Atomic is the BOMB!!!

We had a clog in the main line and on Sunday before Christmas and I contacted Atomic Plumbing for assistance. They immediately responded and sent out technician Randy C first thing Monday morning. Randy was very professional in his dealings with us and did exactly what the company had told us he would do. He introduced himself, requested the information we had on the problem, took time to get a good understanding of the house plan and where the clean outs were located. He told us that he thought he might already know what the problem was. He explained the company's process and told us what the flat rate would be if that was the problem. He then immediately got his tools and router out of his truck and began working to find the problem and eliminate it. He opened the clean out on the main line near the street and asked us to flush toilets and turn on all facuets to check the system which was not clear and working. He cleaned up the work areas and closed all clean outs. He then prepared the invoice with the flat rate price less a 20 percent senior discount and told us that if we have any problems to immediately give him a call and that his work was guaranteed 90 days. He thanked us for using his services and was on his way to his next job well before lunch. We have not had any problems and highly recommend Atomic Plumbing and especially Randy C's services. My kitchen drain was clogged. Atomic Plumbing responded quickly after my call. Ryan arrived and reviewed the problem. He then told me what he would do. After agreeing to the work that needed to be done, Ryan proceeded. He told me what he was doing and why at each step. He was patient with any questions I had and explained everything to me. Called for a clogged shower pipe. Office contacted me three times through the day to assure me I wasn't forgotten, and to keep me updated as to when the technician would arrive. Scott (the technician) was very polite and friendly, very open to questions, explained the steps he would work through to fix the issue, and got to work. He provided estimate before starting, quickly finished (no mess!), and discovered the final cost was less than the initial estimate. To recap: fast, professional, fixed, and cheaper than expected. Mid afternoon call made to Atomic when kitchen sink and washer drains were backed up. Then discovered bathroom commode when flushed made the tub gurgle. Tech Ryan arrived within an hour which was faster than expected or promised. Cleaned the main line and then the kitchen. Sounds simple enough but it wasn't. Now all is flowing like a rivers stream. After putting away his equipment and inspecting everything before for the day he noticed that the disposal was leaking under the sink. It was at the end of the day now. To avoid overtime pay he said he would come back in the am. Since I don't have a dishwasher I said let's not replace the disposal but re plumb the drain. He arrived on time today and finished the project.
This is my second experience with Atomic and it's equal to if not better than the first thanks to Ryan Dean. Ryan is a true profession. From arriving, surveying the issues, explaining the costs, work performance it was excellent. Nothing in today's world is cheap or free. The price paid to Atomic is worth it. That's a good feeling to be satisfied.
I would suggest to all future customers reading this without previously calling Atomic to do so. Matter of fact even if you have a problem tell them as it will only be an opportunity for them to improve. All companies we call irreguardless of trades need the feed back.
I will call them in the future when a need arises. Was impressed enough that I called the supervisor and informed him
how good the service was. From the receptionist onward it seems that they all take happy pills and enjoy what they do with Atomic.

Atomic Plumbing Tech Jim Miller showed up in my emergency for a self-inflicted pipe break. He diagnosed the problem, gave a quote, and went to work. So Ioved everything about the process. The lady who answered the phone was great. The plumber Sean was great. The only thing I don't like at all is the automated satisfaction report nonsense. I've gotten three of these. twice I've ttried to fill out some survey and the software wouldnt let me. So Atomic Plumbing gets an A+ for plumbing and customer service. I had an emergency gas leak in my house and VNG shut me off (good thing). Called Atomic and was up and running in three days. Would have been much sooner if it wasn't for the city inspector. Either way, they're workmanship is legit, their technicians are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you Sean, Zack and Justin!!

I can’t say enough about my experience with Atomic and Sean! I had sewer pipes leak in my crawlspace that had to be redone. Sean was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable.
