Taft provided me with exceptional service and was timely and informative. A previous technician visited my residence, misdiagnosed the problem with my tenant's water heater while i was on vacation. The events that followed became expensive. Taft was able to clearly identify the problem, fix the issue quickly, while providing a discount on the service out of good will (very rare today) I would recommend his work to anyone. (See More)
