I would give this company 10 stars if I could. Everyone I worked with was extremely kind and helpful from the office staff to my movers. Getting a quote/setting up the move I spoke with two different office ladies who were kind and patient answering all my questions and getting me taken care of. Dan W and Michael M went above and beyond to move quickly yet with care. They were very professional, and even kept a good attitude when they had to keep moving the truck for the neighbors. They were quick and methodical in putting protection down, wrapping out antique furniture and making sure they didn't damage any walls while moving our items. Jose in the office helped me to move a office desk under a tight deadline. He was quick to give me a quote and set up the move date for me that worked with my schedule. My movers Mike Moore and Pena Atanacio were Outstanding, Outstanding, OUTSTANDING! They wore masks and they were careful with my desk. They moved a large desk into a small upstairs office that was tight to get into without damaging anything! They used padding & shrink wrap to protect my desk and pads to protect wood floors and carpet and doorways at my home. They cleaned up afterwards and then reinstall doors they took off to make the move happen. Professional’s that you can trust with difficult moving jobs! Movers you can count on to get it Done Right! The guys that did the grunt work were awesome. Astonishing how hard they work. Some of the crew that moved us out of our Morrison home were also involved in moving us in to Grand Junction. Totally hard working, cordial and willing to do anything we asked. I do recommend them highly but with the caveat that their bid was way off, and I mean by thousands. I don't think Steve, the estimator, was familiar with our size of home and didn't take into account the amount of art and accessories we had. Steve's explanation that we kept adding things to ship and that would be true, but not by around $5,000.00. (See More)

I recently did a move with Cowboy Moving & Storage. They made me feel confident throughout my move, from the first time we spoke, all the way through the move. I first spoke to Debbie in the main office who gave me a fair and concise quote after asking me about my furnishings and home layout. She reassured me that her team would be able to handle my move, despite cramped stairways and a difficult route to move my back yard and basement furniture. Justin S, Kenwon B, Hector M, and Mike M were a professional team who worked diligently in 90 degree heat in small, cramped quarters to get all of our furniture out in an incredible feat of strength and adaptability. They were courteous, attentive to our needs and concerns, and treated our furnishing with care. Moving is very stressful, but having a company and move-team who reassured throughout the process and added a bit of character and laughter into the mix of their hard work, made the day go much smoother than anticipated. They were fast and efficient, taking about an hour less than I anticipated. They were conscientiously careful about not knocking the walls and baseboards with the furniture - and they had to move several heavy pieces from the second floor of one residence to the second floor of another. On moving say Jorge, Mike, and Beto arrived on time and got right to work. I was over charged by 30% and when I called and spoke with Debbie I was told that she would look into it and call me back the next day. That was a week ago and I have not heard back from her. It took 2 men over an hour to put a ged together that had 4 pieces. I was told that I would receive an email prior to the team showing up this never happened. I will never use Cowboy Movers again. Such a great experience working with this company. I am a real estate broker and had a client scheduled to move out of their house on 6/27/17. There were some communication errors and we found out the night before that the client was not packed with the movers coming in the morning.. Cowboy Moving showed up in the morning and the movers got supplies to the property and professionally packed and moved an entire house in one day!! They did a fantastic job and didn't complain once even though there workload was more than doubled. I would especially like to point out Charles for taking point and coordinating all of this with Ron (dispatch). Thank you guys so much for all of the hard work and helping to get us out of a bind! I was SO pleasantly surprised by this company. The initial estimate process was quick, easy, respectfully professional and reasonably priced. The paperwork was simple, comprehensive, and professionally presented. I received email and phone reminders and last-minute confirmation. And the day before they arrived to move me I received an email introducing me to the team who would show up to execute the move. The guys were SUPER! They were experienced, professional, respectful and polite. They were conscientious in their use of the time I was paying for - showed up on time, moved quickly and yet carefully, stopped briefly to pick up lunch on their way to our new home, checked in with me each time there was a choice about doing something ourselves or taking their time to do it for us (disassembling/reassembling). Nothing was broken or damaged and all hardware was collected in little bags that were shrink-wrapped to their relevant furniture pieces. I can't say enough about what a positive experience this was for me. They even came in significantly under their estimate. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! First time using cowboy moving in was one of the WORST moving companies I have ever dealt with! Customer service was very horrible I scheduled my moving through Sherry, she was very rude and unprofessional wanted to charge for the move more than the movers wrote! Debbie did not do her job too... she scheduled what I requested WRONG, a LOT of miss communication. When I called and scheduled her appointment she did not write down everything that I've told her on the work order which slow down my moving process. The movers did not even call in and let me know that they were on their way my appointment was between 12-2pm, it got rescheduled from 2-3pm. Movers showed up at 2:48 never called. When the movers unassembled my couch they couldn't put it back together, 3 men couldn't figure it out! The movers were Mike Moore, Vincent & Dread. These guys need more training! If someone is trying to use cowboy moving do not use it, its overpriced, there are moving companies that are cheaper than them and have better customer service!!! (See More)

Cowboy Moving exceeded our expectations. A friend of ours used Cowboy Moving on a very large move and were very happy with them. Cowboy was also rated very well on the BBB website so we felt comfortable going with Cowboy. We do not regret our decision! From the beginning call, Donna was able to answer all of my questions and did a good job in giving me all the information I needed in making an informed decision. By the end of the move, she was able to accurately determine how long our move would take and how many men it required without sending someone out before to give me an estimate. Jesse, Agustin and Michael were all very courteous. They spent the time to wrap and inspect all of our items and were quick in moving things out of the old home and into the new one. They were cracking jokes with us the whole time and were a pleasure to be around. I waited until we unpacked everything to write this review. We have not noticed damage on any of either home or any of the items they moved. This was the first mover we have ever used but would never move ourselves again. Our next move will be with Cowboy. Beto,, Michael and Gerald arrived on time, where extremely professional , courteous, and hard working and treated our belongs with respect. I spent 30 plus years of my career in retail management, Cowboy Moving should be proud of the way these men represented your company. Forrest and Jesus did a fantastic job of quickly and efficiently moving our home, and prior to the actual move Steve did a great job of answering all our questions and setting us up for a smooth transition. Emelio and Michael were great to work with on my move. They were professional and organized and certainly protected my hardwood floors and staircase. I would certainly recommend Cowboy Movers to all, these two men worked so hard and really communicated well with each other - Great job....Much appreciated. We had a very bad experience 3 years ago with "Father & Son Moving". I put quotes in there bc we went through them & they contracted out the job to another company who happened to have an F rating with the BBB. We also were not notified of this. We figured it out once we saw the paperwork. You've been warned! We had a great experience with Cowboy Moving & Storage! They were on time, professional, personable & setting up the appt was extremely easy. They are also locally owned & have been around for decades. I highly recommend them! (See More)

Ive used Cowboy Moving and Storage for years. This was my last move with them because I moved out of State. They packed my mom's stuff and mine in the moving container. It wasn't an easy job but Michael M, Dread and Alan did a fantastic job and assured me the whole time that it would work. These three guys worked hard and efficiently to get it packed. Jean in the front office has been my constant in this last month in helping get my mom's stuff moved and stored then worked with me in getting my and my mom's stuff scheduled for the final packing. Without this team and the company, I don't think it would have been possible to complete this moving project. I will truly miss them vecayse they have become like family and always treat you like family. I would recommend them to anyone who lives in the Denver area to use them. I wish they were here in Alabama to help me unload. I have used Cowboy Moving & Storage for years and will recommend them to everyone. They have always been there for me and my family. Because of this and due to the emergency situation for getting my mom moved from her apartment building, Cowboy Moving & Company was my first and only call. It started with Jean A in the office who helped get a storage unit onsite for my mom's belongings and get the moving crew to come help pack up the apartment and move her belongings in a one day short notice. The crew they sent was Agustin (Auggie), Alfredo G and Mike M. When they arrived, they assessed what needed to be packed and got started right away. They packed everything with care as if it was their own property and assured my mom that everything would be taken care of and she would have no worries. As the day progressed, we all realized it was going to take an extra day to finish the move so they contacted the office and took care of the arrangements. I've worked with Auggie before on several moves I had at my home. He's a great guy, very professional, has a great sense of humor and gets the job done so I was very happy to have him on this move for my mom. This was the first time I worked with Alfredo and Mike and I can't say enough because they were great, professional and a great sense of humor too. These three guys make a great team and I will be happy to have them do all of my moves in the future. Because of the situation for the move, having this team made the packing and moving days a lot better and easier plus they treated my mom as if she was their own family. That's how I feel about this team and the company too because they have been there to assist me and my family every time it was needed.
