George and Jack cleaned my ducts today. They were to-the-minute on time, and were thoughtful and deliberate in their respect for my home, then cleaned up completely when they were done. The before and after photos of their work show an amazing improvement—my ducts were quite dirty from recent construction, and now look squeaky clean. My experience with George and Greg was very positive. They arrived on time (even a little early), explained the air duct cleaning process, were flexible with our situation and were obviously very knowledgeable. They were professional and left the house in the condition they found it except with much cleaner air ducts and dryer venting. I was impressed with the thorough cleaning and the difference between the before and after photos. When I started to research air duct cleaning services, I was puzzled by the difference between the $100 jobs and the $500 jobs. I now understand that I got what I paid for. I usually use Modernistic, but they could not do the job within the time frame I needed and gave me a 5 hour window, so I called Amistee instead. It was a huge leap of faith, I hadn't heard of them before. George and Kyle were professional, prompt and courteous. They were very efficient and the house was spotless after they left. I had a great experience with Amistee. My Wife's allergies were instantly gone after they cleaned out our ducts. I was a bit of a skeptic about the service, but I can absolutely see a difference. We have no pets, routinely change our furnace filters, and clean the house regularly, so I'm sure that this service would be even more dramatic to other people...especially people with pets. I met Jake & George from Amistee Air Duct Cleaning and Insulation when they arrived at my home, they were prepared to answer any questions or concerns I had. They showed me each step the of the process prior to starting the job. Even on a 90 degree day they were friendly and dedicated to the job. They set up the job and started to clean the air ducts in my home placing tarps on the floors and wearing protective foot ware so they would not scuff or dirty my floors. When finished they did a great job of cleaning up the area they had worked in. I received an email from them upon the completion of the job so I could see the condition of the ducts prior to cleaning and what they looked like once cleaned. I was amazed to see how dirty and how clean they were when they finished. They even provided me with a new air cleaner for my furnace. I knew they had done an excellent job, I could feel the increased air flow in some of the rooms that previously had very little air flow. That's what I call a Job Well Done. Jackie and George were very professional. Did the job in a timely manner. Approximately two hours. Cleaned the dryer vents as well. Were very helpful in providing information and explaining the job completely. This is probably one of the better investments I have made.
