We chose Crawford Services to replace 2 A/C units in our home during this crazy Covid time. Misael Rico was the installer, and could not have been more professional! In the heat, they kept their PPE on the entire time. He was very friendly, thorough and super efficient in the way he and his team performed their work. Misael and Juan installed a new unit for our house and these two young men were so polite and respectful. They were so concerned about making sure not to get our floors dirty and when they left yesterday (Wednesday 6/10) they made it a point to be sure and let us know when they would be back today. Sure enough they were right on time. They stayed today until they were totally finished. They did not take a lunch break but late after finally took a small break and went after Ice Cream. Needless to say they were gone very long so they must have gotten a small cone. Thank you Crawford Services, Inc. for such awesome employees. (See More)

Misael **** replaced my 24 year old air conditioner and installed a new system. He and his teammate were the most professional service people I have ever used. The temperature in my house was 85 degrees, after 3 days without air conditioning. The attic was about 125 degrees. These two arrived on time, were very courteous and respectful, telling me exactly what they were going to do. They went up and down the attic stairway all day. They never complained, never asked for anything, and kept working for 12 hours. After the installation was complete, Misael was very patient and clear in explaining the system to me, as well as how to operate the new thermostat. They left the house, yard and driveway very clean. I would give 6 stars if I could :) The overall experience has been exceptional. From the initial contact via Costco - to the sales process (Rick ****** - to the install (Misael and Jorge). Speaking specifically of the install - Misael and Jorge treated the install as if they were installing in their own home. The attention to detail was exceptional - and they ensured everything was done to my satisfaction, I ask a lot of questions during an install like this - and they always answered confidently. We've lived at our current residence for 23 years, handling HVAC repairs year to year as components wore out, knowing that "some day" we needed to completely replace our system while "hoping" it wasn't going to be during a HOT Texas summer.
Enter the CostCo January 2019 cash card special using Crawford Services as the HVAC service provider of choice. We couldn't be happier with our timing and especially with the selection of Crawford Services to do the installation. Without a doubt the best installation experience of our 47 years of home ownership. From the original contact with "Cat" at Costco through the bid process with Rick and the outstanding installation service with Misael and Roberto to the followup with Sean for system adjustments, I couldn't give a higher recommendation.

i think Crawford Services is great! i used Frymire Services for many years before they went into bankruptcy i moved to Crawford Services as my technician from Frymire moved to Crawford. I want to especially mention an installer that recently installed a new AC system in my home. his name is Misael Rico. this gentleman was so professional and i was very impressed with him the moment he showed up at my front door. turns out he was also a installer for Frymire! i highly recommend Crawford Services , everyone that has come out to my home have been top notch! i trust them to be fair and honest. Joe Gil was great! i told him i was rushed because i had to go to work later that day, but my AC was not working and i needed someone to come that day! he told me he didn't rush and if he couldn't fix my AC he would come back the next day, ( i was off the next day ), and i wouldn't be charged another service call. turned out he fixed my AC and was very good at explaining what was wrong with my unit. i felt very confident that he knew what he was doing. i hope he is the same technician that comes back to my home the next time i need help!! thanks Joe (See More)

Daniel Moon did a great job explaining what I needed and his price options were way below a previous quote from another company. The instillation was clean and very professionally done. I could tell that they were taking their time to do it right and with great care, but they also worked through lunch to get it done early. Misael Rico walked me through the new features. We had our AC replaced and the technicians worked very efficiently getting the unit installed and operational in less than a day. They left the area better than they found it and made sure the runners they used to keep debris off our floors was collected in such a way as to not make a mess. It's Texas with warmer weather fast approaching, and my air conditioner compressor died. Crawford's staff members first came for a diagnostic call, then a customer service representative talked to us about our options and helped us get on a stress-free payment plan... then Misael came and promptly, efficiently, respectfully installed what we needed and made sure it was to our satisfaction before leaving.
