Had contacted Atomic to help solve my problem, which I thought was with my washing machine. Justin Ricker and Zachary Seron came and investigated my problem. They discover a leak behind my water heater. Without delay, they fixed the leak and cleaned up the water in my garage. I would highly recommend them the next time I have a plumbing problem. Atomic Plumbing is amazing. I have used them twice in the last year. Both times I had bad pipes leaking in the garage. Justin R. was the technician to come both times. He was quick in arriving which is helpful when water is going everywhere. He is very professional and explained everything to me while fixing everything in a timely manner. Rated highly for: Quality, Punctuality, Responsiveness I called Atomic because we had a substantial problem where we noticed water coming through the brick exterior wall of our home outside the kitchen. Honestly, I called Craig Plumbing because we had used them in the past. He said he knew what it was because he'd seen it many times in my neighborhood and would be out the next day. I waited at home all day and he never showed! I'm actually glad that happened because that was when I called Atomic. Justin Ricker came out with a colleague of his, unfortunately I can't remember his name, but they were both so friendly, informative, very knowledgeable and pleasant! The job was done in no time and I actually messaged Justin later to say that I loved the way the new plumbing looked. That may sound funny, but it was re-designed and looked much nicer and much more efficient the way he installed the new pipes. This was a job that was a very big deal to us and we were fully comfortable trusting Atomic (Justin) with the job. We've used Atomic Plumbing a few times for jobs around the house. Each time the technicians have been professional and the quality of work has been great. The last job was performed by Justin Ricker and Scott Perkins. Justin did a job for us before and his professionalism left a good impression on us. Justin R. and Trey from Atomic Plumbing were our techs today in response to our call about a bathroom sink leak. Of course, the leak that was more than apparent yesterday afternoon was bone dry today but Justin did a thorough inspection and sure enough, the leak had only been dry because we stopped using the sink! He and Trey changed out the part leaking and since we had them here, we had them change out the water valves (original parts of a 1950 house). As it turned out, they also found that the faucet itself was also leaking so they replaced that as well. We have been using Atomic Plumbing and Drain Cleaning for years to service our plumbing needs. Just two weeks ago, we had Aron and his assistant replace our original toilets. Every tech ever sent to our home has been very knowledgeable, friendly and most of all, very trustworthy! The technicians did an excellent job; took care of the problem and cleaned up excellent after the work was done. Justin had a helper, John, with him both were very polite and very nice young men. The only downside was the cost: ******* for removing/reinstalling a toilet, inserting a new flange, replacing wax seal and snaking the line. I was thinking the cost should have about half that amount. It was Saturday, so maybe that affected the price. (See More)

I never dealt with Atomic Plumbing before, I call them to come out to look at my two water heater and so Paul Keane came out to what I want requested and so about two weeks later I call him back to come out to replace them so Justin Ricker, his helper came out to replace them and this came out, did a very very good job he told me what he was going to do and how he was going to make things better from what the other company did and he did I was very please of the work he did and for ALL of my plumbing needs they will be the one that I will use and I will tell other people about this company. I called for help with a stopped up line from the kitchen. It was raining but Justin R came that same day and worked on the line. He had to come back the next morning because of needing equipment. Had a 3rd pipe leak inside the walls of my house in about 5 months. Called Atomic Plumbing again to fix the leak. Justin R. came by right away. Besides fixing the leak he also took the time to inspect the remaining piping since i had two previous leaks. We spoke about the issue i had with water hammering. He applied some caulking where it was missing where the piping goes through the studs. He basically went above and beyond. (See More)

Justin ** from Atomic Plumbing did an outstanding job of clearing a sludge-fill kitchen drain, replacing a disposal, and replacing an outdoor faucet. He was professional, friendly, and courteous. Atomic called me when he was en route and that was within the time window I was given. Justin and I discussed the work to be done then he prepared an estimate with options, we discussed that and I made my final decision. He also answered several of my questions about how to prevent my outdoor faucets from freezing and showed me where my main water turn off was and how to turn my water off in an emergency. For the time he was here he worked steadily, cleaned up as he went along, and gave me tips for caring for my new disposal. Also, Justin took great care to make sure my property was protected while he worked. I am so pleased with the work he did plus his great attitude and easy-going nature made the experience so easy. If I had a plumbing company, I'd hire him! This was the second time I called Atomic for a plumbing job (first time was great experience too) and they will be the ones i call again in the future. My husband discovered our garage was flooded with water and the hot water heater had busted..... It's only been 16 years! Guess we got our use out of it. We called our heating and air people and they recommended Atomic Plumbing. I called them and they came out the same day and our water tank was installed the next day. winter storm Grayson 2018 hit southeast Virginia pretty hard. suffered a frozen pressurized pipe burst. left messages with 2 top-rated companies after comparing Angie's List reviews. Atomic called within a half hour. the other company called 6 hours after to tell me i'm still on the wait list (ha!). Tiffany (Atomic) was very understanding and empathic; she updated me quickly via text and email. Justin arrived 2 hours after my distress call. he went over the repair procedure and their fee structure where they charge a flat fee based on the type of job. the repair itself was pretty quick, but he waited a good amount of time for it to cure. he stayed by the repair as i slowly opened the water main. flawless repair! as he closed the ticket, he encouraged add'l steps to prevent a future mishap. did i mention he brought his own shoe covers?! this was an EMERGENCY, and they handled it with friendliness, honesty, efficiency and dependability (it's nasty out there). very highly recommended!
