Happy to report a second great cross-town moving experience with Cowboy Moving! In 2017, Cowboy helped us move from a house in the *** to a storage unit. Now in 2022, Cowboy helped us move from the storage unit to a house in Evergreen. Both times, ************** set ** up for success with scheduling and planning/logistics. Our most recent move was handled by ********************, ********, and ********** We counted on them to move some large, heavy, and breakable furniture pieces and they handled the job with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. They wrapped, protected, moved, and unwrapped each difficult piece with great care and expertise. When an upholstered rocking chair accidentally came apart, the moving team immediately arranged for its repair. **** repaired the rocking chair and it's better than new! And the repaired chair was returned on the same day as the move. All in all, I'd highly recommend this moving company, and I'd hire them for my next move without any hesitation. Also want to add Professional Movers Dan W., Jordan and James. From the first time that I spoke with Jaylen our experience was professional and courteous. Information was provided that was helpful in preparing to move. Scheduling was easy and flexible which helped us immensely. The moving team was well trained and very professional. The crew worked hard and efficiently moving 80 some boxes of books plus furniture. They took the time to ensure that when unloading the boxes that they went in the right spot and more importantly, all the labels identifying the contents were visible. We had to be quick, effecient and get out of my home as fast as possible to avoid any interaction with my soon to be Ex husband. They were extremely professional, patience and were able to keep me calm and add humor to an otherwise stressful day. From beginning to end, they were all very professional and nice as could be! We unfortunately had to move during the 2020 covid pandemic. Cowboy Moving showed up on time, took great care of ALL of our personal belongings, and were very respectful during the entire day. They had to work very hard, as many of our pieces are extremely heavy. They were able to make everything work out well with zero damages! They were speedy, so as to not rack up their price since they charge by the hour. I do not normally recommend someone unless they deserve the credit, but I would HIGHLY recommend Cowboy Moving to anyone needing to move. I honestly cannot praise Beto, Pablo and Moore enough!!!!!!! I selected Cowboy Moving and Storage for a load and storage of my household goods while home is undergoing renovation. From my first contact call to Debbie to the loading of the final item, the entire process has been a smooth and professional job. Beto, Pablo and Jorge were a great and personable crew. They got right to work and were extremely careful in moving our items. We enjoyed interacting with them as individuals rather than just movers. Beto kept the move light and funny while still handling his business. We were so pleased that we would like to have them come back for the redelivery after our home is done. Overall, a great job!! Our whole experience with Cowboy Moving and Storage with excellent, starting with help from the office setting our dates. Our move out team was fantastic and helped us get through a day that was stressful, but the stress was decreased by Darrin, Beto and Pena’s great attitudes. Today we had Beto, Keith and Pablo help us with the monumental task of moving a freezer, china hutch and other large items from the basement over a mounted chairlift.. We used Cowboy for our pack up, storage and move in. I would recommend them. I spent a lot of time researching who to use and decided on Cowboy because of good reviews and the ability to store our belongings in the same truck that was packed at my old hose. Care was taken during packing on how they packed items and how they tried to protect the house from damage while moving. I had a LOT of stuff and some very heavy items such as a pool table and piano. They had to carry everything up a long steep driveway to pack the truck. People in the office were always helpful. The price was as they described. Only 4 stars because of a few relatively minor issues. A few fragile items packed with things on top of them and not all items in the new house left where they were labeled to go. Got our pool table in a crawl space where I didn't think it was possible to get it into. For a broken sculpture they offered to have it fixed at no charge. A few minor scratches on furniture and they sent someone to our house to fix it. I believe they always acted professionally and respectfully in all of our interactions. Can't ask for much more than that. I would also add that I moved dates for move in/move out a couple of times and they were very accommodating. (See More)

We needed help with a 'Large Item' move and I reached out to Cowboy Moving and storage. Sheri was very helpful with setting up my move and making sure all my questions were answered. On moving say Jorge, Mike, and Beto arrived on time and got right to work. They were all very professional, friendly and efficient our move was scheduled to take 8 hours but was completed in 5.5 hours! The cost to move is a bit expensive, but they made it worth every penny and didn't try to nickel and dime us for extra packing material or additional time. Wow Debbie is so amazing and extremely helpful, answered every questions and explained everything and of course booked me with the best team ever you should duplicate them all. They are all professional and so helpful individuals who care about their customers. This was our third partial or full household move in less than one year and Cowboy Moving handled all three! After the first move, we requested the same team move us and have been happy we did. First of all Maria was excellent all three times in setting up our move, even when we had to cancel and reschedule one of them at the last minute. She was professional, friendly and delightful to work with. Our moving team was fantastic and made difficult moves as close to enjoyable as a move can get. Beto was with us for all three moves and he was delightful to work with, a professional in every sense. All of the guys were easy going and funny yet were fast and careful with our "teasures" . Scheduled us with short notice and had everything set up very quickly. Such a pleasure to work with someone who knows her job so well. Thanks Jaylen! They arrived a little late, waiting on the 3rd mover to be there, ended up moving our very large and heavy household items with just the 2 of them. I believe they went above and beyond our expectations. If they found something they were not sure of - they asked and sometimes advised how it needed to be handled. Darren & Keith moved us both out of our former home and into our new one...6 months later. They remembered us and even shared a photo of an antique they prepared for us and how it survived the move...without a scratch! Tony, Beto and Dennis were also very professional, careful, and friendly to us during the move to our new home. When they discovered a problem with an item, they immediately notified us and took care of the problem. If you need to move, store your things for a period of time, and then move to a new home, Cowboy Moving is a great company for this. I highly recommend them. From the initial call back regarding my inquiry, to the reminder before the move, to moving day, from start to finish everything was professional, prompt and courteous. Very glad we choose Cowboy Moving. The team took good care of us and our belongings and made sure we were set before they left. All items were placed where we needed them and they accommodated a few rearrangements of items. Most stress free moving day I have every had. From the minute Michael M. and team arrived to the last item went on the truck there were no problems. Everyone was extremely helpful, polite and careful. The care taken to cover the floors and carpet was also greatly appreciate and the house was left with no signs of moving (boot prints, etc.) I would highly recommend Cowboy Moving and look forward to having them help us again in a couple weeks when we move our furniture out of their storage and into our new home. While moving is stressful, Cowboy made it bearable. When I was getting quotes, they were very responsive and understood that I would need to move out of my house and store my stuff, and then move it to my new house sometime in the future (at that time I didn't know how long). They helped me find the right solution at a reasonable price. Then, when we were frantically packing and didn't think we would get it done, they were able to send a crew to help with that. The crew that moved us out of our central Denver location was amazing in navigating the narrow streets with the semi trailer and got us moved out of there. Then, today, the crew was incredible: fast, funny, and super helpful. They figured out how to get a large piece of furniture into the basement when it didn't seem possible, and reassembled and even cleaned some of our furniture! I have had bad and mediocre moving experiences before; this was the best I have ever had and I strongly recommend them! (See More)

Cowboy did a good job on our move. We stored furniture with them for 11 months and generally it was fine. The crew got to the house on time and unloaded very efficiently. It took us some time to go through the 300 boxes so the review might seem a bit dated but we wanted to be sure everything came out fine. And indeed it did. They were all so respectful. There was blankets and clothes left at the house and were not moved. there were boxes plainly marked but not placed in the appropriate rooms. I feel they were in a rush to leave even though they were leaving earlier than scheduled. They were all very nice. I will recommend to friends but caution to check the work before having them leave. Cowboy Movers were absolute pros! They shooed my worries away! I never heard a complaint from any of them. All three really hard workers. Totally wanting to please us in every way. Teasing us, joking with us throughout the entire day. I enjoyed there energy level. It made me feel more energetic just watching them. And that's a real boon when you've become weary from the whole moving process! I just thank the whole crew for their professional abilities to move big stuff and Do it together with patience and humor all day. I was very happy with the crew led by Josh and Beto. We needed a flight simulator moved, and two of the parts are very heavy and sensitive. The base section weighs about 600 lb and required balancing on the moving dolly. They did an excellent job of padding and moving it and the other pieces into the truck and then into the hangar. I will hire them in the future if needed, and would highly recommend them to anyone else. (See More)

Beto, Tony and Bob did an outstanding job from the beginning to end. Not a mark on the walls, door jams at either residence. These men are true professionals, they have a definite, logical approach to the job and are incredibly efficient. Not a wasted step. I could not believe they could load all the items in one truck and had concerns that we might need a backup plan for the excess. A quick survey of the Castle Rock home, and its garage, and they knew it wouldn’t be a problem. They are pros at what they do, and so personable, they made our move so easy. They were great. Travis and Jose were the best of the best. The only complaint I have is they have a policy that their crates don't leave the lot. This meant that I paid for them to unload the crates and then reload my goods onto a truck. I see ABSOLUTELOY no benefit to me and the gentleman who explained their policy could see no benefit that I derived either. I understand policies BUT it felt more like bill padding to me. I used Cowboy Moving & Storage because the company I worked for used them for office moves. Mine was residential and it was a little challenging because I moved from the Denver Capitol Hill area where parking and small turning spaces make driving a compact car difficult, so you can imagine a 24-27 ft moving van. Add to that a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator and some very heavy pieces of furniture. I also had a storage bin in the basement and a garage that included some heavy pieces of machinery. Oh, and add to that the forecast of the first rainy day in a really really long time. My team (Azael, Tony, & Beto) were fabulous. They came prepared for every contingency and made this move look easy. They were polite, respectful, careful and funny. All my goods made it to their destination with no muss, no fuss and no damage. Ron, the dispatcher, pre-move and during move, was on top of my situation the entire time. He assured me they could handled anything and everything - and they did. I have another move to organize within a year and will consider no other moving company at this point. And i would recommend Cowboy without hesitation. I hope my experience helps. (See More)

Our neighbors used Cowboy moving this past fall! I was there while they moved them, and was so impressed with their service, I called them when we were going to move this spring! The team members (Henry, Beto and Tony) reassured us that they would take care of everything and that we were in good hands! They were right!! I was so impressed with how the took care of all my personal items. If I had an item that was not wrapped or packed, they would wrap it with moving blankets and plastic wrap, (so much better then I could have ever done)! They treated my belongings if it was their own. Each mover was fun and personable, yet all of them were very hard workers! They all had such great personalities!! It made our moving day a little more enjoyable! We look forward to having them back, when we move into our future (hopefully) our forever home! The best crew I can imagine for a stressful (for me not them, they are pros) move. We had a semi and an extra truck of valuables and the only things broken were my fault. Half of the load had to go down a spiral staircase and no dings even with a huge refridge. I cannot say how fantastic of an experience we had. Cowboy Moving & Storage did an amazing job of helping me through a two-day move from Arvada/Westminster to Pueblo, Colorado. The quote I was initially given was one of the lowest, so I was a bit skeptical. Turns out, everything I was promised (mattress container, piano board, and wardrobe boxes) came with the ample truck which I was provided. In addition, the same four men helped load and unload the truck on both days. They worked tirelessly and continually throughout the hours needed to fill and unload the truck. The guys (Azael, Henry, Tony, and Beto) were all friendly, took direction well, and moved our belongings with the utmost of care. I am so pleased with this move, I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Cowboy Moving and Storage to others -- and I would definitely use them again, should the need ever present itself. The truck was large enough to accommodate all of our stuff, was packed with skill, and was loaded/unloaded in ways to minimize wasted time. These fellas know how to move - with two of them saying they've worked for the company 17 years, and the other two saying they've been with them for years. This proves to me that Cowboy does not hire day laborers, or keep people only for summer help or a few months. Their expertise shows and made my move go smoothly. After getting quotes from many moving companies, I was a bit skeptical to go with the one that gave me one of the lowest. What I read from reviews of OTHER companies was that they often give you a low quote and then there is a surprise cost at the end for the need for a second or larger truck, less help = more hours to load/unload, etc. My review of Cowboy Moving & Storage is quite the opposite! I am so pleased that they estimated the exact needed size of a truck (and even showed up with a smaller one to load "just in case" -- which was not needed after all), Debbie remembered the piano board, mattress containers, and wardrobe boxes to include on the truck, and the four men I was promised appeared on moving day. The same movers came on Day 2 to unload the truck, after driving it from Arvada/Westminster to Pueblo, Colorado. The fellas worked hard and stayed busy, found time to discuss our move, and loaded and unloaded our things with the utmost of care. The calculation of the total cost was even a bit less than what I was initially quoted. I cannot imagine having done this move without Cowboy Moving & Storage and definitely recommend the company to others. I am highly likely to us them again should the need ever present itself. As a closing note, I asked the movers how long each had been with the company and was pleasantly surprised to hear that two of the guys have been with them for 17 years and the other two for years -- not months, not temporary or seasonal employment. It's great to know that a company like this can retain laborers who do such backbreaking work. Fantastic job! (See More)

Yesterday, Azeal, Tony and Beto loaded my belongings from my rental home for a weeks storage before I can move into my new home. They were very professional, taking great care with my things. They are extremely nice people and made me feel that my possessions are in good hands, carefully explaining where my belongings would be during the time in storage. They called to confirm the pick up and unload gave me plenty of notice to make sure I was ready - there are so many people and appointments when you are moving that their reminders were helpful in keeping me on schedule. The load movers were Henry, Beto, Tony and Azael - and they put me at ease immediately when introducing themselves and the care they showed for my belongings. I felt confident that my stuff was being packed well and cared for until it was unloaded two weeks later. Beto, Tony and Azael came back to help us unload - at my request. Henry must've been busy with another job. I handled the load and my husband handled the unload and we both had a great experience with these fine men. I will recommend Cowboy Moving & Storage to all my friends! And I will recommend this specific crew, they were a huge help and their friendliness made the process a pleasure. This wasn't going to be an easy move and that's why we chose to use movers. The crew that was assigned to us was amazing. They were extremely knowledgeable and hard working. We chose Cowboy Moving because of their reputation and hearing the crew talk about the company we started to understand why the employees stay as long as 15 years. It's a team concept. When we began the search for a local mover, my first point of inquiry was a neighborhood Facebook group and local friends. One company kept recurring: Cowboy Movers. As a great believer in personal referral, I gave them a call. Cowboy was very easy to work with and helped accommodate our schedule. We found the estimator, Jose Rueba, gave a fair and accurate estimate of manpower and equipment needs. He knew his stuff and was more than willing to answer our questions. Our actual moving team of Tony, Azael, Gerald and Beto were very, very hard workers. These men may be on the clock but they hustle. They handled our possessions as if they were their own and took great care in protecting walls and floors in our home. Additionally, and it is icing on the cake, these are just good guys. In the last four years we have used Cowboy Moving and Storage four times, and for the most part we had the same crew , Debbie, Azael, Beto, Tony, Alfredo and Mike. the first two time they moved us from a five bedroom home , quickly and efficiently with NO damage to our belongings. I was very impressed with Darin, David, Alfredo, and Beto with Cowboy Moving & Storage Inc. These men were not only pleasantly courteous, but also very efficient by working proficiently and tirelessly. No wasted time with them. I could tell how professional they were with the way they moved my boxes and wrapped my furniture. Then they carefully moved the items out of the house and into the truck for 15 days storage. When they completed the whole job there wasn't a single mark left on the walls. We moved our office from lower downtown to Golden. The Cowboy moving experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Steve Russell, Vice President, came out to give an estimate that was thorough, competitive, and quick. The final bill even came in slightly under the estimate, which was a delightful surprise (they refunded us for materials that we did not end up using). The moving team, Azael, Berto, Tony, Gerald, and Henry were fantastic! They were on-time, efficient, careful, and professional. These guys are the best in the industry.
