manuel Zapata and his son, Jose are an install team working for Crawford Services. Two large units plus ancillary equipment were replaced with new Lennox systems. The two equipment areas are difficult to access but these men made a tough job look simple! Extreme care was taken of our home and everything was clean and neat after they left. The new install is very neatly done and the new Lennox equipment state of the art with amazing features.

We were extremely pleased with the work done by Manuel Z. and his son. They installed a new AC unit at out home. Everything was very professional and they did a great job. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. They covered all of our floors prior to beginning to work and even asked for a vacuum to sweep up when they were finished. Manuel was part of the team with Jesus who installed the second Lenox system in our home. Again, very professional and made sure I was comfortable with placement of new intake. Very tidy and clean. Did an exceptional job for us. He showed up on time. He introduced himself and gave me a written introduction from Crawford including contact numbers. He covered all the floor pathways with a drop cloth. He made sure the unit was working and left the work areas cleaner than what they were. I highly recommend Manuel and Crawford Services. (See More)

Manuel and "Tio" did a great job installing a new HVAC system in our home. He explained the process in detail (I ask a lot of questions) and the team was courteous and neat. This is a big ticket item and they gave me confidence in the work! Excellent! Extremely professional job. Arrived on time. They covered every inch of carpeting and the hardwood floors to protect it from the heavy traffic of removing the old system and installing the new. They truly worked non stop on a day that hit 100 degrees and completed the installation sooner than I expected. Great workers and very courteous.
