Great Company, very professional. **** and ***** were the servicemen who cleaned my ducts, and they did a great job. AMISTEE AIR DUCT CLEANING AND SEALING. ALL OF THE MEN THAT WORKED ON MY DUCTS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK. THEY CLEANED UP EVERY AREA THEY WORKED IN. THEY EXPLAINED EVERY THING THEY WERE DOING AS THEY WENT ALONG. JAKE AND RYAN DID HE SEALING OF OUR DUCK WORK. IT DID GET COLD DURING THE SIX HOURS THEY WORKED. I TRIED TO LIGHT MY FIRE PLACE TO GET SOME HEAT AND I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE PILOT LIGHT. JAKE TOOK TIME TO GET IT WORKING SO WE COULD WARM UP. WE PICKED ONE OF THE COLDEST DAY OF THE YEAR. (OUR BAD) WHEN WE WOKE THE NEXT MORNING WE HAD MORE HEAT THEN WE HAVE HAD IN A WHILE. THE SEALING AND CLEANING WORKED GREAT. I hired Amistee to clean my ducts and then seal with their Aeroseal product. The entire process was fantastic. The crew was very professional, polite, and careful. I do a good search & get 3 quotes when I need service done. Amistee had 98% positive reviews so Steve (very outgoing) came out to provide a quote which came out to be the best of the three I got. Day of service; Jake, Ryan and James came out on time with masks, shoe covers, & laid out the covering for the floors and carpet. Work was completed as written on the quote and they cleaned up behind them. Then Joy called to see if all was acceptable. You cannot go wrong with a company ran by staff such as these. I do a good search & get 3 quotes when I need service done. Amistee had 98% positive reviews so Steve (very outgoing) came out to provide a quote which came out to be the best of the three I got. Rob and Mike arrived at 0800 despite their arrival window being 0800-0900, the office called before they arrived and 5 minutes later they were here. This crew was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and competent. They were more concerned about my home than myself. I appreciated how clean they were and how clean they kept my home. I can't even tell they were here after they left. The after cleaning pictures were very different than the before pics and the cleanliness of the ducts is astounding. Our basement flooded after a terrible early spring rain/ice storm backed up the drains, leaving a 2"-4" level of combined rain and sewage (gross!) water. After the water was extracted from the floor via a plumbing service, it was paramount that our furnace and duct work receive sanitization before use. Our insurance company sent out Amistee to do the job. I received a call from Amistee the day before arrival with an estimated time of arrival being between 8am and 9am. Jake and Scott arrived at my home at precisely 8am. They were very friendly and explained the process prior to cleaning. They were very careful and protected the floors their equipment was on. They thoroughly cleaned every vent and return throughout the house and used a sanitizer in the furnace to prevent any potential mold growth, leaving the house full of an amazing thyme fragrance. :) Overall, the job took a little over 2 hours and upon completion, we reviewed a couple of before/after images taken inside the duct work to show how much crud was in there prior to their arrival and of course, how clean it was after the job was finished. I would highly recommend Amistee for air duct cleaning based on their integrity, honesty, and quality of service. (See More)

I had recently refinished my wood floors and was nervous having duct cleaning done less than a week after but they were professional and very conscious of the floors. They covered everything well, did the job quickly and explained everything during the process. Even with less than 20 degrees in temperature and snow outside, there was no evidence of their visit left behind except for the clean ducts. I've never had our air ducts cleaned and we've lived in this house almost 30 years. I read newspaper articles that gave reputable vs. poor air duct cleaning companies. Amistee was repeatedly listed as a company that does what they advertise and they did NOT disappoint! They spent three hours here, explained what they were doing, making sure not to make any mess. Jake and Greg did air duct cleaning at my house. Very courteous and conscious of my pets. I didn't have a room without vents, so it was a trick to make sure the cat didn't get outside. We put him in one room and switched him to a different room when they needed access to that room. They worked very hard as this is an old house, we just moved in about 1 1/2 years ago, and by the looks of it, the previous owner never had it done. They left the basement spotless! I met Jake & George from Amistee Air Duct Cleaning and Insulation when they arrived at my home, they were prepared to answer any questions or concerns I had. They showed me each step the of the process prior to starting the job. Even on a 90 degree day they were friendly and dedicated to the job. They set up the job and started to clean the air ducts in my home placing tarps on the floors and wearing protective foot ware so they would not scuff or dirty my floors. When finished they did a great job of cleaning up the area they had worked in. I received an email from them upon the completion of the job so I could see the condition of the ducts prior to cleaning and what they looked like once cleaned. I was amazed to see how dirty and how clean they were when they finished. They even provided me with a new air cleaner for my furnace. I knew they had done an excellent job, I could feel the increased air flow in some of the rooms that previously had very little air flow. That's what I call a Job Well Done. Jake Soper was the professional that showed up on time, both him and his partner Brad, were and polite and professional, both the men did very good work and they showed Me pictures of the air duct return and supply before and after cleaning. They even cleaned a huge area of ceiling in my hallway that was used as a cold air return by the builder 50 years ago that had ceiling rafters running through it. After they were done they installed a new furnace filter after they completed the job and left the house clean as well. I would recommend this company highly to anyone need this service! They are very professional, they contacted me when they were on their way to my home, they arrived on time, they identified themselves, and went straight to work. Jake & Mike were early for their 8 AM appointment. They introduced themselves and began setup quickly and efficiently. We are currently renting a home that is maybe 20 years in age - and we don't think it has ever had air ducts cleaned. Jake and Mike checked all the vent covers (some had been installed upside down) and they were nice enough to allow us to photograph them at work. Our landlord is a first time home owner and we wanted to provide some photos to share with both he and his wife. They will be moving into this home next summer. Jake & Mike also cleaned the dryer vent - and cleaned up the flower beds after removing a bird nest and lots of lint. We will happily use Amistee for other cleaning jobs - if needed. They covered their shoes as well as protected all corners with foam blocks and covered floors were they laid the equipment. It took 2 1/2 to 3 hours from the time they arrived until they left. They blew all the heat ducts and return vents and vacuumed out all the ducts. I purchased a new filter to go in after the vents were cleaned and they also installed the new one and disposed the old filter. Amistee is amazing. The trucks have built in high powered vacumms that actly shread all that get in the way. The workers {Chad & Jake} were very polite and respectfull. They made alot of noice but cleaned up after themselfs. lol. It's not very often now a days you can find a good/reputable company Or employees. Amistee has both!! The cost was a bit more than expected but in the end it was well worth it. They have 1 flat fee no matter how many cold/hot air returns you have. The vaccum is uncomparable. Amistee Air Duct Cleaning sent the team of Jake & Jeff to my home. They arrived on time and were very pleasant & professional. They explained how they would go about cleaning the air ducts & took some before & after pictures to reassure they were clean (real time video camera would had been even better). They provide an estimate of how long it would take and were very accurate. Also, they laid down drop cloths & foot coverings to protect my carpet. They were very prompt and courteous and they also wore booties on their feet in my home when the came for my appointment. They also took the time to explain all the maintenance steps that they were going to perform so as to advise me on what actions I would need to take to keep my ducts in a good and safe operating condition. They also e-mailed me a copy of the video which was taken of my ducts in a before and after cleaning operation so that I'd have it for my future references. Josh and Jake were excellent working with.
