Jimmy ****** at Atomic Plumbing is exceptional! This is not surprising as Jimmy is a person of outstanding character as well as knowledge. Jimmy P from Atomic was excellent! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I normally complete all of our plumbing issues but the issue we had this last time was beyond his ability because I could not locate a 2nd access point to our sewer drain. Jimmy was able to probe with a camera and use a pressure bladder to both break the clog and locate the other access point for our next clog. Definitely not cheap because the charges are per task instead of per hour, but it was worth the money to know it would be done correctly. (See More)

Jimmy P serviced our toilet by changing out the entire flushing assembly and replacing our washing machine valves in our washroom. Had a major problem with a broken and leaky pipe in my bathroom this morning and called atomic. The woman that helped me over the phone through the process was a woman named Kimberly and she was very friendly, polite, amd helpful. As far as the company they were very fast with a same day response and very accurate on theit appointment time. When Mr jimmy arrived he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the situation and eased my mind about it. He did a very thorough job. Jimmy P removed a 6 inch diameter root that had grown around my main water line. He was diligent in finding our the cause of the leak, kept me informed throughout the process and made sure that I was up and running with water for my family in less than an 8 hour period. It was a huge undertaking. Jimmy P was first class and polite . The had the necessary experience that was needed to get this water main break under control. He made the best of a horrible situation. Called Atomic plumbing after kitchen was flooded with water the evening before, was given a time a technician would be out. Technician Jimmy Powell showed up early and after checking problem He went right to work. He stated he would have to cut a hole in the ceiling to get to the the drain. After some careful measurements his cut was right on target. Jimmy fixed the problem and was a true professional from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to call Atomic Plumbing for any plumbing needs, and would highly recommend Jimmy Powell as the technician. (See More)

Atomic Plumbing & Drain Cleaning provided Expert Plumber Jimmy Powell to diagnose and perform an emergency repair at my home. I had experienced flooding from poor workmanship by one of their competitors, who then refused to help me. When I contacted Atomic Plumbing with an emergency request, they stepped up immediately to assist me, and sent their plumber Jimmy P., who identified and corrected the poor workmanship that caused the flooding. Very knowledgeable in his trade, confident in the correction that he crafted, and he is a genuine good person. I would have been pleased with that much, but the reasonable price for the emergency work and the 1 year warranty that Jimmy presented on behalf of Atomic Plumbing brought it all home for me. I spoke with Tiffany at Atomic Plumbing concerning a recurring problem with my installation of leaking wax seal in our half bath. Note this is the first time I have called Atomic Plumbing. Tiffany understood that I wanted to get the problem resolved, and though she had a very busy work schedule, she worked me into the schedule the following day. I was very pleased with her attention to the customers concern. The following day, Tiffany called and informed me that Jimmy x would be in my area in the next few minutes if that would be okay, which I gladly accepted. Jimmy was prompt, evaluated the problem quickly, and had the solution readily available. It was not an easy fix as had hoped, however, Jimmy x's experience overcame the problem easily. I do recommend Atomic Plumbing for anyone needing help with their plumbing problems, and Atomic Plumbing will remain on our number one company to call in the future. (See More)

Jimmy came out for a service call on Sunday evening for the pilot light not working on my hot water heater. He checked over the water heater thoroughly and changed out a part. That did not fix the problem we were having. He then discussed with my wife and I all the options we had. From replacing the part which he believes would fix the issue we were having to replacing the 13 year old equipment. He also discussed a tank less water heater as an option. What my wife and I liked most about Jimmy was that we trusted him and he was not trying to hard sell us. When we voiced our concern about his price on the new heater he suggested we call your competitors to see what they charged. We did and you are a little higher but we really trusted Jimmy. Your dispatch called Monday morning to let us know the mechanic would be there shortly. Sean D. WOW! What a professional and very knowledgeable plumber. He explained to us what he was doing and even went above our expectations with installation around the pipe and with the mess we had on the wall where the pipes were coming out of. LOOKS GREAT!!. There are not enough accolades I can say about Jimmy. I bought a new refrigerator and paid Sears for delivery and hook up. Needless to say they would not hook it up. I called Atomic on a Saturday and within an hour Jimmy was there with his floor protectors. He hooked up the ice maker/water lines. Then he checked over the new refrigerator to ensure that everything worked properly which Sears didn't do. he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything worked. The service that I received from Jimmy P was as good as it gets! He was very personable and friendly. I had a problem where my washing machine was draining and coming out of my toilet. I had an independent plumber that came and could not figure out what was wrong. I also talked with other people who had done plumbing and none could figure it out. Jimmy figured it out right away and had it resolved quickly ! I had a lot of questions and he patiently answered them all and seemed glad to do so. Called with an emergency water leak. very friendly customer service. a service tech, Jimmy, was at our home in a short while. Jimmy was very good at explaining what needed to be done and to offer choices and related costs. he was very careful not to track in soil by wearing booties when entering our home. leak was quickly isolated and stopped until full repair could be completed the next work day. the leak was stopped and the water was turned on so we could use as needed. final result was installing a quality delta tub/shower faucet assy. work was done quickly and very professionally. reasonable cost. quality parts and material. this is a good company to work with. now we are checking on getting them to install a tankless gas water heater. I personally recommend Atomic Plumbing for anyone's next need. they are a start-of-the-art business. I asked a lot of questions and Jimmy P, our plumbing tech, was able to answer all of them and even provide some handouts about additional products I asked about. he knows this business, does higher than expected quality work and has great customer service skills. Called Atomic at about 5:45 on Friday night because our hot water heater had water coming out of the pressure pipe steady for almost an hour. Mylissa answered the phone and was very helpful and said someone could be out in an hour. Jimmy P. arrived in about an hour. Examined the issue and stopped the water coming from the pressure relief. We decided to replace the 13 year old water heater in stead of just fixing the issue and waiting for another to develop. Jimmy P. said he would be back out with the new water heater at 8:00 on Saturday morning. He was on time and ready to go. He jumped right into getting things done while Javier G. was on his way with the new water heater. Jimmy P. and Javier G. did a great job doing the removal and install and worked great together. Best part of this was the pricing, I like the flat rate charge by the job, not by the hour. I found their pricing to be very reasonable!! Great job done by Atomic, Jimmy P., Javier G., and Mylissa!! I had a problem with my hot water tank, within 2 hours I had a service tech Jimmy P come out and service my hot water tank. From the every beginning their professionalize stood out. He introduced himself , came in with special shoe covers. Then proceeded to explain what the problem was and why. The job was completed within 2 hours and I got an additional 10 % off the quote. had a very positive with Atomic Plumbing. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them. I had another company replace a water heater for me about 2 years ago and when I started to have problems with the water that was coming out of the hot water tank I called them and explained my problem and asked them to come out and fix the problem since they were the ones that put in the tank. The owner called me and asked what the problem was and said he was going to have to research the problem and get back to me.....Never did. I did my homework to check out Atomic Plumbing, called them, they came out and told me there was a couple fixes to the problem... The decision was mine to make...not theirs. Thecame back when they promised, did the work they promised and guaranteed the work that they did. It is very hard these days to find someone who stands by their work. I had a leaky pipe causing water to seep through my kitchen ceiling. Atomic Plumbing arrived less than 45 minutes after I called. Jimmy P was terrific. He protected everything around my leak, explained the pricing and procedures and talked me through everything the was doing. He made the repairs to my leaky pipe in a fast and efficient manner. Jimmy P. did an awesome job! Great guy! My hero! Snaked a difficult to reach clog in the old iron pipes under the house, with ease. This company also rebuilt my kitchen plumbing 1.5 yrs ago. This was the first time using Atomic, I had used various companies before. I was impressed from the first initial contact to them by phone, appointment was set up quick. The technition that showed up was great, footies to check out the problem, etc. the problem was quickly determined, and repairs were started. Plastic was placed on floors and doorways to prevent most dust and dirt. Each morning I was contacted to let me someone was on the way. each of the two guys each day (Aron-Jimmy ) were great. (I would request them on my future jobs on plumbing) they were on site for 4 days and kept me advised each day of progress. They showed and explained the defective materials, and had shown the new that was going in. they were polite and at no time did I feel like they were strangers to my house. again, I will request them when needed! thanks. Jimmy P. was an exemplary employee. He was on-time, polite, clean, very professional, and kind to my pets. Most importantly he resolved our leak issue. He explained what he was going to do ahead of time, did it, and then showed me his work when complete. We have used Atomic in the past, and because of this type of customer service experience, we continue to use them, and recommend Atomic to our friends and neighbors. (See More)
