Amistee (Joe and Jimmy) were out yesterday to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. I am very happy with the job they did. They were very friendly, informative, they wore booties covering their shoes, and they took great care in laying down drop cloths. We bought this house 13 years ago and had never had the ducts cleaned so after having a total remodel of the master bedroom, bathroom, and dressing area we felt the air duct cleaning was necessary. Listening to the sounds of all the “stuff” getting sucked out of those ducts was amazing....and alarming. So glad we finally did this.... (See More)

Melvin and James were professional, timely, and non-disruptive. They did a thorough job of explaining the process beforehand and showing me what they did after. They didn't get startled by the bird I forgot to warn them we had. :) I added the sanitizing option because there wasn't a hard sell--James objectively told me about the service. The whole process was fast--I called to schedule on Monday afternoon and 48 hours later my ducts are clean! (See More)
