This is my second review for Cowboy Moving and I could not be happier with their service! Jorge, Vinny, Pablo, and Eric (the beast) were amazing.
They may not be the cheapest around but so well worth it, they handled everything with such care and professionalism. Nothing was broken, damaged, or scratched. We had two pieces that had to go into the basement that would not fit and Jorge made it work! I would never use anyone but these guys. Absolutely the best! (See More)

George was excellent in his duties of handling our move from our home today in Aurora Co. He managed his crew with a high level of efficiency and he was very careful with our furniture. I would recommend George to anyone that expects a moving job to be done by a professional staff without any problems or issues. It certainly was a pleasure as we had heard of some companies recently that were not consistent in the services they provided.

One of best moves we’ve ever experienced and we have moved cross country a few times. I utilized packers one day prior to move out day led by Jesse who did excellent work; then move out day with Jorge in lead loading a semi trailer; I requested same driver to spearhead the unloading 30 days later which the company accommodated. My household goods were stored on the trailer for 30 days until new home was available and no breakage or even minor problems. All 3 distinct phases of the move we found the crew members were professional, friendly, and focused. I felt the price was fair. I’d rather pay more and have a great experience but Cowboys was clear on pricing and no unexpected charges. I would use them again without hesitation! (See More)

Jorge did an amazing job for us during our move. He knows how to pack a truck and makes it look easy. You can tell his expertise in what he does and comforts me to know my move will be a good one. Vinny, Davis, and Jordan moved all of our furniture as if it was their own. They took great care. Jaylen was very helpful during the process and getting me all set up. I even received a phone call while the guys were there just making sure all was going well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. After our original moving plan fell through, I did my due diligence...3 quotes. Honestly, I will always go with the company with the best customer service. Little did I know, Cowboy Moving would exceed my perimeters of the term "good customer service". To begin with, initial call and scheduling process was so seamless and they were so kind...I honestly thought it was a hoax! The logistics went as promised, the moving crew arrived on time and the owner called to ensure we were happy with the crew. The crew all came in at the same time and introduced themselves with smiles: Jorge, Vince, Davis, Beto and Pablo. They moved fast, but fast doesn't always mean good. Their kind and happy energy immediately set the tone. It felt like family helping us versus strangers being paid to move our belongings. We have very heavy furniture and they were super respectful of each piece. You would think after a long day of filling a trailer their energy would subside. NOPE! Their positive energy never faltered. I am a strategic planner and can analytically prove the success of companies who value people. Thank you, Cowboy Moving, for valuing people, internal and external. Not only do their ratings reflect their success, but their workforce brings that same people-centric service on-site and bring comfort to such a stressful time in folks' lives. When I was refered to Steve Russell at Cowboy Moving, I was immediately impressed with his customer service. We scheduled our move, then had to move the date with no problems with the change. The move date was confirmed by staff several days ahead of time. Moving staff arrived on time, consisting of Jorge (best packer ever!), Davis, Vincent & Aaron did a fantastic job. I chose Cowboy because they offer storage in the trailer that’s loaded at yo o home (so you don’t pay labor costs to unload it into their storage area). Right away I was glad I did because working with Cherie to coordinate the details was exceptional. She is a great resource. On moving day Davis was professional, engaging, and attentive to our needs leading the crew. The guys that did the grunt work were awesome. Astonishing how hard they work. Some of the crew that moved us out of our Morrison home were also involved in moving us in to Grand Junction. Totally hard working, cordial and willing to do anything we asked. I do recommend them highly but with the caveat that their bid was way off, and I mean by thousands. I don't think Steve, the estimator, was familiar with our size of home and didn't take into account the amount of art and accessories we had. From my first contact call to Debbie to the loading of the final item, the entire process has been a smooth and professional job. Beto, Pablo and Jorge were a great and personable crew. I can't say enough about Cowboy Moving starting with Jose who came to the house to see what my needs were and prepare an estimate for the job. I had lived in the house for 49 yrs. and didn't know what to expect. Day one of the two day move, Jorge and Vinnie arrived to help pack all my art, prepare my furniture for moving and pack some very special antiques. It was obvious they were true professionals. The next day Jorge & Vinnie returned along with Alex, Mike. Elias and Taylor. I was amazed at what a well ordered crew they were. My 3000 sq.ft. house, four car garage and tons of patio furniture were loaded in no time. The entire crew were were outstanding. It has been a pleasure dealing with everyone. I was over charged by 30% and when I called and spoke with Debbie I was told that she would look into it and call me back the next day. That was a week ago and I have not heard back from her.
It took 2 men over an hour to put a ged together that had 4 pieces.
I was told that I would receive an email prior to the team showing up this never happened.

We were so impressed with the great job Forrest and his crew did in moving us out of our home that we requested them again. Immediately upon arrival at our new home, Emilio and Pedro put down protective covering over all surfaces. Although we moved into a one story ranch, we had many pieces of furniture and over 100 boxes that had to go into the basement. The crew didn’t rest until everything was on the correct floor. Jorge’s meticulous truck-packing made the unpacking go all the more smoothly. Toward the end of the move, Derek was quick to place and assemble our beds so we could sleep in our new home that night. In August we had the second part of our Load and Hold move take place with Cowboy Moving & Storage, and our belongings were unloaded and moved into our new home after being in storage for four months. We requested Jorge and Jesus again since they did such an excellent job with our initial load, and once again they did not disappoint!
The unload was smooth and relatively quick, considering the amount of items to get inside. Jorge and Jesus did such an amazing job with the initial load that not a single item was broken or damaged. We have some tricky stairs in our new home, and they navigated them with ease and did not cause a single scratch to any item or surface. Jorge and Jesus are true professionals! They were polite, respectful (they covered our new floors with plastic and mats), careful, and worked together well as a team to ensure the move was as efficient and seamless as possible.
Although I hope it will be a long time before I move again, I will definitely recommend Cowboy Moving & Storage - and Jorge and Jesus - to any one I come across that is in need of moving services. You guys are awesome - thank you for your help in making our new house our home!

What a wonderful experience. I was able to get all of my questions answered by Debbie on my first call. I used CM&S for moving out of my house and storing my belongings. I received updates for when the crew was arriving and when they got to my house, each of the guys shook my hand and introduced themselves. In today’s world this is a common courtesy that most other companies have forgotten.
They were gentle with each item and worked quickly. They were all very friendly and professional. I even got a call from the office to check in on how I thought things were going.

My parents used Cowboy Moving & Storage 25 years ago to move into their current home. My father passed away back in February so my mother is now selling that house. This move is not happening under the best of circumstances and we knew it was going to be difficult. So having a hassle free move was of the utmost importance to us. I will say that we did call a couple of other moving companies just to compare price before calling Cowboy. Those calls were a waste of time and energy. We should have just made Cowboy our first and only call. This is a first class operation from start to finish. Debbie was so great to work with. She was very helpful and full of information. The move was right on schedule just like Debbie said it would be. When Henry, Jorge, and Davis arrived I knew that we were in good hands. Jorge, Alan, and Alfredo did a phenomenal job with our move! We had some dicey roads getting up the mountains and they handled it like pros and took great care moving our items into our new home and making sure everything was set up how we wanted. This same crew packed our house the day before and were incredibly kind and courteous. They worked hard and got the job done in great time. Call us crazy, this is the 9th move within the Denver metro area in 35 years. We have trusted Cowboy Moving & Storage to move us each time. This is the second move we have used Cowboy Moving and Storage. We also took advantage of their packing services the day before the move. Now that we have settled in and assessed the results of our move, we are very pleased and can highly recommend Cowboy... again. The packing job was exceptional with no broken items and all items accounted for. We had some very fragile crystal, china, and antiques....all arrived intact and no problems.
The moving day staff was exceptional as well. My goodness did those men work hard. We had a heavy desk that I considered giving away because I thought it would not be movable to its new upstairs loft location. They assured me they could get it upstairs and they did, no marred walls, no scratches...nothing. We were amazed....and they saved me big dollars not having to replace my work desk. The crew put down plastic covering on all travel paths for the move.
The estimate from Steve...as he informed us, was projected based on some assumptions. After the estimate, we downsized a bit. Since Cowboy Moving charges for services delivered, not estimated, our downsizing effort was definitely reflected in a reduced price. The packing crew and moving crew went over all costs after the packing and moving were complete and assured we agreed with all pricing and the total. All in all, we saved over $1,000 and very much appreciated the honest and accurate invoice tallied immediately after the packing and moving.
You would do yourself a disservice if you did not use Cowboy Moving and Storage. Their crews are courteous, polite, hard working and well trained. It is obvious the crews are experienced and they demonstrated great care for all of our belonging. It has been about two weeks since we moved and looking back, we are very thankful for the quality and service we received from Cowboy and their staff. They do this for a living and it shows in everything they do. Do yourself a favor and contact Cowboy Moving and Storage when you are moving. They will not let you down. (See More)

Denis, Jose, SR., and Jorge were great. Early arrival, same crew as last year were both helpful. This crew worked non-stop and efficiently. Only six dishes and one coffee container broken which we had packed. None of our furniture was damaged and everything arrived in tact. The job entailed a long walk in an underground garage to the single elevator which was shared by the residents of our 3 story building. Never a complaint from the crew or the residents. Jean's quote was spot on with only an additional charge for materials used to pack some items for us. Thanks Jean and crew for a successful 4th move!

My moving team was exceptional. Since i moved into a condo high rise, they protected the hallway flooring. The neighbors loved that!
With each elevator load, they moved carefully but quickly - and that's an art all by itself. The team asked where to place things instead of putting them where they thought they should be. There was no damage - to the walls or the the furniture.

Jorge M., Alan M., and Jose R. arrived on time and were willing to accommodate my various moving requests. I had a double vanity that had been sitting in my garage waiting to be relocated to it's new home in the master bath. I had heavy pieces of a work station I hadn't been able to move for months, and they moved it to the garage. I was having new carpet installed on Monday and, though not everything was going to the new house, I needed the second floor vacated. They were conscientious about where furniture needed to moved (to the garage, living room or truck) and were especially careful with the heavy stuff. This was not ideal moving conditions with a late spring snowstorm, but they remained in good spirits throughout the day (even when sweeping the heavy, wet snow off my patio furniture) and were overall very, very helpful to me. I had Jesse G., Jorge M., and Domingue G. as my professional movers and professional they were. I have used Cowboy before and was impressed then, that's why I called them this time. They were very friendly and courteous and compassionate as they and I were having to deal with my mom who has alzheimers and is very confused. They were very sweet and kind to her and even made her laugh. The rates were extemely reasonable and unlike some moving companies that send you straight into bankruptcy after your move, I can go on financially unscathed. Thank you.
