After speaking with two other rude companies who could not help me till next week, Deanna was very pleasant and helpful. Ryan was dispatched to my home within the hour of the same day I called. Was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. When quoting a price, he wasn't sure of my age, but very delicately asked me if I could be eligible for a Senior discount which I really appreciated. He could have just as well skipped that part since he couldn't tell how old I was. Very happy experience, thanks Atomic! (See More)

From my phone conversation with Deanna this morning to the end product of our water heater replacement by Jim and Ryan it was excellent. All 3 were very professional and truly concerned with the outcome. They found the Bradford White direct vent water heater, removed the leaking water heater and cleaned up. The only thing I noticed when I came home was a new water heater, hot water and a grateful wife.
Atomic Plumbing I will use your services again.

Awesome! I have never had to call a plumber before and I selected atomic mostly because I saw how many best of the beach awards they have. Probably the best idea I had that day because they are wonderful people! Deanna was very nice and understanding. She listened to me ramble (a little) about my issue and set my family up for an appointment quickly. Deanne provided me with great info. She gave me options and was concerned about meeting our schedule needs. A truely delightful lady that is a pleasure to speak to. Atomic came out the next day and fixed our problem quickly, at a great value all around. I honestly hope I will not need a plumber again but I will always call atomic if I do! Deanna helped me place my service call. She was well educated, professional, and upbeat. She told me Jimmy would be my technician and he is very good at his job. Sure enough, she called me the day of to update me that they are working as diligently as possible and they still had me as a priority on their schedule. Mylissa called me to inform me Jimmy was on his way and i should be expecting him within the hour. He arrived 40 minutes later, wore booties when working inside, and made me feel very confident he knew what he was doing. We called after 3:30 pm Friday after another plumbing co. called us to say they were not going to make their appt but could come early next week. Having what we thought was an ongoing leake in the refrigerator line we were concerned... I called Atomic & spoke to Deanne who was fabulous. She quickly reassured me that she would have someone out that day. The rep travelled through Fri traffic...over an hour...Ryan....He within 15 min solved the problem.....professional & even has goodies for our noisy beagles.Wow... what more could we ask for?? Brian H., James M. and Deanna, thank you for your quick response to our water heater problem.
Brian was on time and came prepared to do whatever work was necessary. He diagnosed the problem and presented options for us to consider. We opted to replace the heater.
James was there in less than an hour with the new heater.
They put down coverings to protect floors and did a great job of cleaning up. They thoroughly explained the operation and settings for the new unit.
We called Atomic Plumbing because of past experience with the company. They have made second visits, at no expense to us, to fine tune repairs.

From the moment I called Deanna I felt comfortable. Professional but light hearted, called back as she said she would with answers. Set appointment and Sean D and Paul C arrived earlier than expected to solve my issue. Needed water and drain lines checked to see if we could add a washer in to our commercial building. I want to thank Atomic Plumbing for their fast response.I had a major break in my hot water line located in my town-home's slab foundation.Both James M and Paul did an incredible job of repairing the leak and pipes and putting my place back together.James covered all of my furniture with plastic to keep dust off due to needed jack hammer work.James and Paul worked relentlessly until the job was complete.Everything was left clean when they left. James also did repairs to my master baths faucets valve stems.James masterfully took apart the area, replaced and repaired the parts and salvaged the dry wall and tile, which looks great.Everything was left clean when he left. I must mention the help from the office especially Beverly S and Deanna D.Beverly's help with scheduling and explanation of insurance possibilities for my claim was exceptional.I left a message with their answering service at 5AM.Beverly called me at 6AM and by 7AM she had me scheduled for first call for my emergency.I have used Atomic in the past, present, and will in the future when needed.Thanks to James M, Paul, Beverly S and Deanna D and anyone I have forgotten to mention for great work and service.This is what American business is all about. Over the past several weeks, Atomic Plumbing has been working hand in hand with me to complete some minor repairs including several change outs of older fixtures. The service has been excellent with Deanna coordinating scheduling and Sean arriving on time and ready to tackle the tasks at hand. When a toilet that I had ordered from another supplier arrived with damage to the tank, Sean set about resolving the problem. He found a local supplier with the necessary part; arranged for delivery and had all installed by the end of the morning. Service was excellent from start to finish. Worked around MY schedule! I was trying to coordinate having tile laid on 2 bathroom floors , followed by having 2 new toilets installed. Deanna took the information, set up a day and time to have someone come to my home. Closer to the time, I received another call saying they were on the way. Very customer friendly. Made a call to Atomic after having a plugged laundry sink. Deanna D the customer service, was friendly and courteous. Our technician Ryan D. arrived ready to do the job and was fast to find the problem and fixed it. He was very nice and even took time to say hello to our four legged child who would not be left out. I'm a new homeowner for 2 years now. New to everything that comes along with owning a home-good and bad. I had a pipe burst in the wall between my kitchen and bathroom which caused serious damage to my bathroom as well as under my house in the crawl space. I was given Atomic's number from my heating and cooling company (Shout out to Ben from Airforce Heating and Cooling). I called Atomic and had the pleasure of speaking to Deanna who set up techs to come to my house as soon as they could. Deanna was friendly and assured me I would be taken care of. She even went above and beyond and told me she would give me a hour notice before the techs would be there so I wasn't missing work and just sitting around waiting. I so thank her for that!! Tiffany called me and let me know the techs would be at my home in a hour. She was extremely friendly as well. I was impressed when the techs Scott and Brian were there in the hour as stated. Scott and Brian knew exactly what was going on and were very thorough....not to mention friendly! They explained everything to me in a manner which I could understand. Since my bathroom was so damaged, they even provided me with a restoration company to call. I am a single mother, so I am on a strict budget. Atomic set me up on payment arrangement to help me out. What a blessing that was!! I'm extremely happy with the work that was done!! I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a great plumbing company! They were friendly and professional!!! Great service. Nice people to talk to and they keep you informed. Workman were clean, spoke English and were very courteous. The work was performed when promised and a price given before the work was done. Their price may be a little high BUT there were no “oh I forgot to include costs”. As a matter of fact one item not included in the price was deemed necessary and there was NO charge for it. (Adding this item also helped the worker do his work faster. ) When the work was completed I thought I got a bargain. I would use them again. (See More)

Excellent company to deal with. Fast, precise, and very, very accomodating. -Diana on the phone was very understanding when I called with a broken water heater. She did everything she could and got me a technician the same day, even thought they had a very busy schedule.
