Second experience with Cowboy moving was just as awesome as the first three years ago. Team arrived on schedule, full of energy and ready to work. They were careful with my historic house walls and followed instructions perfectly. Thanks to Jesse, Mike & Vinnie and to the office staff. Will call Cowboy again for future needs. Our first Cowboy experience was truly worry free. The team of packers and movers were polite and courteous, arrived on time and worked efficiently while listening to our needs and desires. Cowboy Moving and Storage handled our recent move from Englewood to Littleton. Jessie, Alejandro and Jesus were great to work with. They were really nice and worked so fast. They even wrapped and protected our most precious items so they wouldn't be damaged. They also took great care to protect the walls around some tricky corners. We are finally writing this review after three months of getting settled (phew!). I was familiar with Cowboy Moving & Storage, having driven past their location at Santa Fe and Union for the past 30 years. After looking at other moving agencies we felt comfortable that they weren’t any fly-by-night operation. We checked Cowboy out on the Department of Regulatory Agencies’ website and they’ve kept their movers’ license active for decades (always reassuring to see that one’s mover can follow the legal requirements of their business). Now that we’re done unpacking, we can honestly say that nothing was broken in any of the boxes that Agustín Marez, Jesse Gutierrez, and John Trejo moved for us. It was really cool that we got a text in advance from the company that told us a little bit about the guys before they got to our house. It really helped us to feel comfortable having the guys into our homes. Each of these three men was an incredibly hard worker – we had a lot (a LOT) of stuff and they worked diligently and speedily. They didn’t take breaks and they didn’t slow down the whole day. They deserved each dollar of their tip and then some! It was a pleasure to see folks who can bust their backsides with a good attitude (even when we were moving from a walkup to another place without an elevator. They were a lot of fun to be around. While the price was a bit high, the quality of these guys’ efforts and the results of their work cannot be beaten. They saved my parents from having to help their erstwhile daughter and son-in-law move yet again down a flight of stairs and back up another flight. I highly recommend John, Jesse, and Agustín for their hard work and their high-energy, positive attitudes! (See More)

I had an absolutely great experience with Cowboy Moving. From the initial planning with Debbie, through the loading and delivery, everyone who assisted me was knowledgeable and professional. My movers, Agustin and Jesse, far exceeded my expectations. They took great care of my furniture and boxes while being super efficient. Armed with every moving supply you might need, they carefully wrapped and secured everything I own in much less time than I had anticipated. And despite the unbearable heat in Grand Junction, they kept up their good humor. I truly enjoyed working with these guys. The cost was fantastic for the quality of work performed. The Cowboy team was on time, efficient, courteous and friendly. We had some large pieces to move and they were challenged by this - it resulted in some minor damage to the apartment we were moving from (walls, stairwell ceiling). Also, technical/mechanical skills were a bit lacking. We had a large trundle bed that needed to be disassembled, then reassembled at the new home, and this was time-consuming for the team - it took more time than what would be considered reasonable. The tool set the team had was also not lacking for the work, which added to the delay. Overall, I would say we are satisfied, but I would say Cowboy is better suited to more simple, straight-forward moves. (See More)

If I could give Cowboy Movers a thousand stars, I would. They were absolutely wonderful! Augustin M., Jessie G., and Denis B. were the movers assigned to move our family of five across the state. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of their work, and I absolutely could not have moved without them! All of the men had great attitudes, worked quickly and were incredibly kind to our family with three young children. They helped keep a smile on our faces with a stressful move and made my kids laugh. Denis' jokes with my 6 year old had him constantly waiting for Denis to return back to the house again from loading up the truck. He even made me laugh out loud several times. They weren't annoyed when my kiddos got in the way, or asked a thousand questions, or cried because all of their earthly possessions were being loaded on a truck. They were even super sweet to our little dog. Without question, if we ever have to move again, we will hire Cowboy Movers. They were so good, we requested that the same team unload us the following day (we had a 2 day move-- one day load up, hold over night, next day unload). Denis even brought a small toy for my children the second day! As if their awesome attitudes and hustle weren't enough, for Denis to think of my children (whose toys were packed up) was above and beyond. The men arrived promptly on the second day and had the same hustle and good attitude...which is saying a lot, because we were moving a ridiculous amount of stuff. AND they came in about $400 under quoted price! WHAT??? Seriously. The. Best! (See More)

They did a great job and nothing was damaged. Also they moved everything very quickly and I have a lot of stuff. They were also very nice and friendly. They also were very careful with my more delicate stuff like my glass because I am a glassblower so I have a lot of glass and they didn't break or damage any of it. It was 3 guys who moved my stuff and I am having trouble reading two of the guys signatures but their names were Jesse and the two signatures that are hard to read I think say Agusti and Alejandro. Cowboy is always the best! We always use them, whether it's a small task or for a big move. Jean in the office, the driver and two movers were wonderful. We had part of our house staying, part going to Point A, and part going to Point B. They followed the instructions to the detail and completed the entire 3-way move within 3-1/2 hours. This is the second time Cowboy has moved our company in the last 7 years. We had other bids, some slightly lower but knowing this company, the people who work there, it was ultimately the best match for us. We were not disappointed. Moved us after hours. Made moving bearable! Really, there are few things less stressful and painful than moving. After 10 years in our home, we decided to move. After a few trusted friends told me Cowboy Moving was the best, I called and got an estimate. Booked them then and there. The team showed up on time and was very professional. I called 3 local moving companies, one of whom I have used 5 times, Road Scholars. I had hear good things about Cowboy Movers and decided to use them to move boxes in the basement to make room for our upcoming basement remodel. Moving can be very stressful. Especially when you are down sizing. The crew we had , Augustin, Jessie. , Mike, Vance, Gerald were very professional as well as fun. They were all so respectful and caring with how we were feeling. Our furniture and belongings were well taken care of. We do not want to do it again anytime soon but if we did we would request this crew. Cowboy Moving exceeded our expectations. A friend of ours used Cowboy Moving on a very large move and were very happy with them. Cowboy was also rated very well on the BBB website so we felt comfortable going with Cowboy. We do not regret our decision! From the beginning call, Donna was able to answer all of my questions and did a good job in giving me all the information I needed in making an informed decision. By the end of the move, she was able to accurately determine how long our move would take and how many men it required without sending someone out before to give me an estimate. Jesse, Agustin and Michael were all very courteous. They spent the time to wrap and inspect all of our items and were quick in moving things out of the old home and into the new one. They were cracking jokes with us the whole time and were a pleasure to be around. I waited until we unpacked everything to write this review. We have not noticed damage on any of either home or any of the items they moved. This was the first mover we have ever used but would never move ourselves again. Our next move will be with Cowboy. Loved my crew! We moved a large house and moved some to storage and some to an apartment so we had a total of 7 guys. Every one of them was kind, professional and incredibly efficient.
