I just had my air ducts cleaned by Rob L and Caleb R, what a great experience!! These two were on time, friendly and funny. They did an outstanding job and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. I am an HVAC technician myself and I tell all my customers to call amistee for air duct cleanings cause they do a dam good job! (See More)

Julie called me the day of and said they were able to get people here sooner. I was pleased about this and happy that the company took the time to fit me in earlier. Steve G. and Rob Preston were my technicians. They were both very friendly. Steve took the time to make sure I understood everything that was going to be done and made sure to answer any questions I had. They were even accommodating with my animals. Amistee came highly recommended by Eric and Ehler's Heating and Cooling from Livonia. I was worried about scam or not real quality work etc. Eric said he has heard nothing but good comments about Amistee work and no complaints. I called because we were getting a new furnace and air unit and wanted our vents cleaned out first since we moved here a few years ago and found out it had not been done. Rob S. and Alex E came as a team and they worked like a fine tuned engine. They were efficient, thorough, timely, mindful of your home and cleaned up after themselves. They were also friendly and answered all our questions and inquiries. The before and after pics were very nice and we feel like it was money well spent. The office staff was very kind from setting the appointment, pricing coupon discount to the follow-up post work. This is an A++++ business. I am a believer. My wife and I called Amistee through a referral from Thornton and Grooms and made an appointment for a Duct cleaning. From the very first phone call, the level of professionalism and honesty was seriously awesome! We made initial contact with Kelly there, and made the appointment with Julie later in the week. We where quoted a price, out the door no hidden fees or costs, and that price was what it was in the end! Kelly explained the entire process with thoroughness and patience to my wife and I. We are newer homeowners and so have never had this type of process done before. The guys who came out, Torrell, and Jason, where extremely polite and professional, very patient with us and all of our questions and super nice to and patient with our curious kids. They where very punctual and explained to us the whole process again when they got here. They left our basement in a better than before condition too! They where awesome and very nice! All in all, our experience was very good with Amistee and we would definitely recommend them to our friends and family! I was able to get service the same week I called. The staff making my appointment were very pleasant and helpful - explaining what will happen and the process. Colin and Steve worked very hard, and took great care to protect my home as they worked. They also answered ALL of my questions and were great to work with. We are new to this house and saw the Amistee sticker on the furnace so we were comfortable calling them. I also requested recommendations on Facebook and had 4 people of 5 recommend Amistee! Melvin and Mike cleaned and sanitized my ductwork as part of a basement flood remediation project prior to new HVAC installation. They were FANtastic! Knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and informative every step of the way. They were very thorough in explaining the process and showing me the results of their work afterward. Unlike the last company that performed this service for me, Melvin and Mike cleaned both the heat ducts AND the cold air return ductwork (that the other company did NOT do!). Because of the reconstruction process, there will have to be a second duct cleaning and air quality check service call. I am putting my contractor on notice right now that I want Melvin and Mike to complete the second service. Julie did a terrific job in keeping me informed about the appointment and letting me know that the team was on the way to my home. Thanks for a job well done and a primo team of professionals! I am totally impressed on the respect the tech Tyler and Bruce showed my house. Bruce and Tyler were efficient and worked as a well oil machine, explained what the process was and very kind to my wife and I, just worked diligently until the job was completed to their and our satisfaction. The crew came on time, and called when they were on there way. They were polite, answered all of our questions, and were in and out in about 2-3 hours. They recommended we have our dryer vent cleaned every year to prevent a fire. They also said since we did not have any animals, or children in the home and we were non-smokers we could probably wait 5-7 years to have our ducts cleaned again. Starting with Julie when I booked an appointment, to the young men who did the cleaning, I found the company very professional. I was surprised at the cost at first, but my Furnace/Air company recommened them & I 'm glad I did. Julie called me to tell me the fellas were on the way which was very considerate and I think she is an asset to your company since she was the first person I spoke too. The Specialists were great, it was the hottest day of the season and they had to work without the air conditioning, but they didn't complain and got the job done in a reasonable time. (See More)

This company was recommended to me by a family member who had them do some work at their house some years ago. Decided to give them a shot and had them come and clean out our ducts.
I was very impressed with the crew that came out out to do the work.
Great customer service... and I really liked how they went to great measures to protect the floors/carpets and moldings from getting stained,scratched or dinged.

Very professional and attentive crew. Barry and Ian arrived on time and were very helpful and friendly. They were kind to my nervous pets too.
Barry and Ian explained the process of Duct Cleaning and got right to work. Laid tarps and foam to protect the wood floor and wall corners. Wore booties when inside to protect carpet.
We moved into this house in October 16. The previous owners had been here for thirty years. They were smokers and had done a fair amount of renovations over the years, I don't believe the ducts had ever been cleaned before. They were filthy!
I could hear all the debris bouncing up through the hose as they worked.
They showed me pictures of before and after and it's a world of difference.
When I called to get an estimate, Julie in the office, was very friendly and helpful. The price she gave me was exactly what I paid. No up sell on the phone. No added charges once the service was complete.
Cant ask for anything more then that.
I will definitely recommend Amistee to family, friends and neighbors! (See More)
