Right from entering my info on their website to having my ducts thoroughly cleaned a couple of days later, everything ran smoothly and professionally. The customer service reps (Kelly and Donna) were friendly, helpful, and informative. The cleaning specialists (Barry and Greg) did a great job of not only cleaning my ducts, but makin sure to clean up after themselves with the help of their trusty "zapper". This company was recommended to me by a family member who had them do some work at their house some years ago. Decided to give them a shot and had them come and clean out our ducts.
I was very impressed with the crew that came out out to do the work.
Great customer service... and I really liked how they went to great measures to protect the floors/carpets and moldings from getting stained,scratched or dinged.

I had recently refinished my wood floors and was nervous having duct cleaning done less than a week after but they were professional and very conscious of the floors. They covered everything well, did the job quickly and explained everything during the process. Even with less than 20 degrees in temperature and snow outside, there was no evidence of their visit left behind except for the clean ducts. My great experience started with Donna who was extremely knowledgeable in helping me with my two homes. Jeffrey K. and Tyler worked together as a machine until both homes were completed with no fuss at all. The carpets were all covered, as were the stairs. Donna was very nice on the phone. She was flexable with my schedule and also called me the day before to remind me of my appointment. She also called me when Barry & Tyler were on the way.
Barry & Tyler were very professional. They wore shoe covers to keep my floor clean. Explained what they were doing and asked if I had any questions. They were friendly to deal with and respectful of my home. Got the job done efficiently and in a timely manner.

I want to thank the Amistee team for such a wonderful job they did. Dealing with them was such a breeze and everyone so professional and polite. I had called and dealt with 5 companies, finally chose one because of the cheap price. When they did come out and look, they refuse to clean the vents due to what they suspected was Asbestos. Then found Clean Cut Abatement Co. to come and inspect which turned out not to be Asbestos but a piece of mortar and an old piece of paper towel. Thank you Clean Cut Abatement for referring me to the correct professional people who do the job right. It was definitely worth the money! (See More)

Super nice right from the initial phone call that I received after filling out an online quote, Donna answered all my questions and was able to get me into the schedule the next day. Joe and Del arrived within the scheduled window, were extremely polite walked me through the whole process and made recommendations to make it a better experience. Donna was very helpful and knowledgeable in setting up for service and pricing. Jackie and Brian showed up on the jobsite, introduced themselves and explained in detail on how ductwork cleaning will happen. After all was complete they did a great job cleaning up and any debris where removed.

I have had many 'companies' perform work in my home thru the years, the Amistee team by far was the best. They were courteous, considerate of our house by using covers and cushions between their equipment and furniture, and most of all they did an excellent job. I never gave much credence to 'photoing' the ductwork interior until I compared the before and after photos, what a great idea! When researching this company, I was suspicious of the multiple 5-star ratings, but I now understand they deserve those ratings. (See More)

The positive experience that I had with Amistee started from the very first contact that I had with the company. I found Amistee through Google search, and made an online request to have a representative contact me regarding the air duct cleaning service. Within a couple hours I received a phone call from Donna. From our brief phone conversation, it was easy to tell that Donna enjoys her job. She spoke with an energetic tone and was very knowledgeable about the services that Amistee offers. It was obvious that Donna has a high-level of pride for herself and for Amistee. I was looking to get the cleaning done as soon as possible, without having to miss work, and Donna was able to schedule me an appointment for the coming Saturday. The day of the appointment, Dan and Jackie B. showed up right on schedule. Right from the jump, they were very professional. They informed me what the process entailed (I already knew but let them tell me anyways to see how well they could describe the service) and got to work. They wore shoe covers in order to keep the floors clean and were sure to be careful when moving furniture to gain access to the vents and returns. It took them just under 2 hours to complete the cleaning process. When they were finished they plugged all the access holes that they made, moved furniture back to where it belonged, and cleaned up after themselves. They even disposed of two old furnace filters that I had yet to get rid of. Dan reviewed the before and after pictures with me and I was nothing short of amazed. They did an incredible job. It has now been 3 whole days since we got the ducts cleaned. Our 8 month old daughter, who has had colds since before Christmas, is breathing better and her chronic congestion is subsiding. My wife and I have not slept or been able to breath better since we bought the house in 2012. We used to have to dust every couple of days but we haven't dusted since Saturday afternoon and there is still only a very minimal amount of visible surface dust. Also, our home smells better and seems to be distributing heat more evenly. I would recommend Amistee Air Duct Cleaning with the highest regards. They prices are middle-of-the-pack but the quality of service you receive can not be beat. (See More)

I just moved to MI and have a lot of house projects on my list. When I called Amistee Air Duct Cleaning I spoke with Donna. I explained that I was getting other quotes for the job. Donna was very professional when she explained the cleaning process and what to look for in other companies. I really appreciated that information. Jim and Melvin were fantastic. They actually called to arrive earlier than my scheduled time. They were so thorough. The job took about 31/2 hours. My dryer vent, which runs the length of the basement was a disaster. Jim broke it down and made sure it was cleaned through out. Jim and Melvin were very professional, explained everything to me, the before and after photos are just incredible. I would highly, highly, recommend this company to anyone who needs duct and vent cleaning. I will have them return next year to clean the dryer vent. You won't be disappointed with Amistee (See More)

The schedule was changed to my convenience within just a couple of days of the original date. Donna graciously offered that option when I indicated a time crunch. Rick and Marvin did the work and were careful of our home and furnishings. In cleaning the dryer vent, they were able to identify a problem that could be a safety issue and brought it to my attention. Both men were very polite, professional and personable.
