Atomic Plumbing Tech Jim Miller showed up in my emergency for a self-inflicted pipe break. He diagnosed the problem, gave a quote, and went to work. I had an emergency gas leak in my house and VNG shut me off (good thing). Called Atomic and was up and running in three days. Would have been much sooner if it wasn't for the city inspector. Either way, they're workmanship is legit, their technicians are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you Sean, Zack and Justin!!

I have used Atomic Plumbing a number of times and I am so impressed by their professionalism and the can-do attitude of their technicians. When *** ****** and Alan came to my home on 12/3/20, the amount of problems I had were significant and I figured several if not three visits would be required, But, the two of them (without missing a heartbeat) gladly went immediately to work. The team arrived and immediately diagnosed the issue, obtained a new part for the shower valve, and quickly completed the task. I was impressed with the quick response time of the company, the knowledge and capability of the team, and the ability of the technicians to fix the problem immediately. Found large puddles of water in our garage this morning due to our hot water heater leaking. Called Atomic Plumbing and they were able to come out the same day (less than a couple of hours after I called). After carefully inspecting the existing hot water heater, Jim Miller determined it needed to be replaced. He gave us several different options for us to pick from and he was able to get it installed the same day. He got to work on draining and removing the old heater while they were driving the new one over. All work was completed within a few hours and they did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. Atomic Plumbing - Jim ****** review 09-16-2019 Atomic Plumbing's Jim ****** showed up during the scheduled maintenance window. We talked about the problem of the clogged pipe, and then he looked at a few things. Then he explained to me what was going, and why. My drainage pipe from the washing machine was smaller than it should have been. I could replace it, and other pipes under the house, or get it snaked out and cleaned out for now. I choose just the snake procedure. He was very thorough and meticulous as he drained the water from my deep sink and then undid the drain plug on the pipe, and proceeded to snake the pipe. Once done, he tested the drainage of the pipe with a full washing machine of water. It passed the test! I was very happy everything went as he said it would. Jim is also a funny guy, as he was working and we talked, he had some stories he told me, that I thought were quite hilarious. Bottom line, I am extremely happy with the job he performed at the price stated. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim, and Atomic plumbing if some one asked me about knowing a good plumber. On "black Friday", the scheduler was able to dispatch a technician who quickly determined the problem and methodically worked to resolve the matter. From my phone conversation with Deanna this morning to the end product of our water heater replacement by Jim and Ryan it was excellent. All 3 were very professional and truly concerned with the outcome. They found the Bradford White direct vent water heater, removed the leaking water heater and cleaned up. The only thing I noticed when I came home was a new water heater, hot water and a grateful wife.

Called Atomic to have to leaking outdoor faucets replaced. We set up an appointment and Jim Miller came out on time and told us what the cost would be after our military discount. We agreed to the price and Jim went to work taking initial measurements in the house. Our home is 50 years old and in order to change out these faucets Jim had to gain access to the pipes by cutting holes in the walls were the plumbing entered the house. To begin with, response time was outstanding with less than one hour at the end of the work day. Jim arrived and immediately diagosed our problem but then had to figure out a way to solved the problem. He managed to clear enough of the blockaged to get us through the night. We had a plumbing issue late at night, we called Atomic and a technician (Jim) called right back. He came out to unclog our drain at 2 am! On top of it all, Jim noticed a picture on the wall of me in my uniform, thank me for my service and let us know that Atomic offered a military discount (that even applied to the emergency call)!!! He recommended additional service to check for possible existing damage in our pipes but did not pressure us to get it from them, it was a no-brainer to use Atomic. We called Atomic to come out and perform the extra service to ensure we didn't have a major issue, they came out on schedule and completed the work quickly!! Thanks Jim and everyone at Atomic! As usual, Atomic Plumbing responded to my request for help promptly and with professionalism. Jim M came here, assessed the situation and gave me his professional opinion and answered all my questions gladly. I have used Atomic exclusively for many years. Once the contract was signed, the work which took 3 days started when promised. Jim was on time and very pleasant even downright funny.
I was very satisfied with the work and Jim even found another issue under the house which requires a carpenter to fix. I depended on him to provide his assistance on what I should do. He is a major asset to the company.

Atomic Plumbing was great -- they responded surprisingly quickly for a Saturday afternoon and a first-time caller (they had a technician here in just two hours). The technician was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and totally professional. As a decades-long Roto-Rooter customer who has become increasingly dissatisfied with the quality of R-R's service, I can honestly say that Atomic leaves Roto-Rooter in the dust!! Jim was terrific. He came after 5:00PM so I didn t have to take time off of work and not only fixed my leak but also fixed my shower so I could use it again and he was done by 8:00 so I still had the rest of my night! He was also very personable and helpful. (See More)

We had multiple leaks (started with one but my turning on and off of water shutoffs added three more). Jim arrived, we discussed the problems. I agreed to the repairs (satisfied with the price). I received excellent service with Atomic Plumbing. The service was top rate. The Service Specialist was knowledgeable and explained the problems to me in detail and made the repairs in my bathroom with no further issues. The Service Specialist was neat and cleaned up after he was finished. The Service Specialist arrived on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend Atomic Plumbing.
