The cleaning crew was on time and thoroughly explained everything the were going to be doing. They worked diligently and were done on time. Before leaving, they cleaned up anything they may have tracked into the house and showed me what they did. They were very respectful and it was very much appreciated as a first time home buyer! Amistee came highly recommended by Eric and Ehler's Heating and Cooling from Livonia. I was worried about scam or not real quality work etc. Eric said he has heard nothing but good comments about Amistee work and no complaints. I called because we were getting a new furnace and air unit and wanted our vents cleaned out first since we moved here a few years ago and found out it had not been done. Rob S. and Alex E came as a team and they worked like a fine tuned engine. They were efficient, thorough, timely, mindful of your home and cleaned up after themselves. They were also friendly and answered all our questions and inquiries. The before and after pics were very nice and we feel like it was money well spent. The office staff was very kind from setting the appointment, pricing coupon discount to the follow-up post work. This is an A++++ business. I am a believer. I was able to get service the same week I called. The staff making my appointment were very pleasant and helpful - explaining what will happen and the process. Colin and Steve worked very hard, and took great care to protect my home as they worked. They also answered ALL of my questions and were great to work with. We are new to this house and saw the Amistee sticker on the furnace so we were comfortable calling them. I also requested recommendations on Facebook and had 4 people of 5 recommend Amistee! Melvin and Mike cleaned and sanitized my ductwork as part of a basement flood remediation project prior to new HVAC installation. They were FANtastic! Knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and informative every step of the way. They were very thorough in explaining the process and showing me the results of their work afterward. Unlike the last company that performed this service for me, Melvin and Mike cleaned both the heat ducts AND the cold air return ductwork (that the other company did NOT do!). Because of the reconstruction process, there will have to be a second duct cleaning and air quality check service call. I am putting my contractor on notice right now that I want Melvin and Mike to complete the second service. Julie did a terrific job in keeping me informed about the appointment and letting me know that the team was on the way to my home. Thanks for a job well done and a primo team of professionals! I want to thank the Amistee team for such a wonderful job they did. Dealing with them was such a breeze and everyone so professional and polite. I had called and dealt with 5 companies, finally chose one because of the cheap price. When they did come out and look, they refuse to clean the vents due to what they suspected was Asbestos. Then found Clean Cut Abatement Co. to come and inspect which turned out not to be Asbestos but a piece of mortar and an old piece of paper towel. Thank you Clean Cut Abatement for referring me to the correct professional people who do the job right. It was definitely worth the money! (See More)
