Rob and Michael and trainee were professional, thorough and did a great job at my house in Clarkston. The drywall and other built up dust was really bad, yes the ducts are clean now, lungs will appreciate it. Have used other services but this service is far better, highly recommend. (See More)

Mike was very helpful today upon arrival. He was patient with me because I had scheduled the ducts to be cleaned prematurely before drywall completion. Meaning that it needed to be done at a later time. I'm so glad they were able to help me not waste the cleaning. (See More)

I most highly recommend them for your Duct cleaning needs ! Unfortunately due to the duct work in our house being encapsulated they could not access the duct system. With some other company they might had just vacuumed out the registers and blown out the furnace and us not knowing the difference on how it is properly done charged over $300 ! These service people ( Melvin Buckner & Michael McCloskey ) were very honest and highly professional and needs to be recognized for outstanding customer service !!! Amistee has done work for us in the past with our old house and we can not be more satisfied ! (See More)

Josh M. and Mike were absolutely amazing! They were so friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything about the process and showed us before and after photos which were amazing! They worked so hard! I had health issues prior to them coming out to clean the ducts and after a year of illness I started to finally improve after the ducts were cleaned and sanitized! I was very happy with the Barry & Michael at Amistee Air Duct Cleaning. They were professional, polite, and informative. They spent alot of time explaining to me what they were doing, and I felt that it was money well spent. When they left, I had a better understanding of what filters were best to use on my furnace as well as how to maintain my air humidifier and filter. Jeff and Mike were right on time and introduced themselves immediately with smiles on their faces. Before entering the house they covered their shoes with booties without any prompting from me. They were extremely professional in explaining the duct cleaning process and very efficient in the matter of cleaning all the registers in the house while being mindful of the furniture around them. Superb customer service from beginning to end. Melvin Buckner and Michael McCloskey arrived on time and ready to clean our air ducts. They were both very courteous and took the time to explain the process on what was going to take place before starting. They were very respectful of my home, wearing the shoe booties to minimize tracking through the house (as we had horrible rainy weather that day) and ensured that our cat was in a secure room as they cleaned vents from room to room. They were both very knowledgeable of their job and answered any questions I had. They did not pressure to push any additional or unnecessary products and gave what I thought to be very honest recommendations. I work from home and aside from the sound of the air cleaning vacuum, their work was not intrusive or disruptive at all. They cleaned up at the end and went thoroughly went over their work with me after it was completed. I fully recommend this company, as the two technicians, Melvin and Michael well represented a company that takes pride in their product and service they provide to their customers. Our air-duct cleaning was MUCH needed since the previous owners of our home were very heavy smokers. The smell in our house was unbearable-but after our duct cleaning today I can already tell the difference. The communication we received prior to and on the day of service was great and helpful. Our technicians Mike and Melvin were very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable on everything they were doing! They were so nice to my dog as well! What a great experience. They called before they came out, and they came on time, which is rare these days. Specialist Tyler and Michael were fantastic! Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, they explained everything that is going to happen, answered my questions, were careful and respectful of our house, and left it in same condition it was when they came in. The cleaning was very thorough and efficient. The ducts are clean, I can both see and smell the difference. We had a new air conditioner installed in our home. The company informed us that our air ducts were very dirty and we should have them cleaned. We contacted a company that was recommended and set up an appointment for two week later. On that morning they called and said they could not make it and ask if they could do the job the next day. We agreed, and they said they would call right back with a time. They never called again. In talking with friends and neighbors, all we heard we horror stories about sloppy cleaning jobs, or half done jobs........So who can you trust to do it right? After doing some research on the internet, we contacted AMISTEE AIR DUCT CLEANING and talked to Julie. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We set up an appointment, and she said we would receive a call when the techs were on their way. Just before 8 AM we received a call that the techs were on their way. 10 minutes later they were at our door. The technicians were Joe and Mike. They put on their booties and laid out a mat to protect our tile floor from their vacuum hose. Then they both explained everything they were going to do, upstairs, downstairs, to the ducts and the furnace. We even had them clean the vent pipe for our dryer. These two young men really worked as a team. As Joe was doing one thing, Mike was setting up the next step. There was no time wasted at all. Joe took before and after pictures of the ducts, WOW what a difference. They now look like new. We had recently moved into a new home and after sanding the floors and painting the walls the furnace ducts definitely needed cleaning. Amistee was recommended to us by a long time provider of heating and cooling. From the very first phone contact to the final cleanup but after cleaning the ducts. Every contact was professional, courteous friendly and pleasant. The two servicemen who came went the extra distance on everything they needed to do and more. Joe and Mike arrived at approx. 8:30AM introduced themselves and proceeded to explain and demonstrate what and how the air duct cleaning process would be done. It took about 2 1/2 hrs. after which Joe explained in detail the entire process and showed me the video images of how the ducts looked before and after, I could not believe the amount of dirt and debris that had collected over the years. I moved into the house in April of 2015 and judging from all the pet hair and other disgusting objects, I don't think the duct work had ever been cleaned as thoroughly, if at all, as it was today, what a remarkable difference. Also, I'm glad I decided to include the sanitizer and deodorizer. I am more than pleased with the outcome and quite honestly I feel more comfortable in my home. Joe and Mike did an outstanding job! They were absolutely on time, and they do a great job… the ducts have been totally cleaned and I could see a video from what was inside the duct before and after the cleaning was done!
