The company called me the day before to verify appointment. Amistee called in the morning to let me know that Jeff and Rob would arrive shortly. Yesterday my complex used this service to clean the ducts in my apartment. Jeff K, Collin B, and Brendan W, came in to perform the service. I just can't say enough how wonderful they were. This is the first time I have ever had this done and wow! Just WOW!
I am a great grandmother and had no clue what this entailed. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, AND worked as a t-e-a-m. They answered any questions I had and nothing went unanswered. I also have allergies which they also addressed.
Also, they performed their duties individually and corporately without hesitation. I might also add that I live on the third floor and everyone did what they were supposed to do with no standing around and no lost time. What a crew, actually a well-oiled machine!
So I would just like to say thank you for a great job and highly recommend them and this company. And I might also add that I can breathe much easier physically since they did this. They were literally a breath of fresh air. Thank you. (See More)

I had never had the ducts in my home cleaned and so I was a little nervous about having the service. Jeff and Austin were very good at explaining to me what they were going to do and invited me to ask them questions at any time during the process. They also observed that my dry vent had become detached and so they let me know how they could assist with that and got my approval before doing anything additional. On March 22, 2019, technicians Jeffrey Kantola and Steve came to my home to clean out my air ducts. They did an excellent job! Jeffrey had to cut into my dry wall to access the vent that needed to be clean and he was very knowledgeable in his skills and the area that he cut isn’t very noticeable and he also explained to my husband and I on how to repair the dry wall which was very helpful. The guys were very polite and did an excellent job in cleaning up afterwards. I actually slept better last night and the air quality just seems better. I went on Angie’s list to get this company and the reviews that I read helped me make my decision on choosing them. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their air ducts cleaned which should be done every 5 to 7 years. Excellent company and great technician!!!!!! (See More)

They did a beautiful job of cleaning the ducts (the before and after photos are awesome) They were also were super friendly and informative. They showed me stuff about the heater that the installer never bothered to explain! We had our ducts cleaned many years ago and the guys left a mess and ripped carpets behind them. Jeff K and Michael J were both very professional and took the time to explain and review all of the steps for having our air ducts cleaned. They made sure that all of the air ducts in our home were identified and cleaned, ensured that our furnace was working and that our basement and other areas in our home were cleaned and put back in order upon completion of the job. Additionally, we selected to have our dryer vent cleaned, however when Jeff looked at the vent he determined it was not necessary, but noticed that we need to have the vent taped, so he took care of that as well as ensured the area behind the dryer was cleared of dust. On Monday afternoon April 16, 2018, Jeff and Glen arrived at our home to provide a whole house air duct cleaning service. Both technicians were very courteous and professional. They were very careful not to damage our home and to be very clean during the entire process that took about 2.5 hours. They took the time to individually clean each cold air return and heating duct as well as all of the internal main ducts that run back to the furnace/a/c unit. At the completion of the service they provided pictures of the before and after condition of the main duct system. We were very impressed how much dust and debris was removed and how sparkling clean all of the vents were. My appointment was for 8:00 am. I received a call at 7:45 telling me Jeff and Jimmy were on the way. They arrived promptly at 8:00, introduced themselves and put on shoe covers prior to explaining everything they were going to do. The entire process took about 2 hours. After they were done I saw the before and after photos. We had our house renovated a few months prior so a lot of debris got into the vents and furnace. It’s all gone now! We contacted Amistee Air Duct Cleaning after my wife noticed great reviews of the business, employees and services provided. They were the FIRST and ONLY Air Duct Cleaning business we called.
The female I spoke with on the phone was pleasant, explained everything in excellent detail, answered all my questions and then gave us a fantastic quote and even gave us a $30 coupon off for the month as it was a promotion!
Ian H. and Jeffrey K. came out on Saturday May 6th and got right to work while being cordial, answering additional questions and explaining the process in great detail along with showing us before and after pictures of our duct system that had never been cleaned and the house was built in 1956!
When the sun used to shine in through the windows, you could literally see hundreds if not thousands of dust particles in the air and knew we had to do something about it once we were able to catch up on bills. Now, when the sun shines in the the windows, the beams of light are CRYSTAL CLEAR, I mean, we have to struggle to actually see *any* dust in the air!

They were both VERY professional and explained everything and all that was going to happen. They showed me the ductwork both beforehand and after they had cleaned. We had hired a fly by night duct cleaning company that basically just stuck a vacuum hose into the vents and cleaned whatever they could reach. Amistee actually cut the vents open, cleaned and vacuumed the ENTIRE system including the plenum, patched the holes, and even taped the seams on the patches. Very professional job and very thorough. Basically you get what you pay for including the type of people that work for Amistee. I have used Amistee twice now to clean my air ducts. This last time was January 2017. I have serious allergies which make it very important that the air in my home is clean. Jeff did a great job of explaining everything to me beforehand and recapping afterward. I only scheduled an air duct cleaning, but Jeff successfully up-sold me to get the sanitizer and deodorizer. He wasn't pushy with it and explained to me that it probably wouldn't solve the issues I'm having with cat smells in my house (the previous owner's cat peed all over one of the bedrooms), but that it may help some aspects of it. They were right on time, in fact a few minutes early and finished in the time slot they said. I have two cats that are very scared and they were both great making sure they were kept inside and not able to get out. Jim helped me to sort out our older HVAC duct system after we discovered a small problem after the initial cleaning. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at Amistee. I received a phone call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. They introduced themselves and then Tyler throughly explained the entire process to me. They showed me the before and after pictures of my ducts. What a difference!! They cleaned up very nicely. Very professional. I will hire this company again. (See More)

Tyler and Jeff arrived on time and ready to work! They explained everything they were going to do and proceeded to do it. They laid down tarps and wore covers on their shoes. I was impressed how smoothly the whole process took. They cleaned the ducts for me and cleaned out my dryer vent and covered it so the birds can't build nests anymore in there.
