Todays move was flawless thanks to Alex Hector and Jose. They showed up on time did a quick walkthrough and got to work. They were amazingly quick, very polite and professional and took extra care with some cherished antiques. I have moved many times coming from a military family and this beat the military movers by a hundred miles. I will absolutely recommend Cowboy!!!! Great job!! (See More)

Recently, I had some furniture moved around in my home. Davis and Jose moved a queen bed, a king bed, a huge solid wood bookcase, a regular bookcase, a recliner chair, a dressing table and a huge antique armoire’ all in one morning. They also packed a few boxes and moved several miscellaneous things without breaking anything! Everything was either put into the garage or reassembled somewhere else in the house. It is obvious that the company trains their employees well and has high standards. They carefully moved heavy items through difficult spaces without so much as a scratch on furniture or walls. This was my first move in over a decade, so I was anxious about the process. Jose effectively managed my expectations during scheduling, and patiently answered all of my questions in great detail with kindness and honesty. The day of the move went very smoothly. Jorge and Jesus were prompt, well-organized, and took great care with the handling of our household items and our home itself. They were absolute professionals, and made moving even our heaviest and bulkiest items look easy! The only movers who didn't ask for a 10% deposit. They called and confirmed and showed up when the said they would with exactly what they said we'd get. Our team was Jose, Jesus, Pedro, Alejandro, and Juan. All very nice guys. We had a light in the hall that got hit by a mattress. They immediately took money off the move price for it. The same light got broken when we had the mattress delivered four years ago. So, not really their fault, bad place for it. Nothing else scratched or broken. The reviewer who said it was expensive was right. They cost more than other movers. But when you get 60 cents per pound compensation for broken stuff it's actually worth it to pay up front in the long run instead of nickle and diming your way to try to get compensation for ruined stuff. The move took 9 hours, 2 trucks, 5 guys. They worked as quickly at the end of 9 hours of work as they did in the beginning. When a desk wouldn't fit into a room they took it apart and reassembled, no grumbling. So again, yes, they cost more. They're worth it. Also, a reviewer said they charge from the time they leave their office. They do. It is completely disclosed when you hire them. If it had been thrown in at the end that we owe extra for that I would have been upset, but we knew already, so that's a nonissue. (See More)

I want to share our positive experience with Cowboy Moving. We considered 3 moving companies for a downsizing move for a mother-in-law. All moving companies seem to have mixed reviews, at best. We initially chose Cowboy in part because they are headquartered near us and we wouldn't have to pay for a long drive from their facility. (Which was an issue with a well-rated competitor who was located in north Denver.) But starting with Debbie in the office, who reassured us with her straightforward manner and flexibility about whether our move would require one stop (the assistive living facility) or two (at a storage facility), we were very happy with our experience with Cowboy Moving. Our mover and driver (Vince and Jose) were friendly, efficient and communicated well with us as they wrapped and moved our items to the truck. They worked with a positive energy, which was important to us because it was already stressful for our 90-year-old mother-in-law to have strangers in her house of 50 years. She was delighted with how the move went, and how well they moved her furniture into her new but smaller place. Thank you, Cowboy Moving, for making the move a positive one. I recently used the services of Cowboy Moving & Storeage (Santa Fe Englewood location) based upon the recommendation of my realtor, Gifford Dudley of the Dudley Team. The entire experience from confirming the appointment with Jose to the the guys in the field, Bob and Dread, was beyond expectation. All were true professionals. Bob & Dread were polite, quiet, and efficient and worked well together. Plusthey met my schedule. They went with the flow when the neighbor's cat decided to settle in. Cowboy deserves an A rating. Cowboy Moving has moved my residence for me several times, (seven moves in about twenty years)! Each time they have shown great respect for my furniture and myself. They arrive on time and perform the move as smoothly as possible with few surprises. My most recent move, the team (Jose, Emilio, Elias, and Debbie, in the office) exceeded my expectations. They were great!!! I always know ahead of time roughly what to expect financially, and that helps with planning. They try to work efficiently so as not to unnecessarily prolong the move and hourly expenses. Much of that is also the customer's responsibility of being prepared for their move. Cowboy Moving truly works hard to take the stress out of moving for the customer as much as is possible! Not every move has been "easy" or "perfect", but If this wasn't my consistent experience, why would I hire them back six more times? The honest down side, I've had only ONE professional mover on their team that I was less than happy with in ALL SEVEN of my moves with Cowboy. That is pretty impressive!! Denis, Jose, SR., and Jorge were great. Early arrival, same crew as last year were both helpful. This crew worked non-stop and efficiently. Only six dishes and one coffee container broken which we had packed. None of our furniture was damaged and everything arrived in tact. The job entailed a long walk in an underground garage to the single elevator which was shared by the residents of our 3 story building. Never a complaint from the crew or the residents. After having CM&S help us vacate our apartment and store our goods for a short time, they returned last week to move us into our new location. As with the first half of the process, the move-in was wonderful. They were on time (given the massive traffic issues of the morning), they were cheerful, courteous and did everything possible to made the process of moving, if not fun, as least as non-stressful as possible. We had 2/3 of the same team (Darrin, Denis, and forgive me but I don't recall the third name) that moved us out so they were familiar with re-assembling those pieces of furniture that needed it. They were very mindful that I had new laminate floors and laid down materials to minimize tracking and scratching of the floors. In fact, no scratches or mishaps at all. In all, I could not have been more pleased. What I particularly like about CM&S is that when confirmations are e-mailed, it includes photos of the team that will be handling the move. That made me feel much more secure about who we would be working with. Deb at the office was also great in that she patiently re-scheduled our move-in at least twice due to delays in construction. In short, I could not be happier with the service we received. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly utilize their services if, God forbid, I ever have to move again. Thanks Guys! This was certainly not my first rodeo in terms of moving. But the cowboys- Darrin, Denis and Jose- made it as stress free as moving can be. They arrived on time. The xplanations and paperwork were effortless and easily understood. They were very professional in assessing what needed to be moved and were very efficient n getting it loaded. The snow covered parking lot presented no hindrance to the process for them. This was a "load and hold" while we await completion of our construction. Will definitely request the same team for them load. And of course, none of it could have happened without Debb walking me through the process and coordinating everything for us. The divers got lost coming to your apartment and took them over an hour to get there then when they showed up Jose complained about having to dismantle the bed and the furniture and basically acted like he did not want to do any work all he wanted to do is move the boxes every time he had to move a piece of furniture he complained. I am a retail customer service manager and I would never hire Jose to do any jobs for my company Dennis was courteous but kind of slowed down once the move happened at the new residents and then he quoted us a two hour drive time going back to their base, so no tip was given to the drivers because I felt like he basically took advantage of the drive time going back to their base. So I would have liked a better experience with cowboy Moving and Storage knowing that they've been in town forever and they were one of the closest companies to our apartment to set up the move but kind of have a bad feeling about the company I know my experience doesn't count for all expenses but I still wished my experience was better since it was the first time I used cowboy moving and storage (See More)

My husband and I were trying to move on our own, we did an OK job however we are not thirty something anymore, yes I can admit that, so we called Cowboy Movers to help us. They were great. The team they sent out was very polite, organized, and careful with our furniture. If I would have known how easy it was to have them move us, I would have called them at the start of our move. Cowboy Moving and Storage did an outstanding job relocating a 14 foot conference room table top between two stories the building where we are located. The table top was a single surface, very flimsy, and weighed over 300 pounds. We considered moving the table top ourselves, but thought better of the idea after carrying it about 20 feet. The Cowboy crew arrived on time at the appointed hour, ready to work. They prepped the path with protective padding and went right to work. The crew manhandled the table top down two flights of stairs including a 180 degree turn with only inches of clearance. They gently placed the table top in place without a scratch. A number of spectators from our firm had gathered to watch the spectacle, expecting a disaster. All were impressed and lined up for a "high five" with the crew. Jorge M., Alan M., and Jose R. arrived on time and were willing to accommodate my various moving requests. I had a double vanity that had been sitting in my garage waiting to be relocated to it's new home in the master bath. I had heavy pieces of a work station I hadn't been able to move for months, and they moved it to the garage. I was having new carpet installed on Monday and, though not everything was going to the new house, I needed the second floor vacated. They were conscientious about where furniture needed to moved (to the garage, living room or truck) and were especially careful with the heavy stuff. This was not ideal moving conditions with a late spring snowstorm, but they remained in good spirits throughout the day (even when sweeping the heavy, wet snow off my patio furniture) and were overall very, very helpful to me. Moving is so stressful! Cowboy Moving made our move as stressless as possible. Our team of four (Vance was also on the team) were protective of the furniture and new house, no problems with damage.
