I've been with Crawford a couple of years. I'm on the annual plan. The last technician that came out in Jan2020 installed improper filters and didn't tell us. You can see in attached photos quite of bit of dust was getting around the filters and likely collected on our coil. I called and they said "sorry" and that was it. Not happy. The last technician we got Richard, did a fantastic job cleaning units, taping vents, cleaning drain lines, topping off our units with Freon. I give some of their technicians 1 star and some 5 stars. I may change my review if they keep giving us Richard to service our units. I would suggest you purchase your own filters and do not rely on Crawford to do it. (See More)

Richard M. has provided excellent service for our two heating/air systems (one a heat pump, one not) for at least 4 years now. He shows up on time, is able to intelligently explain whatever he needs to do and/or does with the system, and is not put off if we ask for an explanation of the costs in advance. He gets his jobs done in what we consider a reasonable amount of time. Richard suggested a heat-distributing hood for our older outside unit, designed it, and the Crawford people built it. This aging unit not only runs better, it has an extended lease on life. To date, we have found Crawford charges to be reasonable for the high quality of the work done. Richard Martinez with Crawford did a great job eliminating the condensate dripping issue with my unit. It involved a lot of messy cleaning of the insdes and outsides of various lines and coils, and Richard's attitude, explanations, and thorough cleanup were greatly appreciated. (See More)

I have been a customer with Crawford, previously AirRite since approximately 2007. I am always pleased with how caring and thorough the office staff is. I no longer have to request Richard M as my service technician. I can count on him to complete my maintenance check every six months as though it is his own. I know this is why my system keeps me cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter, without any interruptions. I can't imagine any one else maintaining my system. No worries! I had a plumber come to investigate a smell. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made some recommendations but suggested an AC technician come out as well. The AC tech was also very nice and seemed to know his stuff. He did a minor repair and also made some recommendations. Both seemed like competent, trustworthy guys, and the office staff who scheduled the appointments were also nice and helpful. (See More)

Excellent service as always.
My concern is the 5 hour window that we are given, this is not reasonable to ask a customer to wait for service.
I suggest a 2-3 hour window, and you can always call if someone is available to come earlier, or may come later.have one or two
If you need to have more technicians, then get them, and have enough to respond in the 2-3 hour window.
