Amistee Air Duct Cleaning have such a wonderful Crew. Kyle and Josh S. were amazing. They did such a great job of communicating with us, throughout the whole process. They answered my questions, updated me as to what they did and actually showed me how to shut off the water valve to the humidifier. They were both very careful while working together, walking around the house, cleaning the returns and vents.

Great experience. The guys who came to our place (Kyle and James) were friendly, courteous, and patient. I was unprepared for their arrival and had to get my son ready for the day. They waited without question until we were ready to start. They then took appropriate precautions for COVID and to keep my house clean from their equipment. They wore masks the entire time, shoe protectors to prevent tracking dirt, and laid down protective tarps for the equipment down to the basement. The job was done efficiently, and Kyle took the time when they were done to explain to me some other ways to improve my heating and cooling system year-round. They could've easily offered to do these for more money or kept it to themselves, but chose to give me information that was outside the scope of their job. I am happy with the service and the cost, and especially the professionalism of Kyle, James, and the staff manning the phones. I feel like my allergies are already starting to be less of an annoyance. I would recommend Amistee for air duct cleaning and will give them a call if I have any other jobs related to my ducts and heating/cooling. (See More)

They provided detailed before and after pictures of the vents and even did some spot sweeping of our basement (nice bonus). Kyle and Greg completed a thorough air duct cleaning at our home. They explained their process in detail and did not cut corners. They went the extra mile in even removing the front cover of our furnace and making sure the heating coils were clean - which no other air duct company has done prior. When scheduling with Amistee, I needed an afternoon appointment on a Saturday, which they do not normally do, but they accommodated. They certainly aren't the cheapest air duct cleaning service, but I can see why. You get what you pay for here. I would recommend them to others. (See More)

I moved into a house that had been vacant for 7 years. Kyle and Derek did a stellar job of getting my ducts clean! As I listened to all the debris passing through the tube on it’s way to the truck I was so glad I made the decision to have the ducts cleaned out. I was very impressed with the one hour window for arrival. I appreciated them calling to confirm the appointment and also calling to let me know the technicians were on their way the day of the appointment.
Kyle and Derek explained the cleaning process in detail when they arrived. They worked very hard to get my ducts as clean as possible. I liked that they covered my floors with cloths and even had wall corner guards. They were very professional, polite and so pleasant to have in my home. They left my home in the same condition as when they arrived. It was easy to see they take pride in their career.
Dawn was great when she called me after the cleaning to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I will certainly use Amistee Duct Cleaning in the future! (See More)

Space. He didn’t seem to have any issues accessing it. He explained to us everything he was about to do before he started and everything he did when he finished. Mike (the other tech) Worked inside of the house with hoses and vacuums. It took a little less than 3 hours. They explained the process, encouraged me to ask questions, made sure to lay down clothes so the floor didn't get scratched and styrofoam pads anywhere the hose went around corners so the wall wouldn't get scratched. From start to finish Amistee was great. Setting up the appointment was a pleasant experience with great availability. The communications from the office was great as I was asked if it was ok if Joe and Kyle came earlier then scheduled. Once Joe and Kyle arrived they were very professional, as they introduced themselves and put on booties to keep from dirtying up our floors. They explained what they were going to do and then laid down carpets from door to basement to lay the vacuum hose on and also put foam at all the corners of furniture and walls to avoid damaging those. They then proceeded to clean all the ducts while explaining to me the process and what they were doing. When they finished up, they then cleaned up everything, including areas I didn't think of (including inside the furnace itself) and made sure everything was back in place, with no messes and everything looking great. Excellent service from start to finish. I had my ducts cleaned and sanitized. Spoke with Julie on the phone who would let me know when they were on their way and answer any questions I had. Joe and Kyle were right on time, friendly, answered all my questions, explained the process, and best of all they did a perfect job. I usually use Modernistic, but they could not do the job within the time frame I needed and gave me a 5 hour window, so I called Amistee instead. It was a huge leap of faith, I hadn't heard of them before. George and Kyle were professional, prompt and courteous. They were very efficient and the house was spotless after they left. They also told me about a ton of debris from construction work. My house was 15 years old and had no construction since the build. Amistee just mike dropped on Modernistic, BOOM! (See More)

Started looking into air cleaning as my finacee and I have horrid allergies. My dad gave me a heads up to find a company that takes before and after photos. After some searching on google, I came across Amistee. Hands down they had the best site explaining what they would do, as well as the process to do it (most companies repeated that they would clean the ducts). And I think they were the only one that took before and after pics. Impressed, I called and talked to a customer service rep. I dont remember her name, but she was polite, and got a bit more into the process, including time to do it and costs.
The appt was scheduled for between 8-9am the following week. I received a reminder the day before, as well as the next morning 30min before arrival (Comcast, you should be taking notes). Jim and Tommy were there on time. Both were very courteous, respectful and professional. They explained what they were going to do, and were quite efficient. The whole process took about 2 hours. I swear I can tell a difference in the air in the house. Definitely plan on doing this again in the recommended 3-5 years.

An all-around excellent experience. Phone staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient from start to finish. Melvin and Kyle were terrific - - prompt, thorough, friendly, and knew their stuff. I would not recommend this company, they were sloppy, they broke a small item, they do not have any consideration for your home and I am going to inspect the ducts myself. I will pay them if there is any addtional problems inside the ducts. I have contacted my bank and have informed them of the problem and they are behind me. (See More)

Joe & Kyle did a great job cleaning out ducts in our home. They were professional and informative and it was amazing to see the difference of the before and after pictures.
