15 years ago I had Cowboy Moving and Storage move me in my first house and I was very happy with their service.As a Realtor I have referred these guys out dozens of times and I always get the same response from my clients " Those guys are awesome" so we when I got ready to move again I called Cowboy and Bob Martin,Atancio Pena and Luis Meledez showed up on time and ready to go to work.These guys are the definition of professionalism.They are patience,careful,smart and hard working and took great care of our things.( I gave them a tip which was well deserved) If you 300K house or a 3 Million dollar house I would call Cowboy moving storage.Thanks for all your hard work Don Nichols (See More)

The team was excellent for both moving and packing. They dealt patiently with my husband, who has Parkinson's disease. They were professional, courteous, and very concerned about both my household goods and my home. They came highly recommended to me and I would not hesitate recommending them to others. My only suggestions is that they could have made the moving experience even better by offering a retired military, senior citizen, or disability discount. These guys moved our treadmill down to the basement. Took them 10 minutes. It would have taken us all day and probably a trip to the emergency room. Forrest, Derek, Bob, Davis and Jordan from Cowboy Moving and Storage were absolutely wonderful! They were timely and polite, with a great sense of humor. They took what could have been a crazy day and organized it into a smooth one. They were done in less time than anticipated and even cost less than the original quote! I could not believe how quickly and efficiently everything was moved, and we had some extremely heavy dental equipment with no stairs. I would highly recommend Cowboy to anyone. The moving crew of Charles and Bob and Steve from Cowboy Moving and Storage moved 4 brand new appliances to my new home in Kiowa and did an excellent job. Charles and Bob were very professional and did an outstanding job of getting the appliances loaded at my old house and then unloaded at the new place. They figured out the best way to get the appliances from the moving truck up and into my house which was a bit of a challenge as now porch or steps have been poured to enter the house. They were very careful in moving the items and most especially the refrigerator as it had to be unboxed in order to get it through the door and they even had to take the door off the house in order to make sure it went in with out being damaged. They then put the door back on before they left. They even carried the carton that it had come in down to the dumpster for me. I was very impressed with both of these fellows and am looking forward to working with I hope them along with others from Cowboy Moving and Storage when they do my final move of all the househole items to my new place. This was a terrific experience, considering moving is stressful. Cowboy sent me names and pictures of the crew ahead of time. They called 30 minutes ahead of the window to let me know they would be on time. My items were wrapped, carefully handled, and protected. The crew hustled and got me moved quickly. Need to deal with only problem we experienced. I offered them a chance to see this space when talking to the receptionist. She said they are very good in knowing what needs they have. I was told they would send three men when I told them it was a very heavy Armoire from IKEA and a tight stairwell. Cowboy movers sent two men, and I was very surprised. Two men could not do the job. They stopped the clock at half an hour and called and asked for two more men. This was very helpful and they did the move in ten minutes after the two men arrived. Yet I was told I'd have to pay more than my initial contract of 140 dollars. I paid 281.25. They did include the drive time, which was expected. They were tired from the attempt with two men. I gave them generous portions of pumpkin bread and coffee to reinforce them while they waited for the other two men. It seems to me office staff short changed these movers today. (See More)

We are so thankful for Cowboy moving. Starting with Debbie who was just so wonderful and helpful. We got many quotes and Debbie was so kind and Cowboy had the best prices. The moving team met a family member at our previous home and worked very hard with a huge task at hand. The guys were all incredibly friendly and professional. Bob M, Charles V, Auggie, Eric G and Vincent M were so wonderful. Sadly, I cannot remember the head guys name, but he was so great too. They set things up, moved everything exactly where I needed it and even helped move a very heavy bed after setting it up when I changed my mind about where it would go. We were so incredibly thankful for them. They work their butts off and still do it with a smile and professionalism. Each and every one of them deserve incredible recognition. The entire experience from confirming the appointment with Jose to the the guys in the field, Bob and Dread, was beyond expectation. All were true professionals. Bob & Dread were polite, quiet, and efficient and worked well together. Plusthey met my schedule. They went with the flow when the neighbor's cat decided to settle in. Cowboy deserves an A rating. This was the best moving experience we have ever had. Bob and Keith were so professional and respectful. They were on time for both residents and even gave us time to contemplate where to place our furniture. They moved some additional furniture for us and moved additional boxes that we packed. Forest was excellent = 5 stars service and concern for our things. Debbie was fantastic in setting up the move and keeping us informed = 5 stars. Personally watched Kenwon destroy two models I had under construction by jamming heavy items on top of balsa models , he seemed careless and not concerned for our stuff (also watched him break off a pad from our couch, look at it, then me, and walk away) = 0 star. My wife watched Dustin drag a cabinet across the hardwood floor leaving a scratch she couldn't get out = 0 star. Bob M was also very good and careful = 5 star. Not sure who took a chunk of wood out of our dresser top, but not happy with that and how some drawers now are hard to open and close on the night stands. Seeing that the majority of our things are in a storage unit,and we are unable to check for other damage, we can't comment on their condition. The only reason we gave you a "3" was because of Kenwon and Dustin and the damage! (See More)

I was SO pleasantly surprised by this company. The initial estimate process was quick, easy, respectfully professional and reasonably priced. The paperwork was simple, comprehensive, and professionally presented. I received email and phone reminders and last-minute confirmation. And the day before they arrived to move me I received an email introducing me to the team who would show up to execute the move. The guys were SUPER! They were experienced, professional, respectful and polite. They were conscientious in their use of the time I was paying for - showed up on time, moved quickly and yet carefully, stopped briefly to pick up lunch on their way to our new home, checked in with me each time there was a choice about doing something ourselves or taking their time to do it for us (disassembling/reassembling). Nothing was broken or damaged and all hardware was collected in little bags that were shrink-wrapped to their relevant furniture pieces. I can't say enough about what a positive experience this was for me. They even came in significantly under their estimate. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! This crew was AMAZING!!! Eric, Bob and Tyler were able to get us moved when we were in a big time crunch. Beto, Tony and Bob did an outstanding job from the beginning to end. Not a mark on the walls, door jams at either residence. These men are true professionals, they have a definite, logical approach to the job and are incredibly efficient. Not a wasted step. I could not believe they could load all the items in one truck and had concerns that we might need a backup plan for the excess. A quick survey of the Castle Rock home, and its garage, and they knew it wouldn’t be a problem. They are pros at what they do, and so personable, they made our move so easy. Great group of guys. Most of our stuff went to the third floor up stairs. Books and heavy furniture. These guys were troopers. They were early, which i thought was great. They helped us take apart and put back together beds and kept it going for 8 hours. I have told everyone that they should use these guys. Debbie in the office was very helpful and informative. Awesome experience. This was my first time using a moving company rather than soliciting my friends to help. We decided to go with Cowboy Moving initially because they offer Load & Hold service since there was going to be about a week between when we had to move out of our old place and when our renovations would be complete on the new. I honestly couldn't be happier with our choice. Bob, Adam, and Charles were the crew that came to the house and between the three of them, I was amazed how quickly the house was loaded in the truck. However what impressed me the most was their attention to the safety of our belongings. They found a couple glass shelves in a cabinet that we forgot to remove which they wrapped in blankets to protect. We have an antique hand-carved chest that they basically made bulletproof between blankets and shrink wrap. It was awesome and I very much hope we get the same crew when it comes time to move us into the new place. I would recommend these three to anyone I know. (See More)

Due to a remodeling job, we needed to move several bedrooms of furniture from a second floor to a first floor. Charles and Bob did this for us. We had two moves, a "move-out" after which our household goods (2 trailers) were put into Cowboy's storage lot for 15 days. Then a "move-in" into our new home. Darrin, David, Charles, Bob & Mike M did an outstanding job on both stages. Both moves were very efficient and the guys were fast and did everything we asked to place items in the designated rooms.
