Excellelnt job moving a very heavy fire proof locking file cabinet. Safe, efficent, professional, but at the same time they were communicative and paid attention to details to avoid damaging wood floors, concrete steps, and door frames. I move similar objects working with a charity. However, I needed an intellegent crew for safety and to avoid damage to an older home and a historic 100-year-old office building. They knew what was needed, planned ahead, and did not waste any time. Using a professional crew that had worked together saved more than money. (See More)

The crew worked hard and efficiently moving 80 some boxes of books plus furniture. They took the time to ensure that when unloading the boxes that they went in the right spot and more importantly, all the labels identifying the contents were visible. I had the pleasure of having Darrin W. and Paul S. help me move a few weeks ago in a local move. I had them help with some large items and furniture mostly, as well as a few boxes. We were done in about 4 hours total, which I found very impressive since some of the items like my bed and sofa are quite large. They also did a great job taking care of some of the few heirloom pieces I have and being extra cautious to wrap glass and secure the items in their truck appropriately. I am very happy with my move. Keith & Darrin were packers for my move. They were a disaster. They used as many boxes and as much paper as humanly possible wrapping unbreakable items in huge amts of paper and packing my garage in wardrobes.......?? They moved slowly the first 4 hours, then panicked when they noticed they were far from being done. They only packed my kitchen and garage - 8 hours later....they finally finished somewhat....separating appliance pieces and cords....so unpacking was a nightmare. I still haven't found all the pieces of my kitchen appliances....Unbelievable amounts of paper and boxes were used. Very unprofessional ....stressful experience. (See More)

The 4 team members showed up on time. All very polite and professional. They worked continuously with only a few water breaks, answered all of our questions. Darrin, Derrick, Beto and Pablo were quick and efficient in unloading. It was a long day but their attitude and friendliness made it sufferable. They were quite attentive and helpful in placing furniture and no damage! Wished they could have stayed about half and hour longer to take a few more boxes away, but a minor complaint. Our whole experience with Cowboy Moving and Storage with excellent, starting with help from the office setting our dates. Our move out team was fantastic and helped us get through a day that was stressful, but the stress was decreased by Darrin, Beto and Pena’s great attitudes. Cowboy is the best. This is the second time we have used them and we could not be happier. Here is what makes them special, in order of importance to me: 1) A real person answers the phone. Every time. It's usually Debbie. And Debbie is great. 2) Debbie knows what she is talking about. And she knows a whole lot about moving stuff. 3) Because Debbie knows a lot about moving, she has great advice to offer and she comes up with some very creative way to get weird things moved and/or make other accommodations. 4) When things about the move change, Debbie never scolds you. She simply assures you that it is simply a normal part of the business. Then she makes the changes and she thanks you for letting her know. Imagine that! 5) Cowboy will arrange the move around YOUR schedule, even if that means picking up from your house and two or three public storage garages. But be kind and give them at least a few weeks advance notice. 6) The move-out crew arrives on time, introduces themselves (Darrin, Davis, Dennis and Emilio) and take a quick survey of the house to come up with the best game plan to move your stuff out. 6) They place large pads/drop cloths throughout the house so floors don't get dirty or damaged. 7) You don't have to pack every single item into a box. This includes all the last minute things like the cable box, computer modem, landline phone etc. The Cowboy crew brings a large supply of wardrobe boxes that they pack with all the odd stuff - table lamps, lamp shades, bedspreads, snow shovels - you name it they can usually fit it it in a wardrobe box. They pad your items very well if needed. 8) The crew gets to work immediately and does not stop until everything that needs to be moved is on the truck. 9) Upon arrival at the new address, the crew (Darrin, Davis, Dennis and Vince) takes a quick survey of the house to come up with the best game plan to move your stuff in. 10) If the weather is bad (in our case, packed snow and slush), the crew places pads/drop cloths from their truck to your front door and/or garage so your stuff comes in "goop" free. Same thing in the house - pads/drop cloths everywhere. We were left with many boxes but no dirt. 11) You only have to tell the crew one time where you want a particular box or item place and they will put it there and nowhere else. 12) The crew cleans up after themselves and cleans up after you. Wonderful. Finally, each and every one of the Cowboy crew, from Debbie in the office to Darrin who drove the truck and to the guys who did the grunt work - all were professional, good natured, easy to talk with and more than willing to help out with whatever needed to be done to make the move as easy as possible for our move. Thanks Cowboy, but we will not use you again. At our age, we hope this is the last move we will ever make. But if we do have to move, we will call you. (See More)

The cost to move is a bit expensive, but they made it worth every penny and didn't try to nickel and dime us for extra packing material or additional time. Darren & Keith moved us both out of our former home and into our new one...6 months later. They remembered us and even shared a photo of an antique they prepared for us and how it survived the move...without a scratch! Tony, Beto and Dennis were also very professional, careful, and friendly to us during the move to our new home. When they discovered a problem with an item, they immediately notified us and took care of the problem. If you need to move, store your things for a period of time, and then move to a new home, Cowboy Moving is a great company for this. I highly recommend them. Great team of Keith, Darrin and Derik. This was the move in after storage of our furniture. They arrived at 8:45 am and completed the job and drove at 4:30 pm. For three movers they were quick, professional and polite. We had two broken glass shelves. They took them back and we had them replaced within a few days. There were some dolly tracks on carpet and they sent someone out and took care of that as well. The team were excellent to work with, so much so that I will be requesting the same team to do the second half of my move. I am in the middle of a load and hold therefore, knowing what kind of work these gentlemen do I want to complete the job when I get the go ahead to move in to my new home. They were outstanding in their field. I even sent a picture showing the truck having to go into a field to be able to reach the house. Off road moving! They carefully wrapped my large pieces of furniture with moving blankets and shrink wrap and took apart a partner desk that was very complicated as well as a queen bed.. While moving is stressful, Cowboy made it bearable. When I was getting quotes, they were very responsive and understood that I would need to move out of my house and store my stuff, and then move it to my new house sometime in the future (at that time I didn't know how long). They helped me find the right solution at a reasonable price. Then, when we were frantically packing and didn't think we would get it done, they were able to send a crew to help with that. The crew that moved us out of our central Denver location was amazing in navigating the narrow streets with the semi trailer and got us moved out of there. Then, today, the crew was incredible: fast, funny, and super helpful. They figured out how to get a large piece of furniture into the basement when it didn't seem possible, and reassembled and even cleaned some of our furniture! I have had bad and mediocre moving experiences before; this was the best I have ever had and I strongly recommend them! (See More)

We had not moved for 27 years and due to having a large unfinished basement we had mountains of belongings from relatives who had passed on. THough we tried valiantly to purge it was still waaay too much to move. I cannot believe how hard these guys work without a single complaint. They are friendly, professional and careful not only to us and our belongings but also To Each Other which I really admire. Such a great experience working with this company. I am a real estate broker and had a client scheduled to move out of their house on 6/27/17. There were some communication errors and we found out the night before that the client was not packed with the movers coming in the morning.. Cowboy Moving showed up in the morning and the movers got supplies to the property and professionally packed and moved an entire house in one day!! They did a fantastic job and didn't complain once even though there workload was more than doubled. I would especially like to point out Charles for taking point and coordinating all of this with Ron (dispatch). Thank you guys so much for all of the hard work and helping to get us out of a bind! Your crews were the absolute best part of our move, both out of our old house and two months later, into our new home. After having CM&S help us vacate our apartment and store our goods for a short time, they returned last week to move us into our new location. As with the first half of the process, the move-in was wonderful. They were on time (given the massive traffic issues of the morning), they were cheerful, courteous and did everything possible to made the process of moving, if not fun, as least as non-stressful as possible. We had 2/3 of the same team (Darrin, Denis, and forgive me but I don't recall the third name) that moved us out so they were familiar with re-assembling those pieces of furniture that needed it. They were very mindful that I had new laminate floors and laid down materials to minimize tracking and scratching of the floors. In fact, no scratches or mishaps at all. In all, I could not have been more pleased. What I particularly like about CM&S is that when confirmations are e-mailed, it includes photos of the team that will be handling the move. That made me feel much more secure about who we would be working with. Deb at the office was also great in that she patiently re-scheduled our move-in at least twice due to delays in construction. In short, I could not be happier with the service we received. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly utilize their services if, God forbid, I ever have to move again. Thanks Guys! This was certainly not my first rodeo in terms of moving. But the cowboys- Darrin, Denis and Jose- made it as stress free as moving can be. They arrived on time. The xplanations and paperwork were effortless and easily understood. They were very professional in assessing what needed to be moved and were very efficient n getting it loaded. The snow covered parking lot presented no hindrance to the process for them. This was a "load and hold" while we await completion of our construction. Will definitely request the same team for them load. And of course, none of it could have happened without Debb walking me through the process and coordinating everything for us. Movers were very polite and worked hard to unload all my boxes and put them in the right rooms. It took a little longer than anticipated but they didn't take breaks so that we could finish as soon ad possible. I haven't unpacked yet, but they trief to be careful so as to avoid damaging anything. I did notice one decorative table leg broke, but Cowboy has assured me it will be repaired after I finish inspecting everything. (See More)

We had two moves, a "move-out" after which our household goods (2 trailers) were put into Cowboy's storage lot for 15 days. Then a "move-in" into our new home. Darrin, David, Charles, Bob & Mike M did an outstanding job on both stages. Both moves were very efficient and the guys were fast and did everything we asked to place items in the designated rooms. All of our goods came through in good shape. The actual cost of the move was less than was estimated by Jose Jr. Good news all around. Will not hesitate to recommend Cowboy to anyone who asks. The move was a nearly flawless experience. One glass pane was broken in my china cabinet but they promptly replaced it. This is our second experience using Cowboy and they just knock it out of the park every time. The front office staff Debbie and Donna have been wonderful in helping me schedule and reschedule dates and were very accommodating. The rockstar teams that we had were absolutely the best - Darrin - the best truck driver EVER - he can put that truck in exactly the right place!! Amazing! David was so pleasant and helpful - such a great team player! And of course the dynamic duo of Beto and Tony are out of this world. A big shout out to the team of Darrin W, David K, Andrew G, Jorge M and Alan M for a great job packing the truck with furniture and other items for my mother's 4 bdrm, 2 story, 2900 sq ft. house. I have never seen a team work so well together and the guys never slowed down. They had that house packed in about 5.5 hrs. Not only were they professional, but courteous and friendly. I was very impressed with Darin, David, Alfredo, and Beto with Cowboy Moving & Storage Inc. These men were not only pleasantly courteous, but also very efficient by working proficiently and tirelessly. No wasted time with them.
