I have used Atomic a couple times now. they let me know who the technician was and when i could expect him. Don was a true professional. polite , respectful in that he made sure to keep his mask on ,and handled the job with expertise . also cleaned up after job was complete. And the price was very competitive. All in all , very satisfied with Don and Atomic. Would recommend (See More)

Atomic Plumbing & Draining Cleaning has a team of outstanding Plumbing Technicians. Recently Atomic's Don Richards performed a home inspection, checking for water leaks and possibly other plumbing issues. Don was polite and professional, letting me know his inspection process and inviting me to accompany him during the indoor and outdoor inspection. Don knows his stuff! We followed his recommendations and we'll continue to use Atomic for all of our plumbing needs. (See More)

Atomic is very professional. They called to confirm prior to their tech coming out. Even sent a pic and his bio ahead of his arrival! Don, a master plumber with 24 years experience showed up on time, in a uniform and was very professional. Took him about 30 seconds to diagnose the problem and come up with a plan to fix it. Within 30 minutes, he was done! Impressive outfit! Know that you are getting what you pay for! Reputable and quality service! Don is the MAN!! (See More)

Don Richards is clearly an experienced professional with a great customer interface - - both knowledgable and friendly. As a landlord and engineer I try to learn something from repairs on our houses and I learned a lot from Don. Don Richards has been absolutely wonderful and very pleasant. He is full of knowledge and was able to cut off a valve that other plumbers said could not be done. They sent an email appointment confirmation & kept us posted both via email & telephone on the status of our appointment & expected arrival of the plumber. Our plumber was Don Richards. He was very pleasant and professional. He used protective covering on his shoes & went over the cost of the repair. He fixed the leak in no time and did not leave a mess at all. Very impressive. This morning my wife noticed drywall was wet behind water heater and water on the floor of the garage and asked me to take care of it... so I called Atomic Plumbing. Spoke with Tiffany about my issue and she quickly got me set up with Don R who came out almost immediately. Don's cheerful attitude and professionalism quickly made me feel better about the situation. He found the source of the leak and had it repaired promptly. I highly recommend Atomic if you are looking to get the job done right. We have been using Atomic Plumbing since 2010 when we had all the pipes replaced. Recently a piped burst in the garage, we contacted Atomic and they continue to impress us with their fast reliable service. Don R. was awesome! Don x with Atomic Plumbing was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had a unique problem with my newer washing machine when pumping out the water. He explained how the newer ones pumped out much faster. It was coming up into my kitchen sink. Our home was built in 1942 and the old drains were rusting inside and not flowing as they should. Also Don explained the stand pipe for the washer was not not high enough as it should be and also snaking the drains did not help. Rather than replacing all the drain lines ( the baths up and down were draining ok ) he suggested re routing the kitchen and laundry drains with a new line that would be direct to tie into the main drain going to the street, saving me some of the expense of all new drains. It worked great and I'm very pleased with the results. Don was great ! Atomic Plumbing was great! They have been our plumber for over 17 years. (See More)
