We had a clog in the main line and on Sunday before Christmas and I contacted Atomic Plumbing for assistance. They immediately responded and sent out technician Randy C first thing Monday morning. Randy was very professional in his dealings with us and did exactly what the company had told us he would do. He introduced himself, requested the information we had on the problem, took time to get a good understanding of the house plan and where the clean outs were located. He told us that he thought he might already know what the problem was. He explained the company's process and told us what the flat rate would be if that was the problem. He then immediately got his tools and router out of his truck and began working to find the problem and eliminate it. He opened the clean out on the main line near the street and asked us to flush toilets and turn on all facuets to check the system which was not clear and working. He cleaned up the work areas and closed all clean outs. He then prepared the invoice with the flat rate price less a 20 percent senior discount and told us that if we have any problems to immediately give him a call and that his work was guaranteed 90 days. He thanked us for using his services and was on his way to his next job well before lunch. We have not had any problems and highly recommend Atomic Plumbing and especially Randy C's services. Randy C came out to our home to resolve a sewer line blockage. He arrived on time and introduded himself. With his commercial size electric snake he was able to clear the blockage so our drain lines worked correctly. Sometimes the "do it yourself" solutions just don't work. A friend did his best to use a small household snake designed for interior sink drains to try and ckear the blockage. Sometimes that may work. However, there will be times when the blockage is so severe and beyond the reach of a household snake that only professional equipment and experienced professionals an solve the problem. Atomic Plumbing came to our rescue. Now all plumbing lines work. The price was reasonable when compared to renting and time spent. (See More)

Positive: Responsiveness During a dishwasher install the technicians busted the water supply line going to the dishwasher. In order to stop the flooding we had to turn off the water to the entire house. We called Atomic and they send Randy C. Out within an hour. He fixed the pipe and restored water to the house. Randy was super knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this company but more so Randy C! (See More)

Our family chose Atomic Plumbing because it seemed to be the best plumber in our area. And we were obviously correct! They came within the time window they told us and they sent us an e-mail with the picture and information of the gentlemen who worked on our house, which made us feel very safe. We also received a call when the gentlemen were on their way to our house. I recently had Atomic Plumbing and drain cleaning services to come into my home to replace bath tub fixtures in my quest bathroom. Plummer’s Justin Duke Ryan S. did an excellent job in replacing the fixtures and piping relevant to the fixtures. They were professional throughout the process. Kept me informed of their progress, and after completion of the job, the bathroom was as clean as when they began. Cold water alerted us that something was wrong with our 10 year old water heater. We called Atomic Plumbing on a Saturday evening and they had appointments available the very next morning! The ladies answering the phones were incredible and the system they have in place to alert you when your technician will be coming is top notch (including a picture and information about your technician in e-mail form). We found our technician, Randy, to be honest, professional and incredibly talented. He diagnosed our problem in a short amount of time, gave us several reasonable options and was able to give us a brand new water heater the next day for a great rate. Terrific service every time! Randy is very professional and personable, shows up either early or on time with no sitting around wondering if I have the wrong day, gets right to work and quickly but carefully performs the requested service. He gave me lots of helpful tips about taking care of the drains throughout the house, looked into the crawlspace to see if anything was amiss, and mentioned that I am probably smelling the grout in my bathrooms which is causing my allergies to act up. Even though the grout will continue to aggravate my sinuses, it is reassuring to know that grout throws off an odor which I would compare to sewer gas and is not coming from the toilet. (See More)

I was referred to Atomic years ago and found them to be fair in price, based on the job and prompt. When it comes to plumbing, having someone come out within a short time frame is important. The technicians are knowledgeable and nice, they do not rush you. Recently, I needed their services and Randy came in, made the assessment and explained the circumstances. Before I knew it, the toilet was installed and the other toilet cleared away as if nothing happened. Also, Melissa, in the office was helpful and nice. Rare to have good customer service these days. My daughters kitchen sink was clogged during the weekend and it didn't matter how I try to correct the problem it stayed clogged. After a failed DIY project left us with no water on a late Saturday night, Atomic was my first call Sunday morning. They were there within two hours to assess and quote the repair and had completed the job within 3 hours. They do not charge by the hour nor additional fees for afterhours work. They charge by the job which is reassuring for an emergency repair as some companies will stretch the repair time to increase their payment. Called Atomic plumbing after I called several plumbing company's due to my area flooding from the hurricane and no one returned my phone call or even showed up and I was desperate! Atomic plumbing took care of my need and answered all of my questions. Tiffany thanks! She sent Randy ** Out to my house and took care of my problems and also gave a enstimte on my water heater. Randy is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I will be using Atomc plumbing from now on. When my other plumber failed to fix my problem, I called Atomic Plumbing and they were out the next day. Randy arrived on time, wore booties to protect to my floors, cleared my drain pipe and cleaned up after himself. Happy New Year, or so I thought until my wife and I woke up this morning to find that our water heater had turned into a babbling creek overnight. Randy was on time and very friendly. He came in and surveyed the problem. We discussed two possible solutions (replacing the kitchen faucet with a unit I had purchased a while ago or having him replace the faucet with one of the new Delta faucets where the spray handle retracts into the faucet.) I decided on the second option. He let me know he didn't have one on the truck and would have to get one. He told me how long it would take to get one. I still had the option to switch back to my existing set, but the amount of time was reasonable, and the added cost to upgrade to the nicer faucet was fairly close to how much I had researched to be the cost of that faucet. Randy was finished in a very reasonable amount of time. He brought rugs to put down so that he wouldn't get my floor dirty. He cleaned up after himself, and was very professional. Highly recommended for prompt, reliable, excellent service! I discovered last Thursday morning (6/26/2014) at 9am that we had no hot water and we were expecting houseguests on Friday for the weekend. I called Atomic Plumbing and asked them to come and see what was the problem. Within an hour Randy C came and found that our electric water heater needed to be replaced. Atomic Plumbing just replaced my 11-year old water heater. I was given quotes on several options, including a tankless system and a conventional water heater. The tankless system was not a good solution considering the size of our household. The company president agreed with me on that, even though it meant a lost sale. The technician who replaced our heater was very thorough, warned us before the water would be cut off, made some system adjustments, did what looks to my untrained eye like an excellent job, and cleaned up after himself. Randy of Atomic Plumbing replaced a faucet, baskets, and drain pipes for a kitchen sink at my Norfolk residence. I reported a serious leak after my failed amateurish repair. On Dec. 26 Atomic Plumbing kept me updated about the arrival of their technician. Upon arrival Randy exhibited a professional and friendly attitude, and answered questions politely. He worked for several hours. The extra time was needed for several reasons: (1) Discovering that leakage continued due to damage to pipe threads caused by my initial attempt at repair; (2) Finding additional leakage after checking initial pipe replacement under the sink; and (3) Randy's trip to a source of Moen faucets to replace the original Delta faucet upon my request for a higher quality replacement. Randy maintained a respectful demeanor without criticism of my failed repair, and displayed admirable persistence. We needed to replace the kitchen faucet and all the internal parts in one toilet. We called Atomic Plumbing, because we've had good experiences with them in the past. We picked a date, and were given a window of between 10 and 2, and were told that we'd get a call to let us know when their representative would be on his way over. They called this morning at 10:00, and told us that "Randy C." would be coming within a half-hour. He arrived early, put on plastic booties to keep the rugs clean....gave us a price....and we ok'd the job. As a firstt-time user of Atminc Plumbing, I can tell you this company will be my plumbers of choice. Randy C., the technician, was on time, and worked continuously to repair a very old tub/shower fixture that was dripping. He even spent time investigating a potential problem with my water heater, which I know is probably approaching its last legs. He made a recommendation to me about replaicng it if I wished. Kudos to Atomic Plumbing, and specifically Technician Randy Creekmore. Called for an appointment to unclog a waste pipe in my home at 7:30 am, Randy was at the house around 1:30 pm the same day, fixed the problem and was gone by 2:45 pm, with the drain back to where it had been before we plugged it. Quick, competent, professional service, at competitive prices --- that's all you can ask of home repair folks. Atomic, and especially Randy, are now my plumbers of choice --- hopefully, I won't need to have them visit too often! (See More)
