We had a sewage backup in our basement and our furnace was sitting in Class 3 Sewage Water (with actual excrement). All those fumes and particles were pulled through our house.
As part of the remediation, we had to have the ducts cleaned and a new system installed. Part of the prep work for the new system was also sealing our ductwork so that the system would be the most efficient it could be.
Colin and Jack were on time; super professional; very kind and understanding for all that we were going through and did a great job. We thought it was going to take a full 8 hours for the whole process, but they were in and out and done in about a half a day. They knew what they were doing, answered all our questions, and did a great job!

Yesterday my complex used this service to clean the ducts in my apartment. Jeff K, Collin B, and Brendan W, came in to perform the service. I just can't say enough how wonderful they were. This is the first time I have ever had this done and wow! Just WOW!
I am a great grandmother and had no clue what this entailed. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, AND worked as a t-e-a-m. They answered any questions I had and nothing went unanswered. I also have allergies which they also addressed.
Also, they performed their duties individually and corporately without hesitation. I might also add that I live on the third floor and everyone did what they were supposed to do with no standing around and no lost time. What a crew, actually a well-oiled machine!
So I would just like to say thank you for a great job and highly recommend them and this company. And I might also add that I can breathe much easier physically since they did this. They were literally a breath of fresh air. Thank you. (See More)

The whole experience was painless from calling and getting a quote to setting up an appointment to the day of the cleaning. Collin and his partner were very professional and extremely courteous. They showed up on time, explained what they were going to do, we confirmed the quoted price and they went to work. They laid down clean dropcloths in the high traffic areas and wore clean shoe covers upstairs on our carpet. They blew down every vent and were very thorough in the cleaning. I strongly encourage everyone to get their home aerosealed, especially by Colin Blair & Travis Kulakowsky. I haven't used my upstairs a/c unit since it was done, even in 100 degree weather, when before it was on 24/7, saving me a ton of money. Amistee was very professional when scheduling my appointment, working with my schedule to find the best time for me, they even called to remind me of the appointment two days before and the morning of.
Colin and Travis were very polite, explaining the process every step of the way and being as quiet as possible so I could get some work done.

Amistee did an excellent job cleaning my home HVAC ducts. While other duct cleaning companies simply vacuum everything out, Amistee comes with a truck that pulls all dust/debris out of your house. They simultaneously blow and agitate all the duct walls to make sure everything is gone. Colin and Hass were very professional, thorough, and answered all my questions. Barry and Colin were professional and courteous. They explained the cleaning process, answered my questions, and even told me things about my air ducts that I had no idea about. They were careful to lay down tarps to protect my floors and cleaned up completely after they were finished.
The pictures showed how much dust and debris they cleaned from my vents. I have never had my air ducts cleaned before so I am curious how much I will notice the effect in my air quality. It's not cheap ($465 for a 2800 sq ft house), but since we have a dog and my family suffers from seasonal allergies, I am hoping this will help make the air a little cleaner in my house.
