Great service! They were thorough in assessing our needs over the phone, and came well-equipped to safely move all our large and vintage pieces. The price was very reasonable for sending 3 men (John, Jesus, and Emilio), a truck, moving supplies, and consolidating both our apartment and storage unit in to one new place. (See More)

The crew from Cowboy arrived when promised, ready to tackle our move. Emelio, Jesus and John were awesome - courteous, professional and friendly, doing extra when asked. They worked so well together and quickly loaded our furniture, going up and down several levels of stairs in the process. Unloading at the other end was just as good, the guys carried furniture to the rooms requested, and also put many pieces down in the basement for storage. Cowboy generously supplied clothes wardrobes to us - that saved us a huge amount of time - we really appreciated that extra service. I was thinking of renting a van and moving from a home in Golden to Elizabeth CO. Then my better senses came to me. We used Cowboy 30 years ago and when I called they knew they had moved us in 1990. 2020 is the move and in one day they moved a truckload that made our life so much easier in a stressful time. John T,Jesus H and Emeleo V. were as pro as it gets and had a great disposition throughout the day and by 4:30 pm we were waving good buy with a easy 3 to 4 day move done. I wrote the check with pleasure and would recommend this company 5 Stars. I hope we don't have to move again but if we do, it will be Cowboy I'll call first. (See More)

From my first call to Cowboy Moving and Storage until the crew pulled away from our destination, I had a first-class experience. The crew was very efficient and got us loaded up in no time. Once we arrived at our destination, they unloaded and got us settled in. Jesus let me know I would need a new power cord for our clothes dryer and helped us get both the clothes washer and dryer hooked up and ready to go. Happy wife! The whole team at Cowboy is great! The office called me about a week before to confirm the move, and were responsive with any questions I had. On the day of the move, Jesus, Emelio, and John T were great! They loaded up so efficiently all while smiling and laughing. They were on time, very careful with our furniture and took extra time to make sure they were able to get some of our oddly shaped furniture where it needed to go. Contacted Cowboy Moving and Storage to arrange appt for delivery of my stored goods, established a delivery date however, I needed to change it to a later date but was within 24 hours of the original delivery date. They were so understanding and accommodating in making this last minute change. My crew, Jorge, Davis and Jesus arrived on time and were very respectful of my newly remodeled home. They were courteous, very careful when moving in my items, and just a great team that worked together like a well oiled machine. These guys moved our treadmill down to the basement. Took them 10 minutes. It would have taken us all day and probably a trip to the emergency room. As usual we had fun with these three movers. They were constantly telling jokes or playing one on me which helps to make this moving process a little easier. We sought out 6 different moving quotes before choosing Cowboy Movers. We ended up picking Cowboy Movers because of all the good reviews we saw online and because a friend of ours recommended them. We have moved 7 times before, and even though we were pleased with ALL our past movers (we used the same company most times, but they are not in Colorado where we are now), Cowboy Movers was the best at both making sure every item in our move was protected (sometimes they even wrapped maybe too many things, some that really didn't need to be wrapped, but who's gonna complain about that, right? lol), AND when they unloaded our furniture and boxes, etc. into our new residence, they were so considerate to ask us where each box should go, and they placed them SO organized in each room, so that we did not have to rummage through a bunch of boxes that they could have easily just left in our garage. Even though the movers ended up spending much more time on our move than their office had anticipated (apparently there were some furnishings that they found more difficult to reassemble, like bunk beds, but they got them together very well with time), the 3 movers we had were polite, and they truly worked their BUTTS off!! Stopping for very few breaks, they worked tirelessly for 2 days, even though they (and we) were under the impression that it would take only one day. When we had questions and contacted the "main guy" Mike, he listened to us and made allowances to accommodate our particular concerns and feedback, which we of course appreciated. Given all of the above, we will certainly recommend Cowboy Movers to others....and tell 'em the deGuzman's sent you (See More)

In August we had the second part of our Load and Hold move take place with Cowboy Moving & Storage, and our belongings were unloaded and moved into our new home after being in storage for four months. We requested Jorge and Jesus again since they did such an excellent job with our initial load, and once again they did not disappoint! The unload was smooth and relatively quick, considering the amount of items to get inside. Jorge and Jesus did such an amazing job with the initial load that not a single item was broken or damaged. We have some tricky stairs in our new home, and they navigated them with ease and did not cause a single scratch to any item or surface. Jorge and Jesus are true professionals! They were polite, respectful (they covered our new floors with plastic and mats), careful, and worked together well as a team to ensure the move was as efficient and seamless as possible. Although I hope it will be a long time before I move again, I will definitely recommend Cowboy Moving & Storage - and Jorge and Jesus - to any one I come across that is in need of moving services. I was very pleased with my move! John, Atanacio, and Jesus were extremely professional and punctual. John had phoned to tell me he was on his way and that with 3 of them the move would go very quickly. I was still surprised when the move was done in under 2 and 1/2 hours! None of my personal items was damaged and the gentlemen even assisted me with putting together a bed frame that they did not move. It was a huge help and very much appreciated. This was my first move in over a decade, so I was anxious about the process. Jose effectively managed my expectations during scheduling, and patiently answered all of my questions in great detail with kindness and honesty. The day of the move went very smoothly. Jorge and Jesus were prompt, well-organized, and took great care with the handling of our household items and our home itself. They were absolute professionals, and made moving even our heaviest and bulkiest items look easy! We want to thank the Cowboy Moving team of Jorge, Pedro and Jesus that moved us. It was a long 10 hours of non stop work and we could tell that they were getting tired. There was a lot of furniture and boxes that had to be moved into a temporary storage room. Cowboy did a good job on our move. We stored furniture with them for 11 months and generally it was fine. The crew got to the house on time and unloaded very efficiently. It took us some time to go through the 300 boxes so the review might seem a bit dated but we wanted to be sure everything came out fine. And indeed it did. Most stress free moving day I have every had. From the minute Michael M. and team arrived to the last item went on the truck there were no problems. Everyone was extremely helpful, polite and careful. The care taken to cover the floors and carpet was also greatly appreciate and the house was left with no signs of moving (boot prints, etc.) I would highly recommend Cowboy Moving and look forward to having them help us again in a couple weeks when we move our furniture out of their storage and into our new home. The only movers who didn't ask for a 10% deposit. They called and confirmed and showed up when the said they would with exactly what they said we'd get. Our team was Jose, Jesus, Pedro, Alejandro, and Juan. All very nice guys. We had a light in the hall that got hit by a mattress. They immediately took money off the move price for it. The same light got broken when we had the mattress delivered four years ago. So, not really their fault, bad place for it. Nothing else scratched or broken. The reviewer who said it was expensive was right. They cost more than other movers. But when you get 60 cents per pound compensation for broken stuff it's actually worth it to pay up front in the long run instead of nickle and diming your way to try to get compensation for ruined stuff. The move took 9 hours, 2 trucks, 5 guys. They worked as quickly at the end of 9 hours of work as they did in the beginning. When a desk wouldn't fit into a room they took it apart and reassembled, no grumbling. So again, yes, they cost more. They're worth it. Also, a reviewer said they charge from the time they leave their office. They do. It is completely disclosed when you hire them. If it had been thrown in at the end that we owe extra for that I would have been upset, but we knew already, so that's a nonissue. (See More)

Such a great experience working with this company. I am a real estate broker and had a client scheduled to move out of their house on 6/27/17. There were some communication errors and we found out the night before that the client was not packed with the movers coming in the morning.. Cowboy Moving showed up in the morning and the movers got supplies to the property and professionally packed and moved an entire house in one day!! They did a fantastic job and didn't complain once even though there workload was more than doubled. I would especially like to point out Charles for taking point and coordinating all of this with Ron (dispatch). Thank you guys so much for all of the hard work and helping to get us out of a bind! Great group of guys. Most of our stuff went to the third floor up stairs. Books and heavy furniture. These guys were troopers. They were early, which i thought was great. They helped us take apart and put back together beds and kept it going for 8 hours. I have told everyone that they should use these guys. Debbie in the office was very helpful and informative.
