Second experience with Cowboy moving was just as awesome as the first three years ago. Team arrived on schedule, full of energy and ready to work. They were careful with my historic house walls and followed instructions perfectly. Thanks to Jesse, Mike & Vinnie and to the office staff. Will call Cowboy again for future needs. Our first Cowboy experience was truly worry free. The team of packers and movers were polite and courteous, arrived on time and worked efficiently while listening to our needs and desires. I worked with Jorge, Viny, and Luis at Cowboy Movers on my move out and move in for a local move. They worked diligently to get my items loaded on and off the truck and they packed the truck well to ensure minimal issues while the items were in storage for several months. Jorge and Vincent were absolutely amazing during our move from our first apartment and into our first home! On a very cold day, no less. It was zero degrees at best! They were very personable and polite the entire time. Outstanding service! We had always used friends and family before this but after our experience with Cowboy we are planning on using them again in the future if we need it! When I was refered to Steve Russell at Cowboy Moving, I was immediately impressed with his customer service. We scheduled our move, then had to move the date with no problems with the change. The move date was confirmed by staff several days ahead of time. Moving staff arrived on time, consisting of Jorge (best packer ever!), Davis, Vincent & Aaron did a fantastic job. They worked there butts off all day. We have quite a few very heavy items. No complaints. I will be scheduling the unpacking soon for 3 weeks in the future. I chose Cowboy because they offer storage in the trailer that’s loaded at yo o home (so you don’t pay labor costs to unload it into their storage area). Right away I was glad I did because working with Cherie to coordinate the details was exceptional. She is a great resource. On moving day Davis was professional, engaging, and attentive to our needs leading the crew. Including loading in and a month later loading out into our new home we had 7 different movers and all were excellent. Hire this company!! (See More)

The guys that did the grunt work were awesome. Astonishing how hard they work. Some of the crew that moved us out of our Morrison home were also involved in moving us in to Grand Junction. Totally hard working, cordial and willing to do anything we asked. I do recommend them highly but with the caveat that their bid was way off, and I mean by thousands. I don't think Steve, the estimator, was familiar with our size of home and didn't take into account the amount of art and accessories we had. Steve's explanation that we kept adding things to ship and that would be true, but not by around $5,000.00. (See More)

I can't say enough about Cowboy Moving starting with Jose who came to the house to see what my needs were and prepare an estimate for the job. I had lived in the house for 49 yrs. and didn't know what to expect. Day one of the two day move, Jorge and Vinnie arrived to help pack all my art, prepare my furniture for moving and pack some very special antiques. It was obvious they were true professionals. The next day Jorge & Vinnie returned along with Alex, Mike. Elias and Taylor. I was amazed at what a well ordered crew they were. My 3000 sq.ft. house, four car garage and tons of patio furniture were loaded in no time. The entire crew were were outstanding. It has been a pleasure dealing with everyone. Not only were my expectations met, they were exceeded, My belongings are now being stored at Cowboy's until I find my new home. I look forward to working the crew again. forrest, vincent and derek were the best ‘can do’ crew i’ve had in a lifetime of ‘can do’ crews. everything about the move, from access to my house to a too large for the door 300lb table to a giant armoire wedged beneath a too low ceiling, seemed so difficult and they made it look easy! there was also some very difficult rearranging at the new building and they worked hard to make sure it was as i wanted. they were fun to work with, expeditious and on time. i will use them again when i move the rest of my household. thanks guys! Cowboy is the best. This is the second time we have used them and we could not be happier. Here is what makes them special, in order of importance to me: 1) A real person answers the phone. Every time. It's usually Debbie. And Debbie is great. 2) Debbie knows what she is talking about. And she knows a whole lot about moving stuff. 3) Because Debbie knows a lot about moving, she has great advice to offer and she comes up with some very creative way to get weird things moved and/or make other accommodations. 4) When things about the move change, Debbie never scolds you. She simply assures you that it is simply a normal part of the business. Then she makes the changes and she thanks you for letting her know. Imagine that! 5) Cowboy will arrange the move around YOUR schedule, even if that means picking up from your house and two or three public storage garages. But be kind and give them at least a few weeks advance notice. 6) The move-out crew arrives on time, introduces themselves (Darrin, Davis, Dennis and Emilio) and take a quick survey of the house to come up with the best game plan to move your stuff out. 6) They place large pads/drop cloths throughout the house so floors don't get dirty or damaged. 7) You don't have to pack every single item into a box. This includes all the last minute things like the cable box, computer modem, landline phone etc. The Cowboy crew brings a large supply of wardrobe boxes that they pack with all the odd stuff - table lamps, lamp shades, bedspreads, snow shovels - you name it they can usually fit it it in a wardrobe box. They pad your items very well if needed. 8) The crew gets to work immediately and does not stop until everything that needs to be moved is on the truck. 9) Upon arrival at the new address, the crew (Darrin, Davis, Dennis and Vince) takes a quick survey of the house to come up with the best game plan to move your stuff in. 10) If the weather is bad (in our case, packed snow and slush), the crew places pads/drop cloths from their truck to your front door and/or garage so your stuff comes in "goop" free. Same thing in the house - pads/drop cloths everywhere. We were left with many boxes but no dirt. 11) You only have to tell the crew one time where you want a particular box or item place and they will put it there and nowhere else. 12) The crew cleans up after themselves and cleans up after you. Wonderful. Finally, each and every one of the Cowboy crew, from Debbie in the office to Darrin who drove the truck and to the guys who did the grunt work - all were professional, good natured, easy to talk with and more than willing to help out with whatever needed to be done to make the move as easy as possible for our move. Thanks Cowboy, but we will not use you again. At our age, we hope this is the last move we will ever make. But if we do have to move, we will call you. (See More)

We hired Cowboy to pack our kitchen and pantry. I had occasion to look into boxes that had been packed by Richard. He failed to wrap breakable items in paper so as to protect them. Examples: plates, bowls, bottles and who knows what else. If I had the time I would go through every box he packed and redo it. I would never hire these people again (See More)

The team was excellent for both moving and packing. They dealt patiently with my husband, who has Parkinson's disease. They were professional, courteous, and very concerned about both my household goods and my home. They came highly recommended to me and I would not hesitate recommending them to others. My only suggestions is that they could have made the moving experience even better by offering a retired military, senior citizen, or disability discount. YES, 5 STARS! I am posting to rave about the entire team at Cowboy Moving & Storage. It has been such a pleasure to work with all of them. We hired them to move our office boxes from Blackhawk to Littleton Colorado. Jaylen made booking the appointment a breeze. She was kind, knowledgeable and professional. Eric, Vince and Mike were all so polite and professional when the showed up and looked over all the boxes and explained how they would be handling the project. Witnessing their experience at work was mind-blowing. These guys got through the project in a timely manner. To top it off, the Safety manager from our company was at the job site and was impressed with how these guys worked so well as a team and helped each other when they saw the need. We had a fantastic team that included - Eric, Vince, Dominick, Bob, Charles and Derek.. The move was going to take about 5 hours, but it ended up being 11 hours, because we had to move a lot more than we anticipated. This team kept upbeat throughout it all and had so much energy. The Team was wonderful - very careful with our belongings, great attitude, very nice and cooperative. Both the Packing Team and Moving Team included Bob, Alex, Vince and Alejandro. They let me now when they were on the way which was very helpful. They worked very hard the whole time they where on the job. We are so thankful for Cowboy moving. Starting with Debbie who was just so wonderful and helpful. We got many quotes and Debbie was so kind and Cowboy had the best prices. The moving team met a family member at our previous home and worked very hard with a huge task at hand. The guys were all incredibly friendly and professional. I want to share our positive experience with Cowboy Moving. We considered 3 moving companies for a downsizing move for a mother-in-law. All moving companies seem to have mixed reviews, at best. We initially chose Cowboy in part because they are headquartered near us and we wouldn't have to pay for a long drive from their facility. (Which was an issue with a well-rated competitor who was located in north Denver.) But starting with Debbie in the office, who reassured us with her straightforward manner and flexibility about whether our move would require one stop (the assistive living facility) or two (at a storage facility), we were very happy with our experience with Cowboy Moving. Our mover and driver (Vince and Jose) were friendly, efficient and communicated well with us as they wrapped and moved our items to the truck. They worked with a positive energy, which was important to us because it was already stressful for our 90-year-old mother-in-law to have strangers in her house of 50 years. She was delighted with how the move went, and how well they moved her furniture into her new but smaller place. Thank you, Cowboy Moving, for making the move a positive one. First time using cowboy moving in was one of the WORST moving companies I have ever dealt with! Customer service was very horrible I scheduled my moving through Sherry, she was very rude and unprofessional wanted to charge for the move more than the movers wrote! Debbie did not do her job too... she scheduled what I requested WRONG, a LOT of miss communication. When I called and scheduled her appointment she did not write down everything that I've told her on the work order which slow down my moving process. The movers did not even call in and let me know that they were on their way my appointment was between 12-2pm, it got rescheduled from 2-3pm. Movers showed up at 2:48 never called. When the movers unassembled my couch they couldn't put it back together, 3 men couldn't figure it out! The movers were Mike Moore, Vincent & Dread. These guys need more training! If someone is trying to use cowboy moving do not use it, its overpriced, there are moving companies that are cheaper than them and have better customer service!!! (See More)
