We have had a great experience with Cowboy. After living in our house for 30 years, it has been a huge project to get everything sorted and packed. They have done two pick-ups and both went smoothly. The guys work hard and keep moving. They treat our things with respect and are good communicators. Cowboy has been a god-send and we are grateful to them for helping us through this move. THANKS! I chose Cowboy because they offer storage in the trailer that’s loaded at yo o home (so you don’t pay labor costs to unload it into their storage area). Right away I was glad I did because working with Cherie to coordinate the details was exceptional. She is a great resource. On moving day Davis was professional, engaging, and attentive to our needs leading the crew. Including loading in and a month later loading out into our new home we had 7 different movers and all were excellent. Hire this company!! (See More)

Split moving into two teams of three driver/movers. First moved larger items by Sam, K. B. and Alex. Next day second crew of Davis, Agustine and Dominic finished up with the delicates. We needed help with a 'Large Item' move and I reached out to Cowboy Moving and storage. Sheri was very helpful with setting up my move and making sure all my questions were answered. On moving say Jorge, Mike, and Beto arrived on time and got right to work. They were all very professional, friendly and efficient our move was scheduled to take 8 hours but was completed in 5.5 hours! I am so glad we chose to use Cowboy Moving and Storage and would recommend they to my friends and family for furniture moves! (See More)

I was very pleased with the crew, Vance and Mike. They were professional and fun to work with. They were also patient that I did not have everything quite packed and ready to go. I have never hire professional movers before and the outcome was pretty darn good. Once getting to our final destination they were very helpful and willing to carry other items we had moved ourselves from our garage to the living space. I've never been so happy to give a positive review as I am for Cowboy Moving & Storage. This company, from the owners all the way through the office staff and the movers are simply top shelf. The guys who moved us, Augustin, Alejandro, Bento, Vance & Tony were all professional, strong, extremely courteous, and very good at what they do. They never once complained! Instead they enjoyed each other's company, frequently laughing & kidding each other. They went above and beyond our expectations, and our expectations were already high after hearing others tell of their positive experiences with Cowboy Moving and Storage. Our thanks especially to owners, Mike and Sheri Folsom. They worked us into their busiest season, and at a cost that literally could not be beat. If you need to move, all I can say is "Cowboy Up!" They work real quickly and Charles was our favorite with his music playing and whistling while he worked. They hauled so many boxes and had to deal with an elevator that also had to be used by the residents. I thought they did a great job. (See More)

This crew was AMAZING!!! Eric, Bob and Tyler were able to get us moved when we were in a big time crunch. They swooped in and saved the day, carefully wrapping up the furniture and glass cabinets and carefully loading it up. The easiest part of our move was picking Cowboy Moving & Storage!! When I first called Sherri and Donna they kindly walked me through the process of scheduling the movers and figuring out all that we would be moving. They called to confirm the pick up and unload gave me plenty of notice to make sure I was ready - there are so many people and appointments when you are moving that their reminders were helpful in keeping me on schedule. The load movers were Henry, Beto, Tony and Azael - and they put me at ease immediately when introducing themselves and the care they showed for my belongings. I felt confident that my stuff was being packed well and cared for until it was unloaded two weeks later. Beto, Tony and Azael came back to help us unload - at my request. Henry must've been busy with another job. I handled the load and my husband handled the unload and we both had a great experience with these fine men. I will recommend Cowboy Moving & Storage to all my friends! And I will recommend this specific crew, they were a huge help and their friendliness made the process a pleasure. The divers got lost coming to your apartment and took them over an hour to get there then when they showed up Jose complained about having to dismantle the bed and the furniture and basically acted like he did not want to do any work all he wanted to do is move the boxes every time he had to move a piece of furniture he complained. I am a retail customer service manager and I would never hire Jose to do any jobs for my company Dennis was courteous but kind of slowed down once the move happened at the new residents and then he quoted us a two hour drive time going back to their base, so no tip was given to the drivers because I felt like he basically took advantage of the drive time going back to their base. So I would have liked a better experience with cowboy Moving and Storage knowing that they've been in town forever and they were one of the closest companies to our apartment to set up the move but kind of have a bad feeling about the company I know my experience doesn't count for all expenses but I still wished my experience was better since it was the first time I used cowboy moving and storage (See More)
