They were on time, very careful with our furniture and took extra time to make sure they were able to get some of our oddly shaped furniture where it needed to go. Hey, your website doesn’t have a complete list of names to choose from. The guys who helped us were; Luis M Justin S Jake P Paula S Steve C Taylor K This crew was pleasant, effective, efficient, and respectful. They took care to wrap our items thoroughly, carried them with great care and were so very like able. Our move was a bit painstaking with loading 2 trucks because we have a stupid driveway that isn’t suitable for one of your large trucks. Much to my dismay, we have moved 4 times in the last 10 years and we moved my mom as well. We have used Cowboy for every move for a reason...they are terrific. If I must move again, I would be willing to change a move date before choosing another company. Thanks Cowboy. I chose Cowboy because they offer storage in the trailer that’s loaded at yo o home (so you don’t pay labor costs to unload it into their storage area). Right away I was glad I did because working with Cherie to coordinate the details was exceptional. She is a great resource. On moving day Davis was professional, engaging, and attentive to our needs leading the crew. Including loading in and a month later loading out into our new home we had 7 different movers and all were excellent. Hire this company!! (See More)

Jake and Luis were very careful moving the furniture out of a small house and into two other homes. They set up two beds and even put the dust ruffles on both beds for us. There were lots of bundles (20 ) of linen for two different homes and they were careful that each home received all of the correct bundles for that home. They were efficient, fast and courteous movers. It doesn't get any better than that! (See More)

My moving experience with Cowboy Moving & Storage was first rate from start to finish. I did my move in two separate stages. Both were A plus experiences. From the first phone call to Debbie in the office to the final paperwork when the moves were complete, I couldn’t have asked for a more professional team of movers. Eric and his team on the first phase were so efficient, courteous and thorough that I requested them for the second phase. Eric is a top notch, impressive professional and all his team was focused on doing their jobs right. I would never use anyone else for my moving needs and will highly recommend Cowboy to anyone. It seems like I call these guys every month for something ... moving furniture around in my house, transporting something over to a friend's house, or sometimes scheduling an actual move... or storage! I've used Cowboy for 3 prior moves and I can honestly say, NO ONE does it better! My current move was actually an easy one - moving out large items as I'm getting carpeting installed. They've done big moves for me and temporary moves as well between places. Here's what it boils down to: How much do you value the items being moved and are you willing to pay to have the best people do it? For me, it's a no brainer. Are they the cheapest? Probably not. Are they ridiculously priced? Absolutely not. Is it worth paying what I did to have the job done right with movers who come in, do the job, are courteous and treat my stuff as if it was their own. You're darn right it is! For my latest job, Mikey and Jake were prompt, courteous and careful with my belongings. A job I thought may have taken 4 hours took them only 3. I can't say it any simpler - if you want the best PROFESSIONALS to do the job, call Cowboy Moving & Storage. If you're looking to save a couple of bucks and go with a hope and prayer that everything goes smooth, I sincerely hope it works out. For me, go with the known, not the unknown. Forest was excellent = 5 stars service and concern for our things. Debbie was fantastic in setting up the move and keeping us informed = 5 stars. Personally watched Kenwon destroy two models I had under construction by jamming heavy items on top of balsa models , he seemed careless and not concerned for our stuff (also watched him break off a pad from our couch, look at it, then me, and walk away) = 0 star. My wife watched Dustin drag a cabinet across the hardwood floor leaving a scratch she couldn't get out = 0 star. Bob M was also very good and careful = 5 star. Not sure who took a chunk of wood out of our dresser top, but not happy with that and how some drawers now are hard to open and close on the night stands. Seeing that the majority of our things are in a storage unit,and we are unable to check for other damage, we can't comment on their condition. The only reason we gave you a "3" was because of Kenwon and Dustin and the damage!

All the 5 guys were very courteous and worked hard not to scratch walls, floors, etc. we have antique furniture and they took great care to insure they would be protected.
