Rod Payne came to the house to look at our very old and broken air conditioning system. He was extremely thorough and very good at explaining what was wrong. And even though the unit is 23 years old and needs to be replaced, he managed to get it running for us! (See More)

Rod has been our technician for over 30 years. One year he nearly spent Christmas Eve with us while he repaired our heating unit. I think he ran into Santa that night in the attic! Last night the temperature in our master bedroom was 89 degrees! It's now 106 degrees! Thanks to Rod and all those at Crawford Services Inc who made it possible for him to be here early this morning to repair the AC unit. We are very grateful! (See More)

The spring AC service by Crawford was delayed one day. The service technician arrived near the end of the rescheduled window, spending about an hour each on two AC units. The technician notified us of an additional maintenance cost required on one unit. The units were thoroughly tested, cleaned and adjusted. The service personnel work professionally and efficiently. I will continue to employ Crawford as our HVAC vendor. (See More)
